A Personal Touch to Beauty and Confidence
As someone who values both beauty and confidence, I must say that my experience with Ideal Image of Boise has been nothing short of amazing. The staff welcomed me with open arms, making me feel like a valued individual from the moment I walked in. The treatments were not only effective but also delivered with care and professionalism. I can confidently say that Ideal Image has helped me regain my freedom and confidence, making me feel truly beautiful inside and out. Their dedication to providing top-notch services and boosting self-confidence is truly commendable. I highly recommend Ideal Image of Boise to anyone looking to enhance their natural beauty and embrace their confidence.
I had an amazing experience
I was very pleased with the service I received at Ideal Image.
The first experience I had was with Darlin, she was very informative and helpful.
I saw Michelle for a Botox appt and she was very knowledgeable about facial mussels and techniques in which to use to create perfect symmetry.
I will continue to return to Ideal Image for my cosmetic needs.
Ultherapy treatment by Lanaya was great!
I had my first experience on 12/21/2020. The service was for neck ultherapy. After one week, I am seeing results; although, I know the process is typically 6 months. If you can tolerate the pain, it is definitely worth it. As uncomfortable as the procedure was, Lanaya made the process comfortable and relaxing. So much I plan to go back for another treatment of the face.

The best for botox and filler
I've been getting botox and fillers at Ideal Image in Chandler, AZ for a couple years and I have nothing but praise for them. Breanne is the best injector I've ever had. No bruising or painful injections when Breanne does it. The only other services I've had there was Ultherapy a month ago so I'm not yet seeing results. They said it could be a few months to see results. I will say that Ultherapy was very painful and I won't be doing it again so I'm hoping for some amazing results.
Phototherapy excellent!
Dedra from Ideal Image Buckhead, Atlanta performed my Ultratherapy Treatment. She was Amazing! I was very nervous about the process. She explained every step and was so patient answering my questions and calming my nerves. During the procedure she told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. She told me what I could expect and was incredibly knowledgeable about phototherapy. I felt like I was I expert hands and will definitely go back to her for the lower half of my face. I could not be happier
3 days to cancel
I signed up for laser hair removal with a consultant over zoom video and got a loan through Ally lending. The following day I read ALL of the terrible reviews people had left and immediately regretted my decision signing up with this company. You have 3 days to cancel services and get refunded! (I was not told that by the consultant but found out by reading reviews online.) I called corporate on day 2 and the loan was refunded back to Ally after 7 days and I got refunded for a payment I made over the zoom video. Thankful I got out with no issues and ideal image handled this professionally. Hope this helps someone like it did me!
Another awesome experience at Ideal Image
My name is Ivis and I am almost at the end of my laser hair removal treatment at the Ocala office. I happy and sad at the same time. During the past year, i was looking forward not only to have my treatment done but also to interact with the staff. Shannon has been with me for the entire experience and i can't thank her enough. She is the best. She is very professional, knowledgeable and an excellent human being. I recommend her to anyone who is interested on having a treatment done alone with a great experience. I am sure they will be as pleased as i am. I hope my review convince someone outthere to to give Ideal Image a chance. Thank you so much Shannon!:)

Shanena Yeager, RN
I had such a great experience coming here! I was greeted as soon as I arrived by Shanena Yeager who had a bright smile and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I love that she listened to all at my questions and really helped me understand both procedures that I had going on. She is extremely professional and a perfectionist
She also has a very gentle touch when using the needles for Botox! She made me feel safe and comfortable! She is extremely down to earth and a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be coming back to get more procedures with her! I left very happy. It can be scary going to a brand new place, being that I just moved here from LA, but this place was for sure a Godsend! I have to say my only problem was I couldn't leave her a tip because they do not allow us to do so
I ASK YOU TO CONSIDER ANOTHER FACTOR HERE
THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT...
I am blown away by some of the negative reviews on here which basically read to me as if people are not taking responsibility for their own decisions and/or reading the fine print. I also know a number of other people who have successfully used and sung the praises of Ideal Images various services, but we all know it's usually the ones who live to complain that take the time to write bad reviews.
SPEAKING FOR MYSELF...
I have been using Ideal Images services at various locations across the country for over 10-years now. I am a pedantic OCD kinda guy who drills, questions and over clarifies when interviewing anyone as a client and/or as a consultant. YES there are possible pit-falls to any service such as this, and I was made fully aware of the risks, costs and follow-up procedures involved (IT'S UP TO ALL OF US TO OWN OUR OWN MAINTENANCE) with any and all services that they have provided (VERY successfully) for me to date.
I have used them for hair removal and was fully aware the hair would grow back (as all older men's will, they take care of the hair... they can't change our hormones) but finer than before... anticipating this, I paid for the follow-up service, scheduled my follow-up appointments accordingly and continue to mitigate the situation to my satisfaction.
I recommended a friend use the "under eye" procedure, HUGE success!
I have started a cool-sculpting routine with them and couldn't be happier with their onboarding process (Jodi was phenomenal with explaining the process, the pitfalls AND walking me through the financing), their client services and the polite and cooperative manner (Megan and Chelsea at the shop have been wonderful to work with) in which they have accommodated my specific needs as well as my schedule.
Believe me, if nothing more than to up the "ratings percentage curve" BUT more importantly to spread the word to others who could benefit from their professional services and beneficial offerings, I will be following up with subsequent reviews as my process (and progress) continues.

Canceled services
I spoke with someone to get services at ideal image. I was so excited to get ultherapy, IPL and cool sculpting. The lady I spoke with on zoom was awesome until I started emailing her and she never emailed back. So far ideal image has canceled five of my appointments. One an hour before I was supposed to be there. Now I can’t get in for three months. I can’t believe that I am gave money to this terrible business. Please go somewhere else if you actually want to get your services. I would’ve paid a lot more to go somewhere that was much more reliable. Any place is better.
Recommendation: Do not sign up. Go somewhere else.
Unreliable and Misleading: My Experience with Ideal Image
I had a couple of appointments with Ideal Image and I must say I was not impressed. They canceled my appointment twice at the last minute which was quite frustrating. On my last visit, I called three weeks later to ask for a botox touch-up as I wanted a little more. I was told that I could only come in for a touch-up within two weeks of the original appointment. I was surprised they never told me that when I left the original appointment but I thought I would live with that.
I had an appointment on Friday, September 30, and was told upon leaving that if I wanted to touch up, I had to come in within two weeks. I was glad they let me know this time. However, five days later, I was still able to move my eyebrows in for head after the Botox treatment. I called and they scheduled me in for October 7 which would have been exactly one week.
I went in on October 7 on my lunch to get a botox touch-up. I was there 10 minutes early at 12:20 PM and there was a person checking out at that time. I was checked in and waited 15 minutes for my appointment. After 15 minutes, the receptionist called me up and told me that I was not in my window to have a touch-up. I told her that I had just had the original Botox seven days before so I was in my two-week window. She said no, the window is 10 to 14 days only.
I told her that I had been here before and had been told 14 days. She asked me to wait a minute, got up, and went in the back. She came back and told me it is "the law" that I can only have a touch-up between the 10th and the 14th day after Botox. I work for a dermatologist and I know that is a lie. The reason I'm going to IdealImage instead of my dermatologist is that I have to wait two years before I get a discount with my dermatologist.
I told her I do not believe that is true because my dermatologist will see anyone at any time if they are not satisfied with his cosmetics. I told her I was seriously going to look into this further and explained again how I had been canceled on a number of times at the last minute. My appointments at 6 PM get canceled about 4 PM on Friday nights. Seems to me like somebody wanted to leave early for the weekend.
I was very calm and I was not rude to her at all. My membership was sent to renew the following week. I asked her to please cancel my renewal. Their service with keeping appointments is less than stellar and for her to flat out lie to me about the law makes this business look absolutely ridiculous. I will admit I went there because of the price. Once again, live and learn. You get what you pay for. I'm done with Ideal Image.
Horrible Experience with Ideal Image: Cool Sculpting Scam and Refusal to Reimburse
So, I decided to give Ideal Image a try for laser hair removal. But, during my consultation, the consultant convinced me to try cool sculpting instead. They examined the areas I wanted to improve via video call and assured me that I was a good candidate. I was sold on the idea and paid $7806.25, which included a "lifetime guarantee". However, it took over a month and a half for my first cool sculpting appointment due to all locations being overly booked.
When I finally went in for my appointment, two nurses told me that I was not a good candidate for cool sculpting. They explained that the areas I "thought" I paid for were actually loose skin, and cool sculpting would only make it worse. I immediately called the main number to request a reimbursement on 9/2/22. But, I didn't receive a call back until 9/19/22, and was told that I was not eligible for reimbursement.
When I started questioning the representative, he couldn't provide any facts except that I signed a contract. He told me that the medical professionals said there were other areas that I could have cool sculpted. But, I explained that I didn't need cool sculpting on any other areas, and that I paid for lower stomach, banana roll, and inner thigh. He then told me that cool sculpting is not sold by area, only by units. This was not how it was sold to me during my consultation.
I became extremely upset and demanded a reimbursement for services I paid for, and that their nurses told me I should not do. But, all he kept saying was that I was not eligible for reimbursement. When I asked him to tell me exactly what the medical professionals said, he refused to tell me and started spelling out "Y O U A R E" and "N O T E L I G". I was in absolute shock at the way I was treated. I made it clear that I would be seeking legal counsel, and he informed me to go ahead. Eventually, he hung up on me.
I am appalled by how this company treats their customers and horrified that a company like this still exists. I have an appointment to see a lawyer today. Ladies, run the other way. Any company that refuses to give you money back for a service you never received for whatever reason does not deserve your business. PERIOD! On top of that, after reading these reviews, it appears that I was scammed into the lifetime guarantee as well. The consultant explained to me that I would be covered for a lifetime so if any hair grows back, I could get treated. But, I was never told that it would cost $250 annually. I will be looking into this as well.
Horrible Customer Service Experience at Ideal Image - Botox Failed and No Support Given
I was a customer of Ideal Image and I spent a lot of money on their services. However, I was disappointed with the way they treated me. When I moved from Dallas to Colorado, I went to the Centennial location and received skin tightening and botox. It was great. But when I moved to another area of Denver, I went to the Westminster location which was closer. Unfortunately, the botox I received did not take. The girl who gave me the botox said she was new. I have had botox many times before and I could tell this was not going to work. I called 2 weeks later to let them know it hadn't set in, but they kept rushing me off the phone and telling me to wait 2 weeks. I then went to the Lakewood location where the nurse there said it didn't take very well at all. I had never had this problem before. I had my forehead, eyes, and 11's done. The only area that took was the 11's. The nurse wasn't sure where to put the botox and said she hoped that helped. She didn't seem skilled or know what she was doing. They also had issues with the computer and the front staff was complaining about working at Ideal Image. This was in Feb. I have tried calling the support desk since March to complain that the botox didn't take and I paid a lot of money. What they will do is have you put in a call back number they never answer and they never called back. They would try calling during the day but because of my work, I can't answer. I finally got a hold of a Crystal who said she had my case. She started off okay, very monotoned. I was explaining how I am in an industry where I am in front of cameras and the public and how after paying a lot of money it didn't work. I mentioned my friends noticed it didn't work and she said laughingly and rudely you don't have very good friends. This was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have sent 3 of my friends to Ideal Image in Texas who also have spent thousands of dollars. Horrible uncaring customer support. She also told me no one was above her and I had to talk with her or some-other customer support person but it would be the same outcome. I had gone to 2 different Ideal images with no results except for the 11's took. She offered me 20 units of botox. There is no way I will ever go to an Ideal Image again. I asked if they could reverse charges that were on my Fortiva card they issue. She said absolutely not and that's all they could do. Unfortunately, Crystal has given Ideal Image a horrible customer service experience. For someone who deals with the public like myself, it is important to look and feel my best and Ideal Image has been a huge disappointment. So now I am out $580 for services that failed and they don't care. Sorry about my luck! They don't even care about the thousands I've spent.
Disappointed with Ideal Image: Poor Service, Impossible to Schedule, and So-So Treatment
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Ideal Image. I mean, why even have a rating system if there's no option for zero stars? I'm out $3,000 for their lifetime membership and honestly, it's just not worth it. The quality of service and level of care I received was just not up to par.
So, I started off by requesting a consultation on their website. A salesperson from a call center set up a video call between me and a clinician. The salesperson was nice and friendly, but the clinician was just cold and unwelcoming. She told me about the service and pricing, and when I said I needed to think about it, she pressured me into signing up by saying the price was only good for that day and I'd have to pay tens of thousands of dollars if I waited. I caved and signed up.
On my first visit, I was told that I'd have a different person serving me each time. I didn't like that and asked if I could have the same person each time. They said I'd have to wait a month until more days opened up on their schedule and they'd "try" to get me with the same person. At my previous dermatologist's office, I could book appointments 6, 7, 8 months in advance! It's the same for my dentist, my doctor, and my cat's vet! So why do they only open 45 to 60 days at a time? It's almost impossible to schedule an appointment with Ideal Image!
I've called them 7 times today, Friday afternoon, and the phone just rings. I don't receive an answering service or voicemail or anything, it just rings. I did not pay $3000 to hear a ringing phone. I sent an email to customer service and I haven't heard back from anyone. Maybe they're out of business? With service like this, it wouldn't surprise me.
The laser hair removal treatment I received was so-so. I've done laser hair removal at two other places and Ideal Image is okay but not my first or second choice. Of course, at this point, I'm not recommending them at all. I'm just going to use up my appointments that I paid for, if I can get on the schedule, and I'm never looking back.
I will say that Ideal Image's pricing is 40-50+% less than what I'm used to paying. 16 treatments for $3000 is a great deal. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I was having laser done at a dermatologist office prior to Ideal Image and I was paying $2500 for 5 treatments. I left them because it was too far of a drive from my home. What a mistake that was. I should've just made the drive.
I hope this review helps someone. Honestly, I'm not even sure if I'll be able to book another appointment with them. But if I do, I'll be sure to update this review.
Disappointing Experience with Ideal Image: Lack of Communication and Professionalism
I recently had an experience with Ideal Image that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I was hoping to get laser hair removal done on my upper neck and jawline, but unfortunately, things did not go as planned. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my contract was incorrect and needed to be changed. This was frustrating, as I had driven an hour to get to the location and was excited for my first session.
After speaking with Tammy, a representative from Ideal Image, I was given a new contract and rescheduled for another appointment. However, when I arrived for my second appointment, I was informed that there was an issue with my payment and they could not proceed with the treatment. This was despite the fact that I had already made a down payment and a first month payment. I asked for a refund, but was told that they do not offer refunds.
I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism from Ideal Image. It felt like they were treating me like a burden rather than a valued customer. When I spoke with the location manager, Nicole, she apologized for the situation but did not offer any real solutions or compensation for my wasted time and energy.
Overall, I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone. Their lack of organization and communication made the entire experience a nightmare. If you are considering using their services, I would advise you to do your research and read the many complaints and negative reviews online before making a decision.
Disappointed with Ideal Image: Lack of Staff and Inability to Accommodate Clients
I made a big decision to spend a lot of money on getting my body treated by Ideal Image, a company that I thought was reputable. However, I am extremely disappointed with my decision. My appointments have been canceled multiple times due to the fact that they can't keep staff and don't have enough staff to fulfill their clients' needs. As a result, my treatments have not been working. I have brought this issue up to the manager four or five different times, but I have never heard back from them, despite my follow-ups over two years.
Finally, I decided to reach out to the head office to share my concerns about the clinic's inability to accommodate its clients and the lack of staff to ensure that clients are treated on a proper schedule. I asked for a refund, but the head office representative, RJ, did not want to give me a refund or offer any other solution. Instead, he gave me his direct number and told me to call him every time I couldn't get an appointment, and he would try to assist me.
However, even after this phone call, I was unable to schedule my follow-up appointment for December because the clinic is fully booked for the rest of the year due to the fact that they only have one employee. Moreover, the schedule for January is unknown at this time because they cannot find anyone to work. They told me that they have hired two new workers who will receive two weeks of training and then can start booking more appointments after their training. But, I am not happy about paying 10x the price to get treated by a worker who has only two weeks of experience. Furthermore, it is my understanding that if you are not treated every 6 to 8 weeks, your treatments are not effective, and I have experienced that this statement is true. So, if the company cannot accommodate its clients within this set timeframe, the treatments are not going to work. Therefore, it is fair and justified to ask for a refund.
I have called RJ from the head office four times now, but I have not received a single call back. I also called the Granville location today, but the manager was not available, and I did not receive a call back even after relaying my concerns with the receptionist. It's beyond unprofessional that this company takes your money and can't fulfill your treatment, and management could care less about it. I'm extremely disappointed by the conduct of Ideal Image and would like to share my experience as an example of what to expect if you decide to sign a contract and give them your money. As it stands now, Ideal Image has my money for treatments they cannot fulfill, and no one from the head office or the location itself will return my calls to discuss a refund. It's truly appalling.
Beware of Ideal Image: Shady Sales Tactics, Unqualified Staff, and Nightmare Claim Process
I had a virtual consultation with a sales rep from Ideal Image and it was not a good experience. The sales rep was not qualified to determine if I was a candidate for laser hair removal or not. She convinced me that I was the "perfect candidate" and sold me a bunch of stuff that I didn't agree to, including a $250 membership. She set me up with a third-party lender and told me that payments would not start until after my first appointment, which was scheduled a month out. However, I received a bill in the mail before my first appointment and was scared that it would ruin my credit if I didn't pay it, so I ended up paying it.
When I went to my first appointment, I was told that I wasn't a candidate for laser hair removal due to my reddish hair. The technician brought in two other technicians who also agreed that I wasn't a candidate, but they still did a single test and told me to wait six weeks to make sure. I came back for my second appointment and it was confirmed that I was not a candidate. They said they would start the claim process and it should move quickly since I was not a candidate.
However, the claim process was a nightmare. Donald Howe was the claim executive assigned to my case and he was terrible to deal with. He only called me once and I tried to call him every day for about a month before I reached out to customer service. The agent would not transfer me to manage MTB when asked and told me that I would just have to wait for Donald to contact me. When I asked what happens if another week goes by and he still doesn't contact me, she said "we'll have to cross that bridge when we get there." I asked her to connect me to her manager and she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't have a manager and neither does Donald. What?!
I ended up calling customer service almost every day and got nowhere. I finally got lucky and got a manager on the corporate side one day who stated that Donald closed my claim and that there was no refund being issued. I asked the manager if this is standard protocol and she stated that after three failed phone attempts, the claim gets closed. Remind you, Donald only called me once and I attempted to call him over 30 times. I asked her if it is their practice not to send a customer to a manager when asked and she stated no.
The customer service team is a joke and will not help you in any way. I ended up going into the clinic and talking to staff there who reopened my claim and made phone calls while I was physically standing there demanding this be resolved. Donald still did not call me after I was told he would reach back out. I ended up getting connected to another claim rep who shorted me over a thousand dollars in my refund. So now I had to take on the task of doing his job and making sure I was getting all of my money back.
I finally, after calling Donald 16 times in a row, got a return call from him. He did not apologize for anything and was quite rude. He tried charging me for treatments that I never received and when asked to be transferred to his supervisor, he told me he does not have one. Again, what?! I ended up reaching out to the Better Business Bureau who assisted in getting this resolved. The company tried stating that the claim was resolved, however, I still did not get refunded and neither did the lender. I am still waiting for my refund to my credit card, and will not close out the complaint until I get it.
Warning! Do not deal with this company! They are shady, and many times the thought crossed my mind of them being a fraud. I honestly don't know how they are still in business, especially after reading all the reviews of very similar stories on the BBB website and Google. I would give them 0 stars if I could!
Laser Hair Removal: A Costly and Disappointing Experience
I gotta say, I've tried laser hair removal on multiple areas and it's been a real rollercoaster ride. I've spent a boatload of cash and countless hours on treatments, but I gotta tell ya, I don't think it's worth it. When I first started, they told me it was "permanent hair removal", but let me tell ya, it ain't. It might reduce the hair for a bit, but it's definitely not permanent. Once the treatments stop, the hair starts growing back. And then they want you to pay even more to keep getting treated after your contract is up and you're considered "fully treated". I got my face done first (full face) and about a year or so later, it's like I never had treatment at all. I'm basically back to square one and if I want to continue getting treated, I gotta fork over more time and money. What they don't tell you (at least they didn't tell me) is that it's a lifelong commitment.
While I was still being treated for my face and underarms, I decided to go ahead and get my legs and bikini area treated as well. They were having a "special" that was just too good to pass up. My gut told me to wait until I saw results from my first treatment areas before signing up, but I didn't listen. I asked if I didn't see results if they would continue to treat because I didn't want to invest so much more if it wasn't going to give me the results I was looking for. I was told of course they would. But let me tell ya, don't fall for the "specials". They are ALWAYS running a special, which makes it basically their regular price.
I started treatments for my legs and bikini area and then COVID hit after my first sessions. The clinic closed and appointments got cancelled. When they opened back up, they were so backed up from all the cancellations and from nurses being out sick that it took 7 months to get back in for my session. Sessions are supposed to be done every 8-10 weeks to be most effective. I asked if there would be some adjustments to the contract to account for the break in treatment. I was told there would be. What they did, was add 2 months on to the end of the treatment period. However, what they didn't account for was the additional breaks in treatment because so many people were out and the multiple cancellations (on their end) of appointments.
When I got to the end of my treatments, I was short 1 session for bikini and I still had spots in both treatment areas that needed some additional treatment. The local clinic told me they couldn't do anything about it and to call corporate. So I called corporate and spoke to Justin. I explained the situation and shared that I wasn't looking for an extension of my contract, I really just wanted another session to get one last treatment in to address spots that were missed. Justin said no big deal, I can get you scheduled for a follow up treatment. A couple of days before my appointment I had to call the local clinic to move the time of my appointment. Thank goodness I called, because the lady at the clinic told me this wasn't a "treatment" appointment, it was just a follow up discussion appointment and that if I wanted to be treated I would need to pay. I explained that's not what Justin had told me and she again said there's nothing we can do you need to call corporate.
So I called corporate again and this time spoke to Elizabeth. I went through the whole thing with Elizabeth and she explained there's nothing they could do. They weren't able to extend my contract. I again explained I just wanted to be spot treated one last time for the areas missed (and the 1 shorted appointment). She said they wouldn't extend the contract. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke with Britney. We went through the whole thing again. Britney said they were "unable" to do anything on their end (which I find hard to believe being they are corporate) and that I would need to reach out to the local clinic. I advised that the local clinic told me they couldn't do anything and I would need to talk to corporate and we were just going in circles. Why could no one do anything? She said she was going to email the Area Manager who might be able to do something for me. Britney said she was going to flag it "high priority" and that I should expect a response in about a week. It's been over 2 weeks since I spoke to Britney and over a month since I've been trying to get this resolved and nothing.
My personal experience/opinion? The results (and customer service) are not worth the time and money. I suggest you save your money (and time).
4 orders in 6 months all timely and well-satisfied. I intend to continue purchasing from AMPEX.
I received my order and u=it was just as advertised. This was a follow up purchase, that this lot of coins was a good as the previous one. I would recommend buying from APMEX for any item that you might be interested in.
This is the 2nd coin that I have bought from cull. Both have been decent and being cull I knew what to expect. I'm very happy with the coins I have purchased and the timely delivery and I have no complaints.
I just recently placed my 4th order with Apmex and to date, everything has been fine. The order was processed and shipped out and in my possession in less than 7 days. They are my go-to for precious metals.
Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We are happy that your orders are generally packaged well and arrive on time!
Pushy and Rude: My Disappointing Experience with Ideal Image's Virtual Consultation
I was doing some research on laser hair removal places in the area where I will be moving to soon. I currently go to a laser place near my current home, but since they don't have a location in the state I am moving to, I wanted to explore my options and get an idea of what to expect in terms of pricing and services. I had previously had a virtual consultation with Ideal Image back in 2018, so I decided to reach out to them again for another consultation.
When I called to set up the consultation, I explained my situation to the person on the phone, but they still insisted on a virtual consultation. I had my consultation with Molly, who was very friendly and helpful at first. However, things quickly took a turn when I explained that I did not want to go on a payment plan and would rather pay in full. As a college student, I prefer not to have monthly payments if I can avoid it. Molly was very pushy and insistent that I should go on a payment plan, saying things like "It will help your credit" and "I'm sure you don't have that kind of money laying around." I found these comments to be quite rude and presumptuous, as she had no idea about my financial situation.
When I explained that I did not want to have monthly payments, Molly told me that "that's what grown adults do" and asked me to get prequalified. I did not want to do this and told her my credit score, but I also did not want my credit score to be pulled again. Molly then offered me a big discount if I purchased right then and there, but I explained that I was just trying to get more information and was not ready to purchase yet. She seemed frustrated and asked me why I was even doing the consultation if I wasn't ready to buy. I explained again that I just wanted to get more information so that I could make an informed decision when I moved to the area.
Molly then told me that I was wasting my time and that prices would change by next year anyway. She also seemed confused as to why I wouldn't want to purchase right then and there, saying things like "nobody wants facial hair." I explained that I was still finishing up treatments at my current laser place and didn't want to start all new treatments until I was finished with the ones I had. Molly then offered me a big discount again, but I declined and asked her about the quality of their laser compared to the one I currently use. She told me that their laser was medical grade and compared it to a luxury car brand, saying that my current place wasn't unlimited for a reason and didn't provide enough services.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience with Ideal Image. Molly was very pushy and rude when she realized that I wasn't ready to purchase right then and there. She seemed to have no interest in helping me gain more knowledge and information about their services and was only interested in making a sale. I spoke to a local laser place where I will be moving, and they were much more understanding and helpful. They valued me as a customer even though I wouldn't be purchasing until next year and were happy to answer all of my questions. I would much rather go to a place where I feel respected and valued as a customer, rather than one where I am treated rudely and pushed to make a purchase.
Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Disappointing Experience with Ideal Image
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Ideal Image. I don't usually like to call out businesses, but I feel like people need to know what's going on here. They took my money upfront for 9 laser treatments, but it was like pulling teeth to actually schedule them. I only got 3 treatments over the course of 6 months, and when I tried to schedule my 4th appointment, they completely ignored my calls and voicemails. I even tried emailing my sales rep and texting her, but no response. It was like they just took my money and ran.
I was so frustrated that I shared my experience on social media, and one of my friends actually called them on my behalf. And guess what? They picked up! It's like they only answer calls from new phone numbers because they want to steal more money. My friend told them to call me back, but they said they had "more pressing matters" to take care of first. What a load of baloney.
Eventually, someone did call me back to schedule an appointment, but I was hesitant to go through with it. I messaged their Facebook page and got a response that they would "have someone reach out." Finally, someone from Ideal Image (I think at a higher level than the retail location) contacted me. I explained my experience to her, but she was really dismissive and downplayed my concerns. She said that since I had already received three treatments, they couldn't refund me, but would issue an account credit. She was really vague about what that meant, though.
She also mentioned that they have a hold harmless agreement that they make people sign if they cancel a contract, which is supposed to minimize negative reviews. And get this - she said that my treatments were within the 6 to 10 week guidelines, so she didn't see what the issue was. Um, excuse me? I had my treatment over a month ago and couldn't even get on the calendar for my next one because they wouldn't answer their phone or return my calls. That's a pretty big issue, if you ask me.
She did offer to advance schedule me for my remaining six treatments, but said that they don't usually do that because if I cancel, it messes up all the other appointments. And she still wouldn't give me any details about the account credit. I told her I wasn't satisfied with that resolution and that I would continue to raise awareness until I was happy with how they handle customers. She said she would escalate it to her manager, so we'll see what happens.
Honestly, I would recommend going somewhere else for your laser, botox, cool sculpting, or whatever. And if you can, support a local business instead. Ideal Image just isn't worth the hassle.

I was a member in 2023 and was unable to complete my CoolSculpting (CS) because the technician noticed (October 2023) a tiny lump at my belly button when I was scheduled for CS on my abdomen. She thought it may be a hernia and if it was then I would need a letter from my doctor indicating it was safe for me to have the procedure. It took me 4 months to...
Read full review of Ideal ImageRude Consultation - Will not be using this place!
I was researching laser hair removal places in the area I was going to be moving to. I use another laser place near my current home now and will be finishing out treatments in 2-3 months at that place. I went for a consultation with Ideal Image back in 2018 when I was just looking around at place. Since my laser place does not have a location in the state I will be moving to I wanted to just gain more knowledge and price ranges on what to expect once I do decide to move next year so I have everything in order. I explained my situation to the person trying to set up my consultation and they still insisted I have the virtual consultation. I had my consultation virtually and Molly was very kind and sweet in the beginning until I explained my situation and how I did not want to go on a payment plan and would rather pay in full. I am a college student so I would rather not be holding a monthly payment if it is not needed. She was very pushy on how "It will help your credit" and "I am not sure why you wouldn't do monthly payments as I am sure you do not have that kind of money laying around" which she has no idea on what I can finically afford or not so that comment really bothered me. Just because I am young and a college student doesn't mean I can or cant afford certain things. I am making another monthly payments right now so I did not want to be making more monthly payments then needed she replies back with "yes well thats what grown adults do" she then asked to get me prequalified which I did not want to do and asked me my credit score which I told her a rough round about score on where I am at and stated "oh well there should be no issues then" I then stated how I did not want my credit score to be pulled once again. She then told me she would give me a big discount if I was to purchase right now but I kept explaining how I was just trying to find out more information. I was told "your wasting your time by doing this consultation right now" and prices were going to change by next year (which I already knew the prices could fluctuate I was just trying to get a clear understand) I was then asked once again why am I doing this right now if I am not ready to purchase and I then explained again how I wanted to just gain more information for when I move here I was answered with "nobody wants facial hair so I am still unsure why you wont purchase it right now". I then stated how I am finishing up treatments still at my other place for a different area so I did not want start all new treatments (at their location where I currently live) until I was finished with the ones I have. She then told me she would give me a big discount if I was to purchase right now but I kept explaining how I was just trying to find out more information. She asked me if I had any other questions and I asked about how their laser is better than the places laser I go to right now she answer by say "ours is medical grade" and compared it to a luxury car brand and how my place isnt unlimited for a reason and they don't provide you enough services. She then goes "so are you going to purchase these right now or not" I responded with I was just trying to gain some knowledge and information about your laser hair removal place and how you operate so once I move here I have a clear understanding about your place so I can make my purchase then so not right now, and she gave me an attitude look and abruptly said good bye and completely ended the zoom call.
I was really thinking about going to their business next year but now that I was told that this was a waste of my time and she was unsure why I even did this consultation and I was pushed and treated very rudely once they did not hear that I wanted to purchase this package right this second and I wanted to just inform myself; I was treated very rude. I spoke to a local laser place (where I will be moving) and they were very kind to me and understanding that I just wanted to gain more knowledge and they valued me as a customer even though I would not be purchasing till next year and really liked that I was trying to just gain more knowledge. I would rather go to some local place rather than here now where I will be treated with more respect.
I am not someone to ever write bad reviews however I do not want someone else to be treated in the way I was.
Coolsculpting
I didn't really have that much fat to get rid of and the consultant told me I would need 2 units and it would be 1700. Then she told me to go see the "nurse" then that lady told me 4 units would be better and it would be 2400. I went in for my appointment and the lady doing it acted like she wasn't use to doing it also what they told would happen afterward...

Delay of booking appointment after payment and inaccurate account status resulting in my inability to receive the services I paid for.
I made a down payment of over $700 on 9/27/23 to begin treatment and to pay $147.50 monthly for the balance, beginning 10/30/23. I was told that my appointment would be scheduled within 7 days of making my down payment. I waited almost 2 weeks before I was scheduled (after complaining and demanding a refund). The day of my appointment 10/28/23), the clinic...

Two of your consultants told me false information in an effort to give your company business. I essentially paid for a treatment I didn't want nor did I need. I was given a zoom call by ideal image and the sales person stated that I would receive a consultation before the actual appointment. I signed electronic documents for an initial consultation then appointment. First - the price package was falsely advertised in terms of price. Second - the representative asked for a credit card for holding purposed only. Third - I was told to electronically sign for a financial approval to make payments. What I was not told that their was not a legit consultation and that this was a contract without options to decline services and the approved loan.
The represenatative blatantly lied about the process and the payments.
When I called to decline because of the financial obligation, I was told I had to cancel the fortiva loan and still pay them some unknown balance then pay $1700 upfront to ideal image regardless of services rendered
Desired outcome: CANCEL SERVICES with IDEAL IMAGE WITH ZERO PAYMENT for ZERO Services Rendered and MISINFORMATION/FALSE ADVERTISMENTFORTIVE CANCEL LOAN and RETRIEVE any credit sent to IDEAL IMAGE
Unwilling to cancel contract for services not provided
On Friday, October 6, I had a video consultation with a representative of Ideal Image. During that session, I applied for financing and agreed to specific services totaling nearly $8000. Unfortunately, later that same day, I discovered that I was likely not a suitable candidate for that procedure. Since it was a weekend, and Monday was a holiday, I...

If I could leave Zero stars I would. The rep lied to me and ignored my current condition to still sign me up for Coolsculpting knowing that I am not an ideal candidate. I was looking for results in time for an upcoming Wedding and the rep assured me that it wasnt a problem. After I signed up they had no available appointments to get my treatments and results in time, and I found out that I wouldnt see the results I was desiring based on my weight/BMI.
I tried to cancel within 2 days of signing up (with no services rendered) and they are cold and dont want to assist or talk to me. They got the full amount (through financing) and don't care if they perform the treatments, meets my goals, or gives me any results at all.
They are deceptive, coercive, and try to pressure you into deals with limited information other than their lies. I recommend doing some research and staying away.
Desired outcome: Cancel Contract & Full Refund
Ideal Image cool tone
I had an online consult for cool sculpting versus cool tone. I signed up scheduled appts for the ideal image in Buford Georgia. First off I am very disappointed. On 11/9/2022, I had a virtual consultation with Ideal Image Representative (I don't remember her name) for laser hair removal, which I thought would only be a consultation so I could learn more and decide whether to go forward. Read full review of Ideal ImageContract Automatic Renewal
NC has a statute that covers automatic renewal of contracts and memberships. A customer must be notified within writing at least 45 days before renewal. My membership was automatically renewed, and I was not notified. Not to mention that fact that no service comes with the automatic renewal. I requested a refund of my membership since I was not notified in writing as required by NC law. I was told that a refund was not possible.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the membership fee.
Cool sculpting
I did a consultation for cool sculpting on may 27, 2022 and was told that I only needed 4 treatments and I would get the results I wanted. When I did 3, I noticed that it did absolutely nothing so when I went in to do my 4th, the nurse did a consultation and told me that it was all incorrect and drew on me and did measurements. She calculated about 11 to see results. I called to get my money back and they said no because of the contract and told me that it was fair since I was a consenting adult. I felt so scammed by the company. They used the contract against me to ensure they made a sale without having the expertise to do a consultation. I was given misinformation and feel that it is not my fault to pay for their incompetence. The issue is them not me. I told then there is a difference between being told correct information and cool sculpting not working and being told incorrect information and cool sculpting not working.
Lack of notice of price increase prior to charge
As part of Ideal Image's annual membership, the fee is automatically charged to the credit card on file. The initial contract indicates that the fee can change; however, Ideal Image fails to provide notice of the actual increase, including the amount of the increase. This does not allow the customer an opportunity to cancel the membership before being charged the higher price. When calling for a refund, a $20 processing fee is required per the contract. However, the processing fee could not be avoided because I was not given a chance to cancel before I was aware of a higher price. Had notice of the price increase been given, I could have canceled and not been subject to the $20.00 processing fee.
Desired outcome: Refund of the full amount without being charged a $20 processing fee
Laser hair removal
I am writing to inform that ideal image lied to me, they said that they can do hair removal I my private part and I went to the 1st session to be told that they cant do hair removal of white or grey hairs, after I had take a small loan for the 2500$ service treatment, when I complained about it, they did not refund me, they only said I can use it for another service of which I do not need. They mislead me and lied to me.
Desired outcome: 2500.00 returned.

Untruthful staff when signing up - BE AWARE OF IDEAL IMAGE SCAMS
Be aware of the Ideal Image Scam
1. They never told me before signing up that I will never get any appointments of my choice time nor at the location I want.
2. You are buying 16 wraps but just 12 you will you in one sitting because for tummy aline the are they cover is a joke. So PLEASE DON'T GET EXCITED WHEN THEY SELL YOU SO MANY FOR LESS. IT IS NOT TRUE.
3. PPLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ EVERY CLAUSE because there are clauses in fine print that basically gives them right to charge you and NEVER EVER give you full refund even if it's there fault.
