Horizon blue ryo 25g
The last 3 pouches we have purchased have been dry. They have been purchased at 2 different stores. We are aware that we aren’t the only ones in our area that have experienced this. I don’t want to post the names of the stores but am happy to discuss over the phone.

Jps blue + firm touch filter 30 pack
Good afternoon,
I purchased a 30 pack of jps blue on the 11th of may 2023.
I have noticed one of the cigarettes was not sealed up and is unusable.
I am not normally one to complain, but with the rising costs of cigarettes I expect, better quality than this.
I have photo evidence and also a photo of what I believe is the batch number.
I would atleast like a replacement cigarette.

Horizon Purple 50's
I purchased a packet of Horizon Purple 50s from my local Food land yesterday. The first couple of cigarettes were fine but now I have a puddle of tobacco at the bottom of the packet and each cigarette is only about 4 puffs. The tubes are half empty with the tobacco sitting at the bottom of the packet.
There has been no shaking of the packet, no activity out of my normal routine so I don't understand why this is happening. It's frustrating because these cost over $100 per packet now and I'm only getting half the value.

Abundant gold 25g
Hi I buy 4 packets a week of jps abundant gold 25g and there is a lot of unusable sticks in the packets and regretfully there was paper in this packet of tobacco. I would appreciate a replacement packet for this and all the packets that had unusable product. I have attached photos of the paper debris and the packet it came from so you may be able to investigate where the paper came from. Dear management team. It is with much regret and displeasure. Riverstone rum blend 25g x4
Hi I brought 4 25g pouches of riverstone rum blend from the tobacco shop in toongabbie today 28th April on way home from work,as I do every week and put them in to one pouch,as I was doing this I started to find these little pieces of tar like sticky gummy things in the pouches that to take out.most of the tobacco has been hard to smoke like it was damp.
Desired outcome: My desired outcome would be to get my tobacco back or a refund
Still waiting to resolve last problem with last lot of tobacco...just brought another 4 pouches and the bloody tobacco won't stay lit for long now...
Unresolved they said they were going to send a email,they never did,I got a letter a week later saying to post everything to them so they can investigate...what a crock!
Who's going to keep all that crap in the tobacco and the pouches until you hear from them...and then you have to wait till they investigate it before you even get an outcome...
Horizon menthol 25g pouch tobacco
My husband and I both roll our own & smoke this tobacco. Between us, we would go through 3-4 pouches a fortnight. We have always found big woody & stick bits in the pouch. I have actually kept them from our last 10 pouches we have purchased. These bits are not Rollable or smokable. We feel as though we are being ripped off on the weight of the product

Lambert & butler red + pro filter
I spend $3-350 per week on smokes and for the last month the cigarettes are becoming disgracefully packed.. to the point I need to tap the butt of each smoke before I smoke it so I get a safe even cigarette without the risk of the lit end of the smoke falling off in my lap or down my shirt..
You need to address the packing of the cigarettes as each cigarette is losing 1-1.5cm of of the cigarette due to poorly packed
Desired outcome: I would like you to address the problem and fix it.. I spend $300- $350 per week on these and feel like I’m being ripped off!!

White ox tobacco
I've smoked white ox for decades and recently you guys adopted a new packaging for white ox 25g, and since then the taste and smell is absolutely atrocious. It doesn't burn right if at all, feels wet, and just isn't white ox. Also, it'd be nice if your tobacco didn't include 50% stems, didn't turn to dust after two days (even when kept in an airtight bag), and it'd be extra nice if the weight was actually on. It's unsmokeable and has a bad chemical taste and makes me feel very ill when I've never had a problem ever before. 70$ a pack doesn't justify this toxic crap so I'm going elsewhere. Chop chop tastes better for half the price no wonder you guys can't keep up. Way over priced and nasty, do better.

Parker and simpson blue + firm touch filter
I have smoked Parker and Simpson cigarettes for years and never had a problem, obviously. But this packet I have bought this morning is not acceptable nor what I expected.
I have taken photos of the big lumps of tobacco in the cigarettes, which they are impossible to smoke.
I shrugged off the first cigarette having a lump of wood in it, but by the 3rd I was quite unsatisfied.
I will be changing cigarette brands if this continues to happen with future packets I buy. Which will be in the morning!

Horizon Blue Tobacco - debris in pouch
Large lumps of 'debris' in tobacco pouch. This is the second in the same pouch of tobacco. I have had them previously in 2 other pouches of tobacco, but two in one pouch is too much.
This one is 2 cm long x .5cm wide.
With tobacco being over $100 for 50 gms, this is now expensive debris.

I bought a packet of Lambert and Butler Blue + Pro in a 40 packet, today Western Australian time, I smoked a couple and started feeling quite sick, cut open the smoke and filter to find black mould in the filter and green stuff in the actual smoke, cut 4 and same with all

Parker and simpson
This is the 2nd complaint that I’m putting up as the first seems to have been removed. I brought a carton a 40’s a week ago and 75% have splits and have had to roll. I took pics and however to save room on my phone I have deleted then. I still have the empty pack with the batch number from one of the packs of smokes. Tally - ho 100 king size cigarette tubes
Hello I purchased this box of tubes n they were all scrunched up n bent etc.. see photos below.. I buy 3 to 4 boxes per week n I've never had trouble before but these were awful 😭 just wanted to bring to your attention.. I purchased at a Tobacconist shop here at North Orange the other day n have used 2 other boxes with no problems but this box is surely different.. I was very ataken back. The box was totally intact so I was very surprised to see how the tubes were inside..

40 cigarettes empty in the filter half, completely empty. Disappointed is an understatement as I'm paying as much as I am and have been smoking this brand for a long time now I would like to know if your company will rectify the issue, on the run petrol station quoted as saying “not our problem, contact the manufacturer”

Fond a large tobacco stem in my packet
On the 15/3/23. Approx 10:30am I bought a 55 gram packet of JPS blue while rolling the tobacco I pulled out of the packet this large tobacco stem. Now you can not smoke the stem and tobacco is priced by weight I fine this upsetting of a product I have been smoking for a few years now. This product was bought from my local IGA store Morthpett Vale 5162 in South Australia. The company on the package is Imperial Tobacco Australia Ltd. John Player Special House, 4-8 Inglewood Place, Norwest NSW 2153. This product was made in the Netherlands.

Hi guys, I want to let you know i have come across a cigarette in my pack with a hole in it. Have photo evidence and have saved the actual item aside if needed for investigative purposes.
Seems a pointy bit of stick is protruding, though not very far. Enough to pierce the paper.
Sorry, I know what you're thinking. Its only 1 cigarette. Boo hoo. I paid $60 for this pack and cannot afford more than 2 packs per week. Seems everything is out of my price range these days.

I had bought a pack of Parker & Simpson gold 20s on the 6th march 2023 at Woolworths in Booval.
I've broken a cigarette apart as they werent tasting like normal and have found what looks to be mold in the tobacco.
It is a small amount however, its still mold.
I still have about half a packet left, which I will be breaking open to see if there's anymore.

Champion legendary ruby
Hi I am writing to complain about the lack of tobacco in a 25gr pouch. The last 2 times I have purchased Champion Ruby 1 being 10mins ago both pouches have been under weight both coming in at 18gr packaging included. I think that it is poor form as I am already being ripped off by the Australian government now you guys as well. I have been a smoker of the same product for over 20yrs that all stops now.
