Huckberry Disappointing Experience with Huckberry's Waffles Towels: Thin, Slow-Drying, and Misleading Return Policy

So, I decided to give Huckberry a try after reading some great reviews about their waffles towels in the New York Times. I must say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on them. However, after using them for a few days, I was left feeling a bit disappointed.

Firstly, the towels were quite thin and didn't feel as luxurious as I was expecting. Secondly, despite being advertised as quick-drying, they were still wet the next day. This was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price tag of $100 per towel.

I decided to take advantage of Huckberry's 60-day no-risk policy and try to return them. However, I was surprised to find out that I would have to pay for the return shipping. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website and felt quite misleading.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience with Huckberry's waffles towels. While I appreciate their attempt at offering a high-quality product, I don't think it's worth the hefty price tag. If you're looking for a more affordable option, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Huckberry Disappointed with Huckberry's Customer Service and Missing Items Policy

So, I made an order on Huckberry at the end of February. I was pretty excited to get my hands on the 3 items I ordered. But, when the package arrived, only 2 of the items were there. I thought maybe they had shipped separately, but after waiting for a while, I decided to reach out to the company to see what was going on.

To my surprise, they told me that I had waited too long to report the missing items and that there was nothing they could do about it. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. I mean, I understand that there are policies and procedures in place, but I felt like they could have been a little more understanding.

Overall, I don't think I'll be shopping with Huckberry again. It's just not worth the risk of missing items and poor customer service. If you do decide to shop with them, just be sure to keep a close eye on your order and report any issues as soon as possible.

Huckberry Disappointing Experience with Huckberry: Extra Costs and Poor Quality Control for Canadian Customers

I recently had an experience with Huckberry and I must say, it was not a good one. I live in Canada and I was excited to order a pair of shoes from their website. However, I was very disappointed with the outcome.

Firstly, I had to pay over 40 CAD on custom duties before even opening the box. This was not mentioned on the website and I was not prepared for this extra cost. It was a big surprise and I was not happy about it.

When I finally received the shoes, I was shocked at their condition. They were in deplorable condition, as if someone at the warehouse decided to play a prank and scratched them up deliberately. The box was also pretty beat up and the leather creases easily. It was a terrible experience and I would give it a 0/10 rating if that was an option.

Overall, I would not recommend Huckberry to anyone living in Canada. The lack of quality control and the extra costs make it not worth it. I hope they can improve their services in the future.

Huckberry Disappointing Quality: My Experience with Huckberry Clothing

I recently purchased a few items from Huckberry, including two shirts and a waxed cotton jacket. At first glance, the items looked stylish and well-made in the online advertising. However, upon receiving them, I was disappointed to find that the quality was not up to par.

One of the shirts had a loose seam that quickly turned into a hole after the first wash. The other shirt had uneven stitching that caused the seams to pucker. As for the jacket, it had loose threads and was made of thin, cheap material. The flannel lining that was advertised turned out to be nothing more than thin polyester.

Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the items I received from Huckberry. While the items may look good online, they are not worth the high prices they charge. The quality is more akin to discount fashion, rather than the high-quality items they claim to offer. I would not recommend purchasing from Huckberry if you are looking for well-made, durable clothing.

Huckberry Great Customer Service from Huckberry for Lost Headphones

I just had an experience with Huckberry that I wanted to share. I bought a pair of wireless headphones from them for $300. I was really excited to get them, but when I checked the USPS tracking, it said they had been delivered. I looked all over my house, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I went to the Post Office to see if they could help, but they couldn't find them either.

I was really frustrated, but I decided to contact Huckberry to see if they could help. They told me to wait a few days to see if the headphones turned up, but they didn't. After about a week, I contacted my rep, Ezra, again and he was really helpful. He said he would send me a new pair of headphones that day via FedEx.

I was really impressed with Huckberry's customer service. They were really accountable and they took care of the problem quickly. I'm really happy with my new headphones and I would definitely buy from Huckberry again. Thanks, Huckberry!

Huckberry Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service from Huckberry

I recently made a purchase on Huckberry and was disappointed with the delivery time. Although the item was listed as in stock, I was given a large window for delivery. To make matters worse, my order remained in the "processing" stage for a whole week. When I reached out to customer service, I was given the runaround and no clear explanation as to why my order had not been shipped yet. I even tried to cancel the order, but was met with more confusion and uncertainty from the customer service team.

It's frustrating that Huckberry seems to hide behind their policies instead of providing clear and helpful customer service. I felt like I was being scammed when they just referred me to their policy page instead of addressing my concerns directly. It's disappointing to see a company that prides itself on quality and customer service fall short in this way.

Huckberry Disappointing Experience with Huckberry: Defective Item and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Huckberry. I mean, I dropped almost 400 bucks on an item and it arrived defective. Not cool, man. And to make matters worse, their "customer service" department is a total joke. I tried calling them up, but all I got was a message saying they're only communicating by email. So I shot them an email, but surprise surprise, no response.

Normally, I wouldn't mind returning the item and getting my money back, but we're in the middle of a pandemic surge and my area is on lockdown. I don't really feel comfortable going into a store right now. And honestly, it's not even my mistake. It's theirs. They should be making it right, but instead they're leaving me high and dry.

I don't think I'll be shopping with Huckberry again. It's a shame, because I've heard good things about them. But if they can't even handle a simple customer service issue, then what's the point? I'll take my business elsewhere.

Huckberry Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: Huckberry Necklace Review

So, my boyfriend got me this really pretty necklace from Huckberry a while back. It was great, I loved it, until one day the clasp just broke off while I was wearing it. I didn't even notice until later in the day when I realized it was gone. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I could just contact customer support and get a replacement or refund.

Well, turns out they require a photo of the broken necklace before they can do anything. Which, obviously, I don't have. I mean, how am I supposed to take a picture of something that's not even there anymore? I get that they can't just give out refunds to everyone who says their product broke, but come on. Some kind of acknowledgement or offer would have been nice.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying their jewelry. It's expensive, but clearly not made to last. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Huckberry Disappointing Purchase and Customer Service Experience with Huckberry

I recently made a purchase on Huckberry's website for a lightweight jacket. Although it was off-season, I was excited to receive my new item and add it to my wardrobe. However, when I finally pulled the jacket out of my closet to wear it, I was extremely disappointed to find that it had been previously worn and returned by another customer. The collar had a noticeable ring around it, and there were stains and streaks of dirt throughout the jacket. It was absolutely filthy!

I immediately contacted Huckberry's customer service representative, Mike, and sent photos of the jacket to the support team as requested. However, I was shocked to receive a response from them stating that the jacket had a wax finish and appeared as it should. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I know the difference between a wax finish and dirt, and this jacket was definitely not in the condition it should have been.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed in Huckberry's customer service and the quality of their products. I would advise future customers to beware and thoroughly inspect any items they receive from this company. It's a shame that such a promising brand has let me down in this way.

Huckberry Huckberry Review: Impressive Customer Service, But Long Processing Times

So, I had an experience with Huckberry that I wanted to share. I placed an order and waited for 8 days with no movement on my order. I was starting to get a little worried, so I decided to give their customer service a call. I spoke to a representative who assured me that they were working on it and that my order would be sent within the timeframe that they promised. The timeframe was quite large, but I appreciated the reassurance nonetheless.

Later that day, I received an email stating that my order would be shipped within a day and that they were sending it overnight at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this and grateful for their efforts to make things right. When I received the products, they were in fine order and well packed.

However, I do have to say that waiting 8 days for an order to be shipped out is quite a long time these days. I've ordered from other private companies who had their products out the door in 24 hours. But, maybe Amazon has spoiled us all with their speedy delivery times. Despite this, I was impressed with Huckberry's customer service and their efforts to make things right. I will definitely give them another chance in the future, but I'll make sure to order well in advance to encompass their long processing times.

I got a shelf from Huck Berry and it's messed up. They made me do a lot of stuff to send it back, but when I did and sent pics, they said it's a final sale and can't be returned. Even though they know it's messed up. I'm gonna do a charge back with my credit card (and I'll win) but I want everyone to know this company is a scam.

I got a watch from Huckberry, it was a limited edition from *** Brand. I was so excited to get it since only 500 were made. I was lucky to get my order in before everyone else. But then, after two weeks, they told me they didn't have it in stock. Everyone else got their order, but not me. I was so disappointed. After another week, I finally got my money back. I lost my chance to get that watch. I called and complained, but they didn't care. I even talked to the *** Brand CEO, but he didn't care either. Don't buy from Huckberry!

Huckberry Disappointing Winter Jacket from Huckberry: Not Worth the Price

I was really excited to order a winter jacket from Huckberry, but when I received it, I was pretty disappointed. The photo made it look like a really smart and warm jacket, but in reality, it was more like a thin tee shirt. To make matters worse, it was so small that it fit right into my mailbox. I was really disappointed with the quality of the product and felt like I had wasted my money. It was definitely not worth the price that I paid for it. I would not recommend buying from Huckberry if you're looking for high-quality winter wear.

Huckberry Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Frustrating Experience with Huckberry's Delivery

So, I recently ordered something from Huckberry and it took a whopping 3 weeks to arrive. I had to make 6-8 trips to the post office and spend hours on the phone trying to sort out the delivery. Turns out, they messed up my address from my PayPal account and didn't do anything to help me out. The only thing they offered was a measly $10 gift card, which is a joke. Honestly, I would recommend staying away from Huckberry if you value your sanity. Go somewhere more reliable and trustworthy.

So, I decided to give Huckberry a try and boy was I disappointed. I made an order almost a month ago and it was marked as shipped, but when I tried to track it, all I saw was that a label was printed. I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but it seems like it's lost in transit. I tried to contact customer support, but they seem to have turned off their phones and haven't answered any of my emails. It's really frustrating because I was excited to try out their products, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever receive them. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering, but I guess I'll have to learn from my mistake. Huckberry Disappointing Experience with Huckberry: Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently made a purchase on Huckberry, a website that sells all sorts of cool stuff for guys. I was really excited to get my hands on a limited edition watch that I had my eye on for a while. The checkout process was pretty smooth, and I got a confirmation email right away.

However, about a week later, I received an email from Huckberry saying that they actually didn't have the watch in stock and that I would be getting a refund in a couple of weeks. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. I mean, why would they let me make a purchase if they didn't have the item in stock?

To make matters worse, the customer service I received was pretty terrible. I tried reaching out to them to see if there was anything they could do to expedite the refund process, but I didn't get a response for several days. When I finally did hear back from them, they were pretty unhelpful and didn't seem to care that they had messed up.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Huckberry was pretty disappointing. While they have some cool stuff on their website, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service just isn't worth the hassle.

Huckberry Warning: Potential Scam Alert - My Experience with Huckberry

So, I was trying to order some cool stuff from Huckberry, but I ran into some trouble. A guy named Randall emailed me and said he couldn't verify my details. He asked me to call my bank for some 4 digit code. I was a bit confused, but I tried to help him out. I offered to verify the credit card I used and even sent him a photo ID. But then he just emailed me back and said they were cancelling my order and refunding me. What the heck? I think this company might be a scam. I'm not taking any chances, so I'm having my bank do a charge back and I'm even investigating them for fraud. Be careful if you're thinking about ordering from Huckberry.

Huckberry Disappointing Experience with Huckberry: Product Arrived Used and Unchecked, but Customer Service was Professional

I recently received a package from Huckberry and was quite disappointed with what I found inside. Upon opening the package, I noticed that there was cat hair, napkins from a national restaurant chain, and a few shopping lists scattered inside. To make matters worse, there were no tags on the product and it had a strange odor.

I couldn't believe it! I had spent a lot of money on this jacket and it seemed like it had been previously worn and returned. It was clear that the package had not been checked before it was sent out to me.

However, I must say that Huckberry's customer service was very professional and understanding. They offered me a refund and apologized for the inconvenience. I could tell that they genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make things right.

In the end, the problem was fixed immediately and I received my refund without any issues. While I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, I think I'll stick to shopping in physical stores from now on.

I ordered some Duckboots from Huck Berry (http://www.huckberry.com/) on Nov 16 (order number R938010253). I got an email confirming my order, but after 10 days on Nov 26, it still hadn't shipped. So, I reached out to ask where my order was. On Nov 28, I got an email from their Risk Support team saying they canceled my order because their system couldn't verify some info, but they didn't say what info. They even sent me an invoice that had all my info on it. I called customer service right away, and they said they would escalate my issue to some team who would call me back. But after a week, no one had called me. So, I called back again, and they said they would escalate it again and someone would call me. But on Dec 9, I still hadn't heard back from anyone. When I called back today, I asked to speak with a manager, but they hung up on me three times. I still don't know why my order was canceled or if they refunded me. I need answers.

I ordered some sneakers from Huckberry, but they came from a different company (Vans). I ordered them on August 31 and they were supposed to ship soon after. However, I didn't hear anything about my order for over a week, so I reached out to Huckberry to ask about it. They told me that the sneakers were actually out of stock and that they hadn't realized this until I called. They didn't explain what would have happened if I hadn't called, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, after I asked about my order, the Huckberry team deleted my account on their website. They had just given me two discounts to make up for the supply chain error, but they took those away too. I understand that they might not have liked my tone, but deleting my account seems like a childish response.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Huckberry. I just want a resolution to this issue.

I bought a winter jacket from Huckberry.com, order # R219980702, for $268. I made the purchase on 12/21/23 and it was supposed to arrive on 12/24/23. But on 12/27/23, I got an email from *** saying that the delivery was made to my address. But I couldn't find the package anywhere, even after searching my property and asking my neighbors. I contacted Huckberry via email and they offered to reship the jacket, but I asked for a refund instead. But the customer support rep named *** said they won't give me a refund and canceled the reshipment. They told me to contact my debit card company and file a dispute if I have any issues. I tried calling customer service but couldn't get through and found out they deleted my account on their website. Luckily, I have the email confirmation and correspondence with *** to prove my case.
