I am writing to address a critical issue regarding recent transactions and shipments associated with my account. Unfortunately, I find myself in a situation where unauthorized products were shipped without my permission, despite my explicit communication directly from Il Makiage customer service by email, that only my foundation should be included in the shipment: see below email “Upon checking to my end you will receive only WOKE UP LIKE THIS Shade #105 on Nov 22 2023.”
Regrettably, I was fully charged and received 3 EXTRA products, instead of the agreed-upon one. Despite multiple attempts to address this matter through email, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my concerns.
This incident is particularly distressing as it is the second time such unauthorized transactions have occurred. Upon further investigation, it has come to my attention that numerous customers have faced similar issues, as evidenced by multiple complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other platforms.
I am reaching out in good faith, expecting an immediate resolution to this matter. I insist on a full refund for the unauthorized products and a prompt acknowledgment of the issue. It is imperative that this situation be rectified promptly to avoid further escalation.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and the recurrence of such issues. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act swiftly to address and resolve these fraudulent transactions.
I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter and a timely resolution. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to explore further actions to protect my rights as a consumer.
