IElectrica I bought the product from IElectrica, Inc

I bought the product from IElectrica, Inc. but had to return it. The package was sealed and I never opened it. I returned it to the seller using their shipping company, AM Trucking, on 11/2. However, I still haven't received a refund from the seller. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but they haven't responded. I am currently seeking a refund and will be filing a chargeback against the seller. I kindly request a refund.

IElectrica My name is concealed

My name is redacted. I bought a television frame on 9/15/2022 from ielectrica for $1,924.44 through an online transaction with the order number withheld. When we received the television on 9/27/2022, we noticed that the one connect box made noise and we scheduled the television pickup on 10/21/2022. The television was picked up on 10/24/2022 and received in the iElectrica warehouse on 11/29/2022. They said they would process the return right away. I've been calling every day for the past 2 weeks and it seems like my calls are being ignored. I haven't gotten the refund yet and I haven't been updated on the status of the refund. I'm starting to feel scammed, as if I was sent an old broken television and ignored post-return. I'll contact my bank to report this charge as fraudulent and if the bank doesn't resolve it, I'll consider legal action. I've never experienced customer service like this, leading me to suspect a scam.

IElectrica I've been waiting for months to get my refund from ielectrica

I've been waiting for months to get my refund from ielectrica. I ordered an 85-inch Samsung QLED TV from them on EBAY on October XX XXXX. When the TV arrived, it was completely broken. The truck driver didn't even bother to remove the smashed box from the truck. I signed for it so he could return it. A few weeks later, they sent a replacement, but that box was also smashed, so it went back too. Finally, a third TV arrived, and thankfully it wasn't smashed. However, when I unpacked it, there was no picture. The company came and picked it up on November XX XXXX. The truck line they used is called FORWARD AIR.

This TV was meant for my wife, who is an emergency room employee on the front line. Unfortunately, she got COVID-19 and had to stay home without a TV, all thanks to ielectrica. After three attempts to get a working TV, I gave up and bought a new one for my wife. Because the TVs took over a month to go back and forth, the time limit for my claim on EBAY expired, and my credit card company couldn't do anything because more than 30 days had passed.

On October 30, ielectrica told me that I would receive my refund once they received the TV back. That was almost 4 months ago. I've received countless excuses and stories from ielectricva, but still no refund. I'll probably have to hire a lawyer and take them to court if the ComplaintsBoard.com can't help me. Thanks.

IElectrica Poor customer service and refusal to repair under warranty

Poor customer service and refusal to repair under warranty. I bought a TV from IElectrica, Inc. on Sept 9, 2020. It was an OLED65CXP LG OLED65CXPUA Series 65" HDR 4K UHD Smart OLED TV OLED65CXP (2020 Model). On November 24, I contacted them because when I turned on the TV, it went black. After turning it off and on multiple times, a white line appeared on the screen. I noticed a very small crack at the bottom of the TV, even though there was no impact or cause that I could think of. I believed it was a defective screen. Over the course of 4 months, while waiting for repair, the crack became larger as I moved the television around. I contacted IElectrica, Inc. on November 24 to inquire about getting it repaired under warranty. They claimed to have made a report to LG, the manufacturer. However, I never received any updates after waiting for weeks. So I called IElectrica, Inc. again, but they had no knowledge of my initial claim. They made another report and instructed me to contact LG myself. I called LG four times, but no one ever called me back to schedule a visit. I called IElectrica, Inc. again, and they referred me to a company called Service Power. I called them, and they promised to send someone to inspect the TV, but they never did. I called IElectrica, Inc. once more and spoke with *** at XXX-XXX-XXXX x103. He sent an email to Service Power, and I received a call from someone saying they would come to assess the television. They took pictures and informed me that they would report to Service Power, but I never received any further communication. I called again, and *** sent another email to Service Power. They promised that another person would come out, and they did. This person also took pictures and sent them to Service Power. Later, I received an email from *** stating that the television had a cracked screen, which was considered physical damage and not covered by the warranty. I insisted that no one in my household had caused the damage, and I had mentioned this multiple times before. I believed it must have occurred during shipping or due to a defect in the screen. *** suggested that I check with my son, implying that he might have caused it. I asked for the number of *** Durand from Service Power, and *** became rude. I informed him that I would file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, and he hung up on me. This happened on February 17. It took me 4 months to go through all of the above. When I called back, no one answered. So I called customer service at IElectrica, Inc., and someone from ***'s department answered. I informed him that I had been hung up on and requested ***'s number. He put me on hold, and when *** got back on the phone, I reiterated that there was no physical impact and I wanted my TV repaired. He was rude and claimed to have pictures of my TV when it was delivered, as they have a policy where the delivery person takes the TV out of the box and plugs it in to ensure it is working. However, this was not done when my TV was delivered, and I even asked the delivery person about it. He said he didn't do that. *** hung up on me again without providing the number I requested. Ultimately, *** lied about looking at pictures of my TV when it was delivered, was rude, implied that my son or someone in the house damaged the TV, and hung up on me twice.
