Riverstone tobacco
I've smoked riverstone for 2 years and enjoy smoking it but recently they have changed the tape on the packet and after the first open, the tape is no longer sticky causing the packet to constantly open in your pocket.
The original tape was far better
Thanks sean
Horizon Blue 25g RYO Tobacco
I have brought your tobacco products many times and every so often I get these black balls of gunk in my tobacco packet, they smell particularly strong, really makes the taste funny and can cause a head spin, I find that it causes me to cough more as opposed to the other brands, only when the gunk balls are in the packet.
Desired outcome: Replacement
Parker Simpson blue 15gram pouch
I bought a pouch and when I opened it it had a maggot or some sort off insect on the top off the pouch - I went to the tobbaco shop I purchased it from and they told me to get in touch with imperial tobacco to fix the problem as there wasn't a whole lot they could do on their end.
It was purchased in balaclava victoria
The Serial number for the pouch is #[protected]

JPS Blue 25 Gram Pouch
I recently purchased a 25g pouch of JPS Blue tobbaco. The tobbaco was dry and smelt like Riverstone Rum Blend. When I compared it to a another pouch a friend had purchased of the same blend, it was most definitely the wrong tobbaco in the pouch. Due to the price I am paying this is absolutely ridiculous . When I tried to return it to the corner store I got them from, they advised that I would have to contact the manufacturer and couldn't offer me a refund.
Desired outcome: Refund or Replacement and Exchange

Storks in Bank Tobacco
I have smoked Bank for over 20 years and the last 4 packets have had what I would describe as long woody storks in each packet. When I am paying over a $118.00 a packet I don't expect to find what look like dried brown weeds. Also the smaller woody pieces make it difficult to smoke the cigarette as they will not burn. I would like this matter resolved.
Desired outcome: Replacements

Tally-ho papers

If I buy bulk same thing they are all out of date or just don't work
Desired outcome: Replacement working papers
Jps crushball cigarettes
Hello, I recently purchased a packet of jps crushball gold 25's from my local coles store.
When almost to the end of the Pack I found 3 cigarettes with the filter in tact, but the brown paper lining the filter partially there or not really there at all.
I use to manage a small tobacconist here in Newcastle nsw n as much as I love my jps crushball I'm appalled that these made it into a sellable packet!
The price of cigarettes is stupidly high especially when now we have plain packaging.
I would like to know what the company will do to compensate this please
Dedicated imperial buyer

JPS Red 30's packet.
Good day Sir,
I purchased a carton of JPS Red 30's yesterday (09/05/2021) at Woolworths Margate QLD. Six cigarettes in the first packet opened we're faulty. It appears that the adhesive that holds the tube together did not bind and are split. As the price of cigarettes is expensive, I find this unacceptable. I would hope to have a replacement please.
I thank you for your time.
Clive Hatton.
My contact details are,
P.o. Box 75 Woody Point QLD. 4019.

Desired outcome: Replacement please.

Tally Ho rolling papers
Every time I use these tally ho papers my rolly unravels! These paper are rubbish! I've had tobacco fall out and burn homes in my shirt, shorts and car seat, they are and always will be the worst rolling papers money can buy... what's on going on tally ho? Make it a rule and sort out our glue tally poo! I've switched to the best rolling papers money can buy and they cost a little more but I've never had one rolly open up or unravel, no more burn holes and no more wasted tobacco.. These paper are the OCB.. I would recommend these to anyone.. Thank you OCB. Boo to you tally poo!
Desired outcome: Compensation to fix my burn holes and replace the clothes ruined by these uses less tally ho

Whit ox
I have been smoking white ox for over 20 years and I love it ..but I haven't had a packet in over 3 mouths now because I can't afford them anymore...I can't smoke other brands, a packet of ox in return for over 20 years as a loyal customer..it would be nice but suppose I'm just going to have to quit or try find another brand ...but in the end a reward to loyal customers would benefit everyone
Desired outcome: A packet of ox or something

Riverstone Rum Blend 25g
Hi,
I've been buying since 2017 and now ive had a few chunky bits in the pouch but nothing like this.
This doesn't even look like tobacco, it looks like mud... I'm paying for the blend, brand and not to mention the weight in tobacco. So I feel like finding something like this is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Refund or replacement.
Riverstone pouch with strip's of plastic outing
Brought a pouch at my regular IGA . As I normally do.
There is long strip's of plastic and smaller square pieces (looks like off cuts of the pouch) in my pouch. Not sure how this has happened, its the first pouch I have purchased and ever seen it before. I have only just noticed it and I am about a quarter into the pouch. Assuming there was more throught the first quarter as there is 3 pieces currently that I can see. One longer one and 2 smaller tiny square pieces.
Desired outcome: Replacement/refund

Champion ruby 20 gram pouch
The Tobacco was incredibly dry and could not roll a proper cigarette due to the thick flat cuts that would not burn properly.
I have been smoking champion ruby as my preference for a long time and this is the third time recently I have had the same lack of quality. It is not cheap abs I expect more from your brand.
If it was a one off I could accept it but it's been consistently dry and very below the mark I would expect from champion ruby.
I'd appreciate an explanation or a guarantee this won't happen again as it's encouraged me to use different brands.
Desired outcome: Reimburses for inferior product and an explanation.

Check to see if its made in NZ or the Netherlands!...The real ruby is from NZ and has been for a long long time...They closed the NZ factory and the new crap that is not even smokable is from the Netherlands.
Its a shame...Ruby used to be the best
Champion Legendary Ruby
Long story short...
The made in the Netherlands Ruby is a disgrace to the Ruby name. You should change it to something else.
Long association with Ruby, about 23 years. When I phoned to complain last Sept, I was advised that the NZ factory was closing and all future ruby would be from the Netherlands.
This crap isnt even close to the proper NZ ruby, in taste, in look or in texture.
I bought a 50g packet today as my NZ supply has finally been exhausted. It leaves a tingling after tastes and frankly is un-smokable. I would rather smoke lawn clippings! Such a shame as the real Ruby was delightful.
I know there is little I can do about it, but just wanted to let you know that you have lost my 600 bucks a fortnight.
Just a tip: Change the name. Its not Ruby, its some other horse-[censored] imposter tobacco.
Oh and just to add, if you reply with "At Imperial Tobacco Australia we take consumers’ concerns about the quality of our products particularly seriously"...well, thats just crap. If you actually did, you'd compare the NZ and the Netherlands Ruby and easily decide that the 2 are vastly different! I know. I have tried them. 23 years of Ruby smoking history doesnt lie ;)
When you make Ruby that actually tastes how ruby should, let us know!

Riverstone premium rum blend
I have been purchasing this brand for well over a year now and find it to be the best tobacco. Unfortunately the last few pouches I have purchased contained very large stems which I normally wouldn't worry about but these few times have been very large. Considering I am paying for the weight of the tobacco I just think it's unfair. I have taken a photo from my last pouch as attached.

JPS+ Crushball Red 20pack Cigarettes
The last 3 packs of these cigarettes I have purchased have been almost impossible to crush the menthol pellet in the filter, resulting in at least half the pack being un-crushed, yet with squashed filters. My most recent pack has been the worst with only three of 20 being able to be activated properly, and this is a significant drop in quality. Previously to this, I have not had an issue, however currently, this most recent pack is performing very poorly.
Desired outcome: Contact and replacement of faulty item.

River stone premium rum blend
We have always purchased your Tabacco and becoming disappointed not in the taste but the 20g pouches and not being impressed by the increased number of stems within the tobacco but today finding a massive Rock like clump within the tabacco that would counter for a lot of the weight. Being how expensive it is I hope it can be rectified I have added a photo for you to see
Look forward to hearing back from you

Horizon blue
I have been buying pouches of you Horizon blue and have been getting black tar clumps in them. I have now collected over the last ten or twenty pouches at least 5 grams of this
Desired outcome: Reimbursement
Riverstone Premium Rum Blend 25g
Today I purchased 2X 25g pouches of Riverstone Premium Rum Blend tobacco from my local IGA, which I have done for well over a year now due to the significantly lower price than mainstream tobacco, and upon opening I discovered a piece of soft black plastic, seemingly torn from a plastic bin liner, roughly 2cm long and 1cm wide in the tobacco. If I had not noticed this and rolled it into a cigarette, it could have potentially been toxic, even lethal, this is unacceptable and needs to be rectified before someone less observant falls ill, or worse.

Parker and simpson 25g blue

Not sure what it is but I get it alot in the tobacco i buy
Desired outcome: Possibly replacement off products ive purchased
