I am very happy with them
I am very happy with them. There was a problem with the genetic data that genedx sent me and it did not work with their genetic reports. I contacted support and they had arranged for a bioinformatic technician to fix it. The fix was free. Now my data works. Most reports cost $ but I found them worth the price.

Awesome customer service, they answered fast to my questions and problems. Uploaded my raw dna file along with the mtdna and ydna files and they combined the files into one Genome file. With that file I could then get an awesome Ancestry report with my Haplogroups. Joy was a pleasure to work with in customer service to resolve all my issues very quickly. I highly recommend their services. I am a happy customer.

Used sequencing initially to get reports using the 23andme test
Used sequencing initially to get reports using the 23andme test. Was pleased with the reports but surprised their rare diseases screening could not provide much information. Customer service explained this was because of type of test used by 23andme that does not look at all genes. I wanted this full information so ordered their genome sequencing. Received my genome results last week and it provides the full information I wanted on rare diseases. 5 stars.

Paid for my genome to be sequenced based on their services offering more than others testing that can be ordered online. My nephew is a researcher in a dna lab so he reviewed the sequence results that they provided and he said he was very impressed. He also spent time going through the wellness reports and ancestry reports and also was impressed. I am excited each month when I get to read my new reports. Now I am always finding out new things about myself.

I ordered a kit online and they have not shipped my kit out and it has been weeks. They give me one generic answer via email and now they won't respond to emails or phone calls! They quickly took my money and stopped all forms of communication with me! Now I don't even want my kit and I want it canceled since I now don't trust this company to complete my dna samples in a timely manner.

I need a replacement whole genome kit & the support team isn't being helpful. Their constantly lying to me about my replacement kit. Hello I recently ordered a whole genome dna kit for $399.00 with tax I paid $404.00 when my order was shipped & delivered three days later. I never received it, I contacted customer support about the whole situation, all she did was lie & give me false promise & excuses after another, her name is *** but I don't know her last name.

I ordered the ultimate genome sequencing kit, received it, activated it, and sent my sample in. I was never notified of any actions, but after about 2 months i logged in to find that the results show as "failed" on the sequencing.com website. I had not been notified of the failure, and have no idea what it means. I have tried calling the provided phone number at least two dozen times over the past 14 days, and each time i receive a message saying no support agents are available, and ask me to leave a message. I have submitted two tickets on the website 14 days ago and have received no response. I sent an email today and have received no response. The customer service is non-existent. I am attaching a .jpg showing my failed test, and the tickets i have submitted that still show open with no response after 14 days.

Purchased a DNA whole genome sequencing in Sept.2021 Activated on Sept. 14th and They received it on Sept 20th per email response.(Great news! We do see that your sample was received on September 20,2021. We are unfortunately experiencing some processing delays that have increased the expected time for sequencing.We currently anticipate a timeframe of approximately 12-14 weeks after your sample is received for results to be ready.) I checked back in Dec when I saw an update that it was at the Lab ,. Emailed them again to find out what the delay was and was given this "I do see that your kit sample was received at our lab on 12/02. This is when the processing time would begin and where the quoted times will originate." Where was it from Sept to Dec? I had requested a partial refund for the delay but never received a answer to that. Sent another request today (2/24/2022) Not sure if I was scammed or not at this point.

No contact by the company to verify that they had received the sample so I emailed the company with no response. I tried calling the customer service number which sent me to voicemail and I left a messagestill no response so I made an online complaint with a rating site and that is when I finally got a response from a "***" who partially answered my question, but said when she tracked my package it came up as stalled in the system so she said she would monitor it and let me know when it was delivered so a few days later she emailed again and said it was indicating it had been delivered but that she would check with the lab to make sure and get back to me by following Tuesdayso I was supposed to hear back last Tuesday and nothing. I have since emailed and called again numerous times with no response

Summary: 1) product/service advertised is NOT exactly what I received, and 2) SUPPORT/Help service is non-responsive even after numerous attempts to contact them for over a week. 1) Before signing up for their service, the Sequencing advertises they have over 100 apps available to provide reports about the dna analysis, and that these apps are available when one pays a membership. However, after creating an account and getting my dna results, only about 40 apps are available. It appears that technology is used to prevent me from even seeing the other apps (eg. cookies, dynamic database) unless I use a different browser to see their site AND do NOT sign in. Once I sign in with the other browser I again cannot see the other apps. It seems misleading to advertise 100 apps are available, but then only provide access to about 40 AFTER I have paid. 2) Secondly, I have tried emailing and phoning several times. No response to either. Phoning just gets a recorded msg, and after 2 minutes of listening to music I am prompted to email their support. However, their support does not reply to my emails. All I want is someone to provide a meaningful answer about why the apps are not visible to me as advertised. At this point I CANNOT recommend this company whole-heartedly, unfortunately.
