iCruise.com wrongful charge

Hi,

I booked a cruisetour a few weeks ago. I was quoted a price that included all taxes, fees, port fees, etc. I made the downpayment. Then I was asked a week later to pay $300 more for transportation costs while we are on land. I called the cruise line and they said that all transportation fees during the land portion of the trip is included in the price. There should be no extra charge.

Please tell me why an icruise travel agent would ask me for this money?

iCruise.com Cruise

I booked a cruise on Grandeur of the Seas but due to a negative feed back, I called I cruise to see if I can switch to a different ship, they found on on Oasis leaving the 14th instead of 5 and Ostruicio said he could upgrade to balcony for about $40” more, now I did not have my booking in front of me, I asked to look it over and to send it to me via email, he said he could not. The email was never received when I was on the phone. I was chocked to find out the difference of pricing. First booking I owed $2907.30 that included taxes, fees and gratuities the new charges were 3544.30 and do not even include gratuities, I called and talked to several people to work with me many agents. I feel I should have a chance to look at in before final approval. I cancelled they took my $1000 deposit. I am really overly disappointed and upset, I think they took advantage of a senior woman please help

iCruise.com Was charged for services that were supposed to be included in the offering to do business with icruise.

I booked a 10 night Caribbean cruise on Celebrity's Equinox last month. The promo included a booking which included Drinks, Wi-fi, and tips. Also they promised $200.00 per person from Celebrity for onboard purchases. When I got my bill, tips were billed separately @$35.00/ day ($350.00) and we were not given the promised $200.00/ person ($400.00). The guest relations team told us to file a complaint with the Miami office (Our printed cruise confirmation showed that the tips and cruise credit were to be included), and when I called Celebrity, I was told that because the reservation was made through a travel agency, I need to file my complaint and request for the missing $750.00 credits. I called icruise almost every day, always getting another rep, who agreed that a mistake was made, and that I would be contacted by icruises resolution department. It has been a month since I started trying to resolve my issue, and nobody has returned my calls.

Now here is the kicker... I-cruise lists 2 addresses in Delray beach, Florida. Being that I live near Delray Beach, I decided to go to their office, with all of my supporting documents, only to find that both addresses were office buildings with no listing or tenants called i-cruise.

Desired outcome: I was not given the $700.00 in credits that was offered for me to book this cruise.

I have been contacting Icruse soons

Trying to change the passenger thats comming with me.

I speak to several people nothing has been done!

They was calling the wrong number, they never update info, and finally they never call me after the late update.

I call MSC they said I have to do it with icruse.

Desired outcome: At this point Im very very streess and disapointed at Icruse for not knowing how to handle this situation.

iCruise.com integrity

This company mostly hire whites
If you are African American you will be treat very bad. I Experienced that with them an was forced to quit due to Racism & races comments by Management & coworkers. They also will slave you and make it impossible for you to get your commissions by coming up with poor excuses. Their systems are very outdated & so are their knowledge. No one took any major action to defend me when I complained about the employee raciest comment towards me, Since she was employed longer than me & her husband was an ex Jewish Dr/prisoner & she was Jewish & walked around an acted like she run the company. This owner is great but the folk assisting him to run this company is horrible & bias. I don't think he's aware of the behind scenes. They put on Acts in front of him. Also they made it a challenge for me to purchase cruises & act as though they were doing me a favor. The customer service that I received was awful. I will highly discourage new customer due to their poor & inaccurate service levels. Also they fabricate their ratings especially whenever you rate your honest experience online about the company & service levels.

I purchase a Bahamas Royal Caribbean cruise with iCruise on August 17, 2022. I paid a deposit of $500.00 for 2 people in a inside room. Now came time to finish paying the cruise and guess what, when I call iCruise to make my payment, they tell me that I dont have a reservation due to non-payment of the $500.00 deposit. I emailed them my receipt with the booking number and a copy of the detail transaction from my bank detailing the deposit I made on 8/17/22.

Different people emailed me back stating they were going to help me out with my problem...some would tell me you never booked with us, other will tell me you did booked with us but we dont have record of your payment. There was 5 different people working on the problem and they all had different wrong information, there was someone over the phone that said that i never did a reservation at all with them. It has been a very stressful week. I called Royal Caribbean to see if they could help me out and they see the reservation and the payment, but unfortunately someone cancelled my reservation on 9/14/22 and it does not show why and who did it. I understand that at this point the reservation is gone, but I need my deposit money back. I was not notified of what had happened and the solution for it. I need my deposit money back, now I need to buy that same cruise at the rate that is now which is double of what I intended to pay. I have a group of 30 family and friends that did their reservation thru Dream Vacations without a problem... I feel I should had done it with them, now I have to fight for those $500.00...and buy the cruise at much higher rate. This is insane, unprofessional and totally uncalled for. Hopefully I get someone to help me out...Please dont use this company...to me they are scammer. I dont have a reservation or my deposit money.
