Responded within a day. Met the adjuster at his convenience & gave an almost immediate estimate. After some rain delays, they came within 2 weeks. The shingles and crew arrived as scheduled and went immediately to work. Completed in one day and did an excellent job in installation and cleanup. A short section of a gutter was dented and they replaced it (no cost) the next day. Excellent people to deal with.

I am very satisfied with ICS roofing and would highly recommend you. Scott Smith was amazing at explaining everything about the roof and what they would be doing. Checking back with me by phone or dropping by. The roofers worked very hard when they were at my house and cleaned up every day they came before they left. You have a very professional company. I knew from the start I was in good hands with ICS.

ICS did a great job! David showed up the same day when I had an issue with my roof. He was available for questions throughout the entire process and I always knew where we stood during the process. The roofing team did an excellent job installing the new roof and cleaning the yard after they were finished. I'm very pleased with the service they provided and would recommend them to others who have roofing needs.

I became highly impressed with ICS when I came home from work around 6pm to find them still working. Most roofers I've seen usually stop somewhere around 2:30/3:00 due to the heat. I expected them to put some tarps on the unfinished area and come back the next morning but they didn't. They continued to work until it was completed. They left our home a little after 8:00pm and we had a brand new roof that looks GREAT.

We have used the services of ICS before and chose them this time based on our past excellent experience. They again led us through each step of the process of getting our roof repaired/replaced with professionalism and true caring for our concerns. The work was done in the time frame initially scheduled, and the cleanup during and upon completion was superb. I highly recommend them for any roofing work that needs to be done correctly!

He stayed in contact through every process from start to finish. James and his crew were fantastic! Worked continuously all day until the job was done. Was mindful enough to make sure my vehicles were safe from falling debris. At the end of the day you never would have known they had been there if not for the new roof. A+

First of all, I never write reviews but I am because ICS Roofing went above and beyond on all aspects of my new roof. During this difficult time of Covid-19, ICS Roofing made all the accommodations and was able work with the insurance company. ICS Roofing demonstrated a professional, reputable, and personable performance. They were prompt in no time at all they had the roof on. If you having to make the decision regarding a new roof or even repairs, I hope that you will consider ICS Roofing for the job. You will thank me for it.

ICS is top notch! These guys go above and beyond to do the best job possible and give the homeowner exactly what they want. The owner is great to deal with, he answered all of our questions and made sure everything we requested was done to our specifications on our roof. He's a class act. The crew that put our new roof on were extremely fast. They were in and out in less than a day and the roof looks great! We can't tell they were ever even here. Top notch company and top notch work. I highly recommend these guys! Very professional.

ICS did a fantastic job replacing my original 28 year old roof. This was not an insurance job; I was free to select the company best equipped in the North Alabama area to replace my roof. The ICS crew (including Scott Breakfield â€" project manager) did exactly what they said they would do and followed up after the job was completed. They were professional, polite and courteous. I was in the process of looking for a roofing company and came across ICS Roofing. I called and talked with a very professional and courteous lady. She gave me the name of their sales representative, Scott Johnson. Within an hour he returned my call. I gave him the address and immediately he went and inspected the roof and gave me an estimate. Even though a small job, it was obvious they wanted the business. I was treated with respect and a caring attitude. They had the job completed within two weeks. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling from a recent storm. I had no idea where to start due to me never having to file a claim with my insurance company in the past. I called several roofing companies in my area and decided to go with ICS Roofing and Construction because I heard great things about them. I contacted them and they sent out a man named John Smith. John walked me through the steps and was in contact with me from start to finish. I did not have to worry about anything. He made an overwhelming endeavor turn into a walk in the park. The roof crew did a amazing job and the roof looks great. If you are in need of a roof, John and the people of ICS is the only option in my opinion. I appreciate the hard work, courtesy, respect, and professionalism from everyone involved.

Good shingle roof job. Great pricing for job. 25 year shingles. On 10/15, I was told 2-4 weeks approximately was wait time to get a roof started & depending on the weather conditions. I was called on 10/20, told roofing job be done on Friday, 10/22 & shingles would be delivered on Thursday 10/21. On 10/22, my roof job started at approximately 5:30 am & completed at approximately 10:15 am. Job entailed totally clear off all old shingles & tar paper, take off 4 satellites from roof & trash, remove bathroom skylight put down decking board over hole where skylight was, replace 2 pieces decking boards, replace 4 roof vents, totally cover entire roof with tar paper covering & shingles. Had approximately 15 +/- roofers working on roof. Job well done.

This was literally one of the best, if not THE best, experience I've had since becoming a homeowner. Jamie Smith originally came out to look at a repair on my siding, which turned out to be a service they didn't offer, but instead he got me an entirely new roof + decking all paid for by my insurance (less our deductible and architectural shingle upgrade)! His crew came out and installed the decking and roof in one day and did a very thorough clean-up job.
All the guys on the crew were super friendly and worked so hard to make sure our roof looked amazing and was done to the highest quality. I honestly can't say enough about this company and its employees. Alyssa in the business office was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone. They have done 4 roofs just on our block over the past 2 years and I can see why. They have a lifelong customers in us. Thanks Jamie and ICS crew!

From the initial contact with ICS Roofing & Construction, I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Scott was such a pleasure to work with and gave me all of the details and options I needed to make the best decision for my home. He did such a great job keeping me updated that I never had to wonder what was going on with my project and in fact, when he gave me a timeline, things were completed ahead of that. Scott clearly enjoys his job and I value his expertise and passion to perform at the highest of his abilities. The roofers themselves were polite, clean and on-time. They were respectful of my property and ensured none of my plants were damaged and my yard was completely spotless before they left. I received several quotes for my job and Scott and his boss worked diligently to not only earn our business, but to make our insurance claim payment stretch as far as possible.
