Have been to the office q couple times she doesn't know how to conduct her self. always on her personal phone. qet a attitude if u asked her anything. and makes it clear she doesn't like Hispanic people. if u need more information contact me I've been calling n email everyone for help about this issue. I have submitted pay check stubs from my job and my new work schedule. My hours have been reduced dramatically. I have been trying to get my rent adjusted since September 24, 2022.
I was told that I no longer have a worker with housing and that Mrs Armstrong had left the job in September 2022.
So I had no one working on my case and now Highland Gardens stated that they have not received any payments from anyone at the housing authority since September 2022.
Highland Gardens manager Marcus have raised my rent to $408 and stated that he doesn't know what to do with my case. He stated that he reached out to the housing authority and didn't get answers back.
I only make $307 a month from Target and I just got approved for $308 a month from unemployment. So my monthly income is $615. I have already gotten behind in the rent in the close amount of $2000. I just don't have enough to pay $408 a month.
I will be putting a new application in the drop box tomorrow 01/24/2023. Cedric the assistant manager at Highland Gardens gave it to me to fill out and drop it the the box on Lisbon. He stated that this may be the only way that someone in Section 8 department will help me.
Maybe we can get this straightened out before the next rent statement comes out because the next step is eviction and I don't have anywhere to go. I have sent out various emails to Elizabeth Abadia, Maria Guzman, Mariana Gruzi and Jackie Martinaz. No one has looked into my case. They keep putting it on the next person. This has become an issue that has begone to effect my health. It is very upsetting when you can't pay your rent and could possibly become homeless. I was told after a year at Highland Gardens that I could get a section eight voucher and move anywhere I chose to but that hasn't happened.Could you please help me before they start evictions on me. I have been paying $102 a month on time. Last month I paid $202 because I don't want to be put out.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my rent adjusted to the right amount and to get my section eight voucher.I would love to have all of the back rent adjusted where I wouldn't have to pay for something I had no control over .
