I open up my hungry Jack's bag unwrapped my bacon deluxe and the wrapping was stuck to half the burger ripping as I'm pulling it off, the burger itself wasnt even made properly it was spread out all over the wrapping to the point I may as well have made my own bloody burger and it had a thick piece of lettuce that I could not even eat, all up I'm really disappointed in whoever made my order, this is the 4th time in not even a week I came in through the drive thru at around 4pm, it's starting to get rediculous.

vegan burger
Last night around 6.15 I went through the drive through at the Hungry Jack store at Morphett Vale. I ordered a Vega burger, paid the $7.50 . When I got to the last window the staff member apologised and said "we are waiting on the patties, would you mind driving around to the Waiting Bays.
After a longer than I would have thought necessary wait, a staff member brought out my burger.
Once home, less than 3 minutes, I opened the burger, and once I bit into it, it was the actual patty that drew my attention.
It was "mushy" is the only way I could describe it. I was unable to eat more than a 1/4 and disposed of it.
I have no problems with your helpful staff, but I am unsure if the patty was not cooked correctly but the consistency was very strange.

I was on tiktok and on the for you page I saw a guy from Hungry Jacks pouring too much sauce the video and photo is down below and I don't know why he is doing this but it is really stupid and immature to do. This is why my family's Hungry Jacks or Burger King food always takes long because of this. This incident needs to be dealt with and, there needs to be a boss on duty to keep an eye on immature workers. This problem|Incident needs to be dealt with because people are waiting for their food and they don't need that much sauce on their burger/hotdog/wrap this is ridiculous and this worker needs to be suspended for 1 month for this because it is not on and people do not need to wait for their food because of a stupid immature person, who is being stupid with food and playing with it just for a tiktok. I don't care if this is just a joke it is stupid and immature and this needs to be dealt with as soon as possible

Fix your drive thru only four cars can fit in line before we have to wait on the road and blocks on coming traffic which we can't do as it is near a main road with traffic lights and double lines too dangerous, having to wait over 20mins in a drive thru is a [censored]en joke You made a waiting bay for a reason! then don't even get an explanation or a sorry hungry jacks kingswood is absolutely pathetic!
ultimate double whopper value meals upgraded to large disgustingly waste of money
This is the third time this has happened to us
Today my wife bought two Ultimate double Whoppers value meals up graded to large we got NO cheese NO bacon half a slice of tomato one piece of bread and butter cucumber the size of a ten cent piece a couple of bits of lettuce quite a few bits of onions slices and two burgers that was both our bobble Whopper value meals up graded to large they were both the same.
Both the same we My wife and I have been valued customers to Hungry Jacks only never do we go to Mc donalds don't like their food, We think we will stick to Barnacle Bills after being ripped off today
double whopper meal with side order of onion rings
I purchased a double whopper with cheese meal, the bottom patty was burnt and inedible (photo attached) also the onion rings looked and tasted hours old, this was after I requested a fresh order of onion rings as the first lot looked even worse, this "fresh" batch took less than 30 seconds to be produced, I suspect they were just re-dipped in the oil, these also were thrown away. A very disappointing meal and for almost $20 I expected a much better experience
incorrect order
I ordered three rebel burgers one with normal cheese and two with vegan cheese. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and when I got home I realised they had given me two with normal cheese and one with vegan cheese. The reason for ordering the vegan cheese was because of a dairy allergy so extremely inconvenient. Wouldn't bother going there again as can't trust I'll get something I can actually eat. Thanks for nothing.
rebel burger
I would like an explanation as to why the plant based rebel burger, which I would think was a product developed for vegetarians or vegans, is cooked on the same grill as beef? The cohort who would mostly purchase this product cannot eat it. Why would HJ's do this? It is utterly ridiculous, and seems ill informed as to the eating habits of plant based eaters.

What's the point? Rebel 100% plant based burger - Right? Are you being just plain stupid or are you trying to take the mick out of vegans and vegetarians. You advertise it as 100% plant and 0% beef but cook it in beef fat. I ask you and I asked many meat eaters - would you buy this product and they said flat out - NO! We eat meat. Why would we eats a plant beef tasting burger? The people that are really interested in your product are vegans and vegetarians. So why offer this treat and then cook it on beef fat? And please don't refer me to your Vegan Cheese Burger - I have tried it twice and so have many other vegetarians and it is awful, you get 2 potatoes cake things in a burger. It neither tastes nice nor is it sensible. If I wanted a mashed potatoes in a burger I would do it at home - and I haven't heard of anyone wanting to have a mashed potatoes in a burger. Hungry Jacks - delivering half measures and very poor on your vision. While I understand that the meat industry is unsustainable - don't offer plant food dripping in beef and advertise its 100% plant and 0% beef - because it's a lie - You need to say 99% plant and 1% beef! Hungry Jacks - I'll stick to home cooking.
Just wanted to agree on how absolutely ridiculous this is. Plant based burger cooked on the same grill as meat. What is the point? Vegans and vegetarians, who one would imagine the product was aimed at, can not eat it. Just plain stupid.

I bought a grilled chicken ceaser burger meal from lismore hungry jacks today.
The burger was missing ingedients and the peice of chicken was about the size of a 50c coin, it had 1 peice of tomato, it was basicly just a bun smeared with sauce, not a burger. After arriving home horrified, I took the burger back to the store and showed the staff at the window. Everyone in the store was laughing like it was a joke.
I requested a different burger. They then made the burger as it should be but instead of grilled chicken they on purposely put the other type of chicken patty when I specifically asked for grilled chicken. When they handed me the new burger the people who were working stared towards the drive threw window at me and laughed amongst one another it made me feel as if they had done something to the burger for complaining. I have thrown the burger out now.
i have lost money and time and had to purchase my lunch from another store as your staff made me feel unsafe to eat it.
Time and time again that store has let me down and I continued to give them the benifit of the doub but after today i will no longer go there and I will do my best to make sure noone I speak with wastes their time going there either.

Took 15min to be served while drive thru was given priority. Order was wrong. Ordered 3 kids meals including 1 with a cheese burger with no cheese due to a dairy allergy (this was specified at the time) and still got cheese. When will you stop employing children and put someone in charge that can actually do their job? Very unhappy! I will not be returning to this store.

I purchased a grilled chicken burger on a Sunday 6 October 2019. Around 3pm.
The grilled chicken was super dry, and very disappointing . I took a few bites hoping it would improve. Not happy ... I would rather have waited for a fresh one. I would like a free and fresh one in place of it please. On Thursday 3 October I purchased a smoky wagyu meal and I was very satisfied with that. This is a once off; however, I would like to get the product I pay for, always.

Why do nuri hungry jacks park so many cars that go through drive through when they have 2 designated parking areas that are hard to get out of when busy and this seems to happen when a certain manager is on so he can get times down to me that is false and misdleading information to the company on productivity and giving a bad reputation for parking cars and pisses customers off so they wont return

Over whatever extended period Humans have evolved, a very efficient digestive system as both a carnivore and herbivore has been created. Your intentions to supply a product for a typically radical inner city vegan group, a vocal small minority, may have a major impact on your current business turnover. The silent majority of a Customer base are frequently overlooked.

My comments come from someone with a healthy continuing Agricultural Science background and no preference for meat or plant products. In fact I believe they are both essential for our continued long term health and survival as Humans.

Hi In the hungry jacks app there comes $4 whopper.. It's not mentioned they have to provide it veg or non veg. A person can have any as per the rule unless it's mentioned. At hungry jacks in Gilles Plains, South Australia, I witnessed a manager mistreating his staff members. He was unprofessional toward customers and grabbed a staff member and told her to stop serving in the middle of an order and the worker and customer both looked very confused. He did it very abruptly and rudely. I was very upset to witness this and felt helpless as I could not help her. I checked his name badge and it said Keegan. I also heard a few other customers complaining as I was here. I felt very bad for the staff.

Stopped at Port Pirie hungry jacks after a 14 hr drive! Went through drive through & left town only to discover all our food was microwaved! Chicken royal & hash brown cheeseburger, double cheeseburger & nuggets all microwaved & absolutely disgusting! We had to throw it all away! Very disappointed. Now kids are starving waiting for the next place to get food! I want a refund & the store should be informed as I can't contact them or be put through to them! Just noticed we didn't even get a receipt! Very angry 😡

I went into the store on monday/tuesday and the order was in correct, I was missing a bacon cheese burger delux, I called the number on the invoice and was told to tell them my name and get a free one when I came back so I went in today (sunday 22 september) and the manager jana was no help at all basically called me a liar and laughed in my face and said for me to go no one knew anything about it
I told her I wanted her name and a number to whom I could call and she just looked at me and said jana, I said I was not leaving until she gave it to me on a piece of paper and the number of the state manager to call, she finally got a piece of paper and told me to [censored] off and I could call anyone I wanted to call but she would not give me number and I do not appreciate being spoken to in that manner, you might serve lower class of people then I might choose to deal with but I do not deserved being told to [censored] off and being laughed at, this girl has serious interpersonal communication skills (or lack of them) issues and needs to be trained in how to deal with customers,.
