This is a message for all of those who have been lied by Ideal Image. I am seriously considering to file a lawsuit against Ideal Image and I am reaching out to anybody who is interested in joining a class action lawsuit to write and describe their case or situation. I will print all of your emails and take them with me to the lawyer next week. PLEASE make sure you file a complaint as well with the Better Business Bureau and the General Attorney Office. It is very important to take these both actions especially with the General Attorney Office to make sure they receive as many complaints as possible to encourage a lawsuit. Let's do something about the lies, the rip off, the sales pitch, the burns, the regrowth of hair, the price changes...If we don't do anything then they will stil rip off other women (or men) who are so desperately in need to find a solution for their hair growth. recently got manipulated into applying for a loan i thought the loan was an option not actual. Also services said to include bikini underarm and legs and its just bikini. also signed me up for lifetime guarantee and i dint ask for that. Have not used their services and they wont give me a refund. need help this is making me broke.
I also was led to believe that I was just getting the financing information, not entering into a formal contract. The salesperson made it seem like I could change my mind. I was also apparently charged for more sessions than I had originally agreed to and I was told the only person who could resolve that is the original salesperson, who has not returned any phone calls or emails.
I also was duped by the salesperson into ultherapy. Hurt like heck. Waited the 6 months and saw literally no change, so I went to an aesthetician. She used botox, fillers and l look 5 years younger. I am currently trying to get my money back, but they really don't want to. I would definitely be interested in joining a class action lawsuit. It is a bait and switch company. The sales people say you will get phenomenal results, and then the nurse doing it, says it's subtle. After you have paid $2000. I am livid.

I'm curious because it says this complaint was resolved. They did more than take my money, they disfigured me and sent me into a spiral these last two years. I shared my complaint for anyone wondering. I'm going to be seeking legal action if they do not hold up their end of the bargain.

I have been making payments on the comenity site for my loan from Ideal Image since 04/2016, and I have all of the original hair growth still. Also, they scarred different parts of my body with the lasers.
What is statue of limitations for this lawsuit? Sometime ago I received laser treatment at Ideal Image. I wish I didn't. It didn't work due to the color of my hair, but since the treatment I have so much facial hair,it's ridiculous
I would also like to join a lawsuit against Ideal Image. I'm terribly unsatisfied with their service, and just want a refund for unused sessions. They make you sign a contract before you can have any service, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, they won't refund for any unused sessions. It's a circle that is not fair to any customer. What kind of company does this. No matter what you sign up for, you are stuck. I paid by credit card, upfront and I just want my money back for unused sessions. Ideal Image hides behind the contract and won't let you have any service without signing. This is scrupulous business.

The hair grew back, my hygiene under my armpits have never been the same, i have scaring, and it was the most painful experience.

ideal image ripped me off as well i am a disabled trans mtf. I have lost 10000 dollars and received one session that lasted 45 minutes in two years. What do we do? I reached out to the Attorney Generals Office and they did nothing to help me with my claim. I am at a loss and i cannot believe the way this company scammed me? I am so sad to see that I’m not the only one going through this. Wasn’t given any time to think about what I was doing and I feel like I will not get out of this contract. I can’t financially support another loan right now but the pressure to do so was crazy to me.
My name is M.Cruz and I went to ideal image in Sugarland, Texas in 2019 I think it was. These scammers talked me into spending $3000 to do cool sculpting on my extended stomach and my turkey neck. They pretty much guaranteed that it will make a big difference! I got these horrible, painful black marks on the top and bottom of my stomach. And absolutely nothing happened with my neck!. I never ever saw any type of results! Now I am still paying off a $3000 loan they help set up! I just checked the amount that I am still supposed to be paying off and I still got $1600 to pay. I have gotten absolutely no results! I never ever had any results! This is a pure, and clear scam! It never even made any kind of dent on my stomach or neck! The only thing It did is make my stomach bigger for four months! And when the swelling and the bloating finally went down, it just went down to my org size! They are still selling the idea that cool sculpting can work on overweight people! They should not be in business, because this product have never worked! At least they should tell people that it cannot, and will not work on people who are not already super thin! I hate Idea Image and I hate the products that they have because it does not work on your neck and it does not work on your stomach and it will not work on your arms just like it won’t work on those other parts! I want to be part of a suit I complained in the beginning, they act like they didn’t care, and that they kept calling me trying to sell me other products! With Covid and everything going on I was complacent because I had too many other things to worry about, but I’m ready! I’m ready to sue the these sons of guns, because they should not get away with charging people money for absolutely nothing!
Yes I would be happy to to make a complaint against them as well. I applied for service, received part of the service and was told that I had to pay the remaining and was denied refund for the remaining of the service. Yes, very open to Sue.
me, too. If the service can't be provided in due time per contract, customer should not be obligated to keep the customer's money. Predatory!
I would also like to be added to this. They completely scam you with their over-the-phone consultation. Non-medical professionals saying you’re a candidate for laser hair removal when you’re actually not. High pressure sales tactics.

I would love to be in this lawsuit as well. Paid $3000 for cool sculpting and there was no change. I was very misled that I would see results and I didn’t. When I spoke to customer service they said the results are different for everyone and some see no change. If I knew there was a chance I’d see zero results I wouldn’t have done this. Customer service was zero help and I don’t know how to proceed from here to get my money back. What a total scam. This company preys on people and scams them.

I had coolscuplting with ZERO results . The first treatment I asked the nurse if I was a candidate and if this procedure works .She stated I would need to complete ALL the treatment sessions for results . I would ask the same question after each session . I was almost done completing the sessions the nurse admitted to me I was NEVER a candidate for the treatment .She stated it was in my notes it basically was NOT going to work. The nurse doesn't agree with the practice of IDEAL IMAGE . I stopped the sessions and ask for a refund . I receive rude responses . IDEAL is giving me pushback and not willing to provide a full refund . I have been trying since October ,2022 . This is a ripoff and VERY MISLEADING . Can someone please advise
I would also like to join in on this lawsuit. I payed for services not rendered … every time I try to make an appointment they say somethings wrong with my account I take days off of work, so not only am I losing out on about $400 a day I’ve had to reschedule twice and now when I called they don’t even answer the phone. Do they have caller ID? Seem so nobody wants to get back to me. They can’t even get the management to call me back and tell me what’s going on …
It is a theft when you take money and don’t perform the services.

I have not got any service and longer want any service esp. after reading all the reviews. Wish I had done it before I got trapped into something that I cannot get a refund. Was not told there was a contract or agreement. Or that I couldn't get a refund if nothing has been done!
