Prestige Cruises - Do not book with PrestigeCruises.com
Do NOT book with PrestigeCruises.com! They are HORRIBLE! Lots of hidden things... they will tell you that taxes are included BUT THEY ARE NOT. Once you get your paper work they charge you additionally for the taxes. They will tell you they can transfer you from one place to another, then renege on it. Once you book with an agent, you can NEVER reach that...
Read full review of Prestige CruisesScam Alert: Don't Book with This Vacation Package Website!
This website is a total rip off! I booked a vacation package for me and my hubby, and when we got to the hotel, they told us that the big boss company went bankrupt and never paid for our rooms. We were left with no place to stay! Luckily, the MGM was kind enough to give us a fancy suite for the same price we paid these jerks. Don't waste your time booking with them. Plus, all the show tickets are way cheaper if you buy them in Vegas. We also bought tickets from this site and they were $40.00 more expensive than they should have been. Be careful!
Always Do Your Research: My Experience with Prestige Cruises on Vegas View
So, I was looking for a place to stay in Las Vegas and stumbled upon Prestige Cruises on Vegas View. I was excited to see that they had a great deal on Alexis Park Suites for only $71.00 per night. I almost booked it right then and there, but I decided to read some reviews first. And boy, am I glad I did!
After reading some reviews, I found out that the hotel itself was offering a better deal of $62.10 per night if you had a AAA, AARP, or Government issued ID. That's a big difference! I'm so glad I didn't book through Prestige Cruises and instead went directly to the hotel's website.
My recommendation is to always do your research before booking through a third-party site like Prestige Cruises. You never know if you're getting the best deal or not. In this case, I saved myself and my family some money by booking directly with the hotel. So, avoid the hassle and book directly or call the hotel to get the best deal possible.
Disappointing Experience with Prestige Cruises on vegasview.com: Double Charged for Unavailable Reservation
I recently tried to book a cruise through Prestige Cruises on vegasview.com. I was excited to embark on a luxurious journey and was eager to make my reservation. However, when I reached the end of the booking process, I was met with a disappointing message that read "This reservation is not available." I was confused and frustrated, but I assumed that my credit card would not be charged for the transaction since the reservation was not available.
To ensure that I would still be able to embark on my desired cruise, I decided to make another reservation directly through the hotel's website. I thought everything was settled and I was ready to set sail. However, to my surprise, I received a notification from my bank that vegasview.com had charged my credit card two hours later. I was shocked and upset that I had been charged for a reservation that was supposed to be unavailable.
As a result, I ended up with two reservations for the same cruise. This was a major inconvenience and a waste of my time and money. I felt like I had been ripped off by vegasview.com and I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to book a cruise.
Overall, my experience with Prestige Cruises on vegasview.com was disappointing and frustrating. I would advise others to be cautious when booking through this website and to double-check their reservations to avoid any unexpected charges or complications.
Struggle to Cancel and Get Refund from Prestige Cruises Amid COVID-19
We was really excited to go on a cruise with Prestige Cruises, but then COVID happened and we had to cancel. We tried to get in touch with them to cancel and get our money back, but it's been a real struggle. We've called them so many times, but we can't seem to get through to anyone who can help us.
The person we originally booked with, Stephanie, said she would cancel it for us when we called two months ago. But then we found out it was her last day with the company and no one ever followed through on canceling our trip. We've been trying to cancel and get our deposit back for the last two months, but we've had no luck.
It's really frustrating because we just want our money back. We've made eight attempts on different occasions to cancel, but we still haven't been able to get through to anyone who can help us. We're starting to get really fed up with the whole situation.
If this keeps up, we're going to have to take some serious action. We're thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and even local news outlets. We just want to make sure that other people don't have to go through what we're going through right now.
Disappointing Lack of Clarity and Communication with Prestige Cruises' Room Upgrade Offer
We recently booked a cruise with Prestige Cruises and were excited to hear that we would be getting a free room upgrade. However, when we called to confirm the upgrade closer to our travel date, we were told that we had already been given an upgrade. We were skeptical, as the agent had simply assigned us a room without any mention of an upgrade.
When we called Prestige to clarify the situation, we were told that the call could be reviewed but that it would take 72 business hours to do so. Unfortunately, this was not helpful as we would already be on board by that time. We spoke with Patrice at 5:15pm on Wednesday 1/22/20, but were cut off three times during the call.
Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of clarity and communication from Prestige Cruises regarding our room upgrade. While we did end up with a nice room, we would caution others to be careful when accepting any offers of upgrades from this company. It seems that they may not always follow through on their promises.
Top-Notch Customer Service and Great Deals: My Experience with Prestige Cruises
I just gotta say, I recently booked a cruise with Prestige Cruises and boy was I happy with the price! I found a Princess cruise from Seattle to Alaska for me and my fam for $2000 less than what CostcoTravel.com was offering. Can you believe it? I was stoked!
But then, I did a little googling and found out that the ship we were supposed to be on had some technical issues that caused a lot of changes to the itinerary. I was bummed out, but I figured it was a done deal since it was a final sale and all.
But then, I called up Prestige Cruises and got connected with Jody. Let me tell you, this lady is a rockstar! She totally understood my concerns and feelings and spent two whole days contacting Princess cruise to help me change my cruise to another ship. I mean, who does that? Jody does, that's who!
I gotta say, I highly recommend this company, especially Jody. She's the best agent I've ever talked to and a total life saver. So if you're looking for a great deal on a cruise and some top-notch customer service, look no further than Prestige Cruises!
Terrible Experience with Booking Site: Unreliable Coupons, Hidden Fees, and Rude Customer Service
I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. First off, I had to call and argue with them because they didn't honor the coupon code I entered. After a lot of back and forth, they finally saw their error but said it would take until the next billing cycle to get my money back. What a hassle!
Then, a month before our trip, we tried to switch up our rooms and they wanted to charge us $170 for the first room. They even warned me that the price might go up as we booked a total of 4 rooms. How does that make any sense? When you look online, it says the price is supposed to be $5. What a scam!
To make matters worse, the people on the phone were so rude. They warned me about how much more the rates would go up as it got closer to our arrival date. They say they're open 24 hours a day, but when you call, they just pass you around and you end up getting an answering machine that they never listen to. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I can tell you one thing for sure, I will NEVER use this site again. It's a total rip off and not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
Terrible Experience with Prestige Cruises: False Promises and Poor Customer Service
Booking our trip to Vegas was a real headache with this company. We saw a deal on their website that said if we booked with them, we would get 2 show tickets. I even called up the customer service rep to double-check before I booked the deal online, and they confirmed that my booking would come with the 2 tickets. But now, a whole month later, after leaving 4 voicemail messages and sending 2 emails, I've been told that my booking actually DID NOT come with the tickets. I paid extra money for the trip, expecting to get the tickets, and now I'm stuck without them. And to make matters worse, I can't even get my money back and book with someone else. The company was NOT willing to help me out at all. It's SO FRUSTRATING, especially when I talked to one of their members over the phone before I booked and he said I would be getting the show tickets.
The customer service was just plain AWFUL! I will NEVER book with this company again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience. It's just not right to promise something and then not deliver it. I feel like I've been cheated out of my money, and it's just not fair. I hope that others will read this review and think twice before booking with Prestige Cruises.
Disappointing Experience with MGM Grand: Refund Issues and Bankruptcy
My band and I were super excited to stay at the MGM Grand for two whole weeks in August of last year. We had been planning this trip for months and couldn't wait to hit up all the hot spots in Vegas. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned and we had to cancel our trip just five days before our scheduled arrival date.
I was pretty bummed about the whole situation, but I knew I had to call the hotel and ask for a refund. I spoke to a lady named Tracy (I think that was her name) and she was really nice and helpful. I told her I needed a refund ASAP and she said, "Okay, I will get that started for you. Anything else I can do for you?" I said no and hung up the phone feeling relieved that at least the refund was taken care of.
But then, months went by and I still hadn't received my refund. I was starting to get worried and decided to call the hotel to see what was going on. That's when I found out that they had filed for bankruptcy! I couldn't believe it. They had taken my money and now there was no hope of getting it back.
I was so frustrated and angry. I had spent over $1,200 on this trip and now I had nothing to show for it. I tried calling their alternative number, but all they did was make excuses and give me the runaround.
It's really a shame that this happened because I had heard good things about Prestige Cruises before. But now, after reading all the negative reviews and experiencing this myself, I would never recommend them to anyone. It's just not worth the risk.
Epic 18-Day Cruise-Tour-Cruise Package with Prestige Cruises: A Review
Prestige Cruises
Yo, we just got back from an epic 18-day cruise-tour-cruise package with Prestige Cruises. It was lit! We started off with a 3-day cruise from Vancouver to Skagway, then we hit up the WP&Y Railroad for a land package that took us from Skagway to Canada. We spent three nights in the Yukon Territory, which was dope. Then we hopped on a B737 charter flight to Fairbanks and checked out Denali. We rode the Alaska Railroad to Anchorage in 5-star comfort, and the next day we rode the Alaska Railroad again to the second cruise in Seward, which took us back to Vancouver. Everything was Holland America "content." (Holland arranged the charter flight and not a third party.)
Prestige Cruises put together an 11-day cruise-tour package with a 7-day cruise, and they sold it as a single package. It was a sick deal that I couldn't find anywhere else. Everything was HAL content.
I gotta give a shoutout to the Prestige selling agent and their back office for handling some follow-up issues regarding our medical needs. They were on point and made sure we were good to go.
If you're looking for a lit cruise experience, I highly recommend both Holland American and Prestige Cruises. They know how to do it right.
Peace out,
Steve McEvoy

Taking a Chance on Prestige Cruises: A Review of Our Experience
So, we was planning to go on a cruise with Prestige Cruises and we was pretty excited about it. But then we heard some rumors that they might not be doing so good financially. We did some research and found out that they had some problems in the past with their parent company, tripreservations.com, filing for bankruptcy. We was worried that we might not get our money back or that our cruise might get cancelled.
But we decided to take a chance and go on the cruise anyway. And we're so glad we did! The ship was beautiful and the staff was really friendly. We had a great time exploring all the different ports of call and trying out all the different activities on board. The food was also really good - we especially enjoyed the seafood buffet!
Overall, we had a really great experience with Prestige Cruises. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. Just make sure to do your research beforehand and make sure they're still in business!
Prestige Cruises: A Scamming Website with Poor Customer Service
Yo, this website called Prestige Cruises is straight up whack. They be tryna scam you with their high prices and don't even bother to help you out if you got a problem. Once they got your cash, they don't give a damn about you. Ain't no way I'm telling my homies to use this site.
Terrible Experience with Prestige Cruises: Paid for Hotel in Advance, Got Ripped Off
I had a bad experience with Prestige Cruises. I paid for a hotel four months in advance, but when I arrived at Harrahs hotel, I was told that they had gone bankrupt and hadn't paid. Luckily, they still let us stay, but I never got my money back. It was a big hassle and I felt like I was getting the runaround. I wouldn't recommend booking with these guys unless you want to get ripped off too.

Disappointing Experience with Prestige Cruises: Unfair Cancellation Fee Policy
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Prestige Cruises. I made a reservation for a hotel room a couple days back, planning for a vacation that's still 4 months away. But now, I gotta cancel it and they're trying to charge me a whopping $100! That's just not right, man. I mean, when I booked it, I read on the page that there wouldn't be any cancellation fees as long as I did it 3 days before check-in. So what gives?
Honestly, I wouldn't suggest anyone to go with these guys. They're just trying to rip you off, plain and simple. So if you're thinking about booking with Prestige Cruises, I'd say stay awayyyy from these thieves!
Disappointing Experience with Prestige Cruises and vegasview.com: Delayed Refund Process
I recently had an experience with Prestige Cruises through vegasview.com and I have to say, it was not a good one. I made a reservation for a hotel on September 1st, but unfortunately had to cancel it right away. However, it's now September 28th and I still haven't received any refund or cancellation notice from my credit card company. This means that I'm going to have to pay for the reservation even though I cancelled it.
I reached out to Vegas and they told me that it usually takes 30 business days to process a refund. What a load of garbage! Why do they have to hold onto my money for so long? It's not fair that I have to wait that long to get my money back.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Prestige Cruises and vegasview.com. I would not recommend using their services if you're looking for a hassle-free experience. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of situation and I hope that they can improve their refund process in the future.
Terrible Customer Service: My Nightmare Experience with This Travel Agency
This travel agency is the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't have any customer service. I've left over 20 messages in the last 2 weeks, but I can't talk to anyone. I have to leave a message. Once you book, you won't be able to talk to anyone, and most of what they promised won't be done. I'm leaving in 4 days for a 10-day cruise/land to Alaska from Vancouver, and it's been the worst experience of my life.
Deceptive Pricing and Hidden Costs: My Experience with Prestige Cruises
I gotta say, I've been trying to book a cruise with Prestige Cruises for a while now and it's been a bit of a hassle. I've called them up three times in the last couple of weeks to try and book a trip to Europe with airfare included, but every time they give me a price that's way higher than what's advertised on their website. They've got these Travelzoo deals that include taxes and fees and airfare, but when I ask about them they always say something like "oh, there's a glitch in the system" or "that must be sold out, we just haven't updated the site yet."
It's a bit frustrating, you know? Like, I'm trying to plan a vacation here and I don't want to have to deal with all these extra costs and surprises. I mean, I get that things can change and prices can fluctuate, but it seems like they should be more upfront about it.
Anyway, I did manage to find an example of one of these deals that I was interested in - the Northern Isles trip with a balcony room and airfare for $1899. That sounds like a pretty good deal to me, but I'm not sure if I can trust that price or if it's just gonna end up being more expensive in the end.
Overall, I'm still considering booking with Prestige Cruises because they do have some good deals and the trips themselves look really nice. But I wish they would be more transparent about their pricing and make it easier for customers to know what they're getting into.
Hidden Costs and Requirements on a Cruise with Prestige Cruises
Cruises!
Me and my partner decided to go on a cruise from Australia to New Zealand with Prestige Cruises. We were pretty excited about it, but we didn't know that we needed visas to enter the country. As US citizens, we had to get these visas, but we didn't know that anyone over 74 had to get an extensive medical exam from a doctor selected by Australia. This was a big surprise to us, and we were pretty upset that Prestige Cruises didn't tell us about this beforehand.
My wife had to travel five hours to get the exam, which was really inconvenient. And to make matters worse, the exam cost us hundreds of dollars, and they didn't accept any insurance. We were really disappointed that we had to pay so much money for something that we didn't even know about. It felt like there were hidden costs that we weren't aware of.
Overall, we had a good time on the cruise, but we were definitely more cautious about booking with Prestige Cruises in the future. We would recommend that anyone thinking about booking with them should be careful and make sure to ask about any hidden costs or requirements.
Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Prestige Cruises
I recently booked a cruise with Prestige Cruises for my trip to Europe. However, I had some questions about my final bill and wanted to change rooms. So, I decided to give their customer service number a call and left a message. I was hoping to receive a call back from them soon.
Unfortunately, it has been three days now and I have left three messages, but I still haven't received any response from them. I even left a fourth message, but still no luck. It's frustrating to think that they expect me to wait around all day long until they finally decide to call me back.
Their customer service is terrible, and I'm seriously considering canceling my trip and booking elsewhere. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to this cruise, but I can't deal with this kind of service. It's just not worth it.
Overall, I would not recommend Prestige Cruises to anyone. Their lack of customer service is a major issue, and it's not worth the hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free vacation, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Beware of Hidden Fees: My Experience Booking with Prestige Cruises through Vegas View
Booked a room for two nights with Prestige Cruises through Vegas View for a total of $124. I was pretty excited to get such a good deal, but boy was I in for a surprise when I checked out. Turns out, there was some fine print that I missed and the resort charged me an extra $5 resort fee. But that wasn't even the worst part. When I got my invoice via email, I saw that I was charged a whopping $15 per day resort fee plus tax, which came out to a total of $33.60 in fees and taxes. I couldn't believe it! The $52 per night rate suddenly didn't seem like such a good deal anymore.
Lesson learned, folks. Always read the fine print when booking through Vegas View. It's a shame because the room itself was actually pretty nice. But with all those extra fees, I'm not sure I would book with Prestige Cruises again. It's just not worth the hassle and surprise charges.
