**** Buyer Beware - Poor Customer Service ****
When I placed my order, I had to enter my payment information twice, when this happen the system defaulted and changed my order to a size small. I tried to contact I Love Jewelry by Facebook but it tells you to email customer service. So I emailed customer service 10/21 and received an automated email that I would have a response within 24 hours. On 10/24, no response to 1st email, I checked my order, not processed, I emailed a 2nd time. On 10/27, no response to my 2nd email, I checked my order, not processed, I emailed a 3rd time. On 10/30, no response to the 3rd email, checked my order, not processed, so I emailed a 4th time; in fact I sent 3 emails on 10/30 which did not receive a response. I received no response at all from customer service. I received another automated email on 11/01 that my order was being processed and minutes later an email that my order was shipped. I made valiant efforts to correct an error on my order, caused by the I Love Jewelry ordering system. It was not until I posted 10/30 to an I Love Jewelry Facebook birthday post for their Customer Relations Manager, expressing my disappointment that I finally prompted a response from the company on 10/31. In an exchange of 7 emails with Customer Service, I received a replacement shirt on 12/09, still not the size that I had requested in the preceding emails. So I emailed on 12/09 and in this email I expressed that doing business with I Love Jewelry has taken up an enormous amount of my time and is incredibly frustrating; requesting for a refund to my original form of payment. Being that again, I received no response, I emailed again on 12/16. In total, from placing my order to today, I have sent 18 emails trying to get my order corrected with no success. I Love Jewelry's failure to provide adequate customer service, failure to respond to customer service requests within the 24 hour expectation they set and failure to follow though in general has resulted in the loss of a future customer and someone who will not be an advocate or supporter of this company. I Love Jewelry's customer service department and Customer Relations Manager have failed to do their job. It has become very clear why the option to leave a review on Facebook has been removed and/or blocked. However, I have come across several forums regarding I Love Jewelry's lack of customer service and follow-though. I have come to learn that I Love Jewelry has had 1, 366 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and because they have the review option blocked there are multiple consumer forms created by other customers who were not able to get a response or resolution with I Love Jewelry's customer service department. I encourage you to do your research before you make your purchase from I Love Jewelry.

I started a mail order subscription in 2017, I started receiving duplicate product and product that didn't match my tastes.I sent several emails to correct it but to no avail.I sent an email to cancel and here I am today still trying.I have a fraud complaint going but still products come.You can't get in touch with them by phone or email.Frustrating !!!Help

I first ordered one of their monogram pj sets to check out if this was a reputable company before purchasing 5 more for my girlfriends for christmas. I placed the order on october 4th and received it october 24th, with many emails in-between updating me on processing, completing order, and shipping. I was pleased with the product, so I decided they earned my further business and placed the order november 2nd thinking there was plenty of time to get these for christmas. Even going off their longest lead time of 25 business days, it should have completed and shipped on friday dec 7th. I checked the website and it still says unfulfilled, and when I called (no answer) and emailed, I get a canned response that says it's not been fulfilled. By my calculations, it should be arriving tomorrow since I paid for the 3-5 day shipping, but i'm not holding my breadth. Don' buy from this company, scam!

I ordered a monogrammed handbag back on October 13, 2018. Received order confirmation on that date. On Nov 8, 2018 received two emails stating order has been received and is now being processed. Then on the same date received another email stating order will be shipped via USPS and shipment address and the order is in production and almost finished. The email stated I would receive a separate email with tracking information. Today is Nov, 28, 2018 and I still have not receiving tracking info and I am unable to reach anyone via email or the customer service phone # provided on the website [protected]. I find it odd to have a customer service # that states hours are from 9 am - 5 pm that no one answers and then states no one is available for customers to reach regarding outdated orders.

I ordered my boots in September...we are now in November and they haven't even been shipped! Your pretty quick to take my money! No one ever answers your customer service line! I have emailed and gotten a response, however, all that I'm told is sorry...should ship soon! Where are my boots? My boots aren't even monogrammed which I could see possibly taking longer. Absolutely ridiculous to take my money, not cheap I might add, and never send my purchase! Then get the run around from your so called customer service!

I have called over 20 times and never get anyone to answer they took my money the same day i ordered them. What do we do? they have a horrible rating with the bbb. no information on a jacket I bought but have not received
Ordered a monogrammed jacket on 9/25/18 for 11/6/18 bday. It is 11/5/18. No response. Emailed no response. Phone call no response. Ok so you made a postal label on 9/25/18 and swiped my account taking my money with no problem. That's not proof that you sent the item! I never receive the email you said I would get indicating my shipment had been processed.Now you all of a sudden have fallen off the face of the earth. Worst part there is NOTHING I can do about it.
I purchased the item from you because a friend of mine on Social Media recommended you. NEVER AGAIN. I may take you to small claims court so this will stop. Actually everyone that has this same problem with you should all get together in a class action suit and sue you clean out of business.There are quite a few out there who have had their money stolen from I Love Jewelry.

No email or call back from this company. This was supposed to be a Birthday gift. And of course they took $168 from my acct in a second. Even if you order items with no monogram customization it still takes months to get. Definitely filing a dispute & sticking to Amazon Prime! Horrible company.

I ordered and got an email with a tracking number. Then got another email saying my order will be arriving shortly. Then crickets, so i emailed them twice with no response, then called 2 or 3 times and they hang up after your on hold for 30 seconds everytime. After I submitted a chargeback with my bank they suddenly where interested and said I will be getting my order within 20-25 days. Its a generic email they send everyone if they bother to answer at all. They still dont answer the phone and they said they dont do refunds when I bought from them I agreed to a no refund policy. I dont remember ever seeing this policy and I never agreed to a pay and never receive goods policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!

Order# 987703. The clasp was missing and the monogram piece was place on the wrong side of the Necklace.
My first order was perfect, no compliant.

I FINALLY received a shipment I ordered at the beginning of December; however, one item was missing with no explanation of why or when to expect it. This jacket was not a monogrammed item.
I tried two phone numbers to contact this company. The first number was not in service and there was a recorded message at the second number saying there was no one to answer at that number and I was disconnected.
I expect the company to ship the item in a reasonable time or refund my money for it.

I placed an order with this l love Jewelry place. According to their schedule it was in time for Christmas delivery (Dec7). They charged my card immediately, but I haven't heard anything since. My order status is "Unfulfilled" and has never changed.
I've tried 3 different numbers (561.804.9553/561.557.1640/877.848.2433) and sent numerous emails ([protected]@gmail.com). Yesterday, the 1st two phone numbers would ring and ring with no answer, now today they're both "Not in Service", and the 3rd number picks up with a recording, but there's no VM option.

I ordered 2 sherpa pullovers on November 25th and have not received either of them. My bank account was charged a total of $112 for the purchase and I received an email notification that my order had been received. I emailed on December 11th to find out the status of my order and have not received any notification. I ordered 4 pearl monogrammed necklaces for Christmas presents. The money was immediately taken out of my account. I received a confirmation notice but that's all. I ordered on November 20. I'm really frustrated with everything I had to go through.
