not fulfilling their agreement
I have contacted several times and they never answer with anything but we cannot help you.
Wish I had never signed up for the service.
Downgrade account for limited activity without any way of re earning account status. However, completely inactive accounts may reactivate to full status including bonus. Will not even revisit the possibility of earning for activity.
rewards
I received an email that i won a ps4 and also a cash winner. When i click to confirm my winnings it asks me to sign up for more offers. You dont actually win the rewards. Why spend the effort on entering sweeps if you dont actually win. You dont get the prize even if you win. The inbox dollars rewards center is stupid. I am very upset. I have received a check for taking surveys and earning money. But the rewards center does not pay. If you win a reward you should actually get that reward.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have contacted inbox dollars several times and they have not answered me . I have tried to get the rewards of the ecards and they stated they the phone number is invalid but it is the only phone I have for it and I have called the number for them and it doesn't work or get an answer from it. Not sure what else I can do to get the rewards. Hope that you can assist me in this matter.
spamming my inbox every, single day. please stop it.
They really pissed me off with all those spam letters they send every day. I get over 50 emails from them each day. I'm so tired of this.
When will you calm down? My inbox doesn't work well because of your endless messages and I have to manually send them to the junk folder.
I tried to unsubscribe, but it didn't work at all. Don't know what to do.
Please, tell me what to do to get rid of this garbage.
credits
I have downloaded several apps and followed the procedure to be paid. So far, I should have at least $10 in credits added to my current balance. I have not been paid. I only ask that I be paid for the time and data that I have used to complete tasks. I would like this to be fixed so I don't waste any more data. I feel I may be being scammed into signing up for things when I really didn't want to in the first place, but did so I can get paid.
Bad website
I wish I had never subscribed to them. Stop spamming! Maybe it's enough to try the patience of a saint?! Every day I got tons TONS emails from them, they keep bombarding me with them and I don't know how to stop it. Contacting them didn't bring any results. Clicking the unsubscribe button and nothing happens at al. My inbox is overfilled with your stupid letters. Maybe it's enough?

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, We actually are not associated with any research groups. You would need to contact them about the money they owe you. We do apologize that you were misinformed.
Thank you,
NetSpend
Waste of time.
Earned $40 on this website, but never received my money. After a month of waiting I contacted InboxDollars and they told me to contact my bank. The same day I called my bank, but they told me to contact InboxDollars. Emails went back and forth like this for weeks! And later they deleted my account for no reason. I joined this website to earn some extra money when I was fired from my previous job. I had no money and was so excited I've earned $40! I wasted an entire month on this website and got nothing! I recommend looking for another website to earn money, because InboxDollars are complete scammers.
Use www.Instagc.com instead
This site is a total scam
This site claims you will make lots of money taking surveys and reading e-mails from them (InboxDollars.com). Ha! $3.00 to $5.00 surveys are for auto quotes or prepaid credit cards. $10.00 are for foreign language sessions. You can only do so many quotes; cards and who wants foreign language sessions, or so many of them? This site is a total scam!
I WAS A MEMBER OF INBOX DOLLARS AND UPGRADED ALSO AFTER I UPGRADED I NEVER RECEIVED ANYMORE EMAILS, I WROTE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER GOT A REPLY THEY ARE JUST A BIG RIP OFF I THINK THEY GET A CUT FOR ALL THE TRAIL OFFERS YOU SIGN UP FOR AND IF YOU DON'T MEET THEIR DEMANDS YOUR OUT.
I have been a member of InBoxDollars since 2006 and have received numerous payments from them. And I am getting really close to receiving another $30 unless I decide to wait until I earn more money. My most recent check was for $82.07 dated July 2013.
You can check out different companies on a trial basis (usually 30 days but you need to check that companies Terms because date maybe less) and receive money credited to your account. You can complete surveys (I would write down the # of the survey in case you have any problems getting credit - but I have rec'd great help when I did have a problem). You can view videos - (what I don't like is that so many companies want you to Like them on FB & I can't stand FB). You can also view emails. You can also purchase items like printer ink, receive a credit at InBoxDollars and not be charged any more than what you have ordered - was a great way to check out refilled ink.
OVERALL - I have to state that InBox Dollars is My Favorite Site to earn money.
I've attached a copy of my Pymts to Date 9/7/2013
Oh yeah, the only time I had a problem with a company I had joined on a trial basis thru InBoxDollars - I contacted the that company and complained to them. That company took care of my problem & credited me for their error.
inbox company is a scam they send me a check to cash and send some one else money and the check was no good. the check cashing place said its a scam here's the number to the scammer [protected]
InboxDollars offers many opportunities to earn. You can do as much or as little as you want. Incentives are paid for daily Surveys; Cash Offers, such as Netflix; Online Shopping, where you earn a percentage back on shopping you do anyway; Coupons, printing and using at your local retailer; Searching, where you get paid for searches that you do anyway. InboxDollars is legit and has paid out over $20 million to their members since 2006.
Did not receive Credit
Inbox Dollars promises to pay .02 for each paid email confirmed by member.
COMPLAINT no 1. Approximately one week ago I had received approximately 35 emails (only 8 were survey notications, all the rest were "Paid Emails". The reason there were so many emails is that I had not been on the site for several weeks. I confirmed 24 of the Paid Emails on that date and received messages that my account was being credited for the confirmations, however I have not received any credit for any of the confirmations completed on that day.
COMPLAINT no 2. Today I chatted with an Inbox Dollars support representative. I explained what happened but was told that I received all the credit to which I was entitled. I had already deleted the emails so I had no proof to the contrary.
COMPLAINT no 3. At the end of the Chat Session, I requested an email transcript of the session. When I received the emailed transcript it showed 0 minutes for transcript time; did not give an operator name and gave no transcript details.
I signed up with this company expecting them to deliver on their promises. Now that I see this isn't necessisarily realistic, I may be cancelling my membership. This will be a definite if there is a reoccurance of this challenge.

Have been on inbox dollars for two months now and today I finally got to the withdrawal threshold only for my account to be deactivated for no just cause today being 11-11-2023 I guess you guys are scams as learned already but kindly stop it
I haven't received my 50.00 apple bees gift card it been over a month now.
I need to update my phone number on my account
Last week my inbox dollars account randomly got deactivated while doing the daily goal. I've put in 2 help tickets with no response and screen shots attached. I've been a inbox dollars member since 2008 and have never waited this long for a response. It's usually the same day.
I was recently suspended again from taking surveys in inbox. The survey I took the last one had errors in it and fault so I couldn't accurately answer the questions. The company that put out the survey for inbox should be penalized instead of me. There should also be a way to contact directly in box instead of using their ticket scam
Went to sign up said my e mail was already in use. My e mail is tonyandrosa5358@outlook.com I’ve had stuff happen in past with identity theft and it surprised me when I went to sign up to your company that it was in use
netspend is also a crook in with in box dollars global research group is another i-say another, -paid surveys minds pay another one is my view that i sent to the fbi have saw them on in over a week with them i did a survey to get a $200 prepaid just about time you get thru with they survey a red squar box will pop up with your email in it ind will say the system found something wrong with your email after you cannot do nothing this is why i sent all info to the fbi and filled out a cyber compliant with (ic3) internet crimes compliant center i have been filein complaints on all of them my view might be in the federal lock now
I signed up for columbia house and ordered a entertainment book and never received my money which was 18 dollars
UCE after Joining
InBoxDollars is a website that offers to pay for surveys or paid emails that are read. They have a sign on bonus of $5.00. What they don't tell you is that they won't pay out unless your account reaches $30.00.
I got the $5.00 accredited to my account and some small change when I clicked on some surveys but mostly paid emails that offer $0.25 to $0.50 to just read. That was only the first couple. Many I didn't even get anything. On the paid advertisements the advertisers pay anything from $1.00 to $10.00 if you take them up on their offers.
A couple of days later I started getting SPAM which I usually get very little of along with telecallers with their scam home business offers. I never use to get those and I'm on the national do not call registry run by the FTC. I'm still trying to trace down how my phone number got released. I've notice that some of the SPAM matches the InBoxDollars paid email solicitations so it must be that they sold my email illegally to third parties. Some of the SPAM is fraudulent as it's untraceable or gets redirected to phantom websites that differ from the url you click on in the email.
InBoxDollars and another similar paid email site are owned by a parent company Cotter Web site.
I don't think it's worth the trouble to join these websites because of all the trouble it will lead to. I opted out of their emails Friday but continued to receive them. I contacted their customer website and told them of that and the online person said they would have to contact a customer service department for my account details. She took a long time to respond. I left email messages on the customer service sites also expressing my displeasure with them. I had to forfeit any earning as they were less than the $30 cashout.
If the emails keep on coming their going to get a complaint from me to the FTC. I'm then going on a crusade to discredit them on any home business site I run across. I wouldn't have joined except they had some reasonable reviews on some blog sites but they are also relatively new. They might have had previous incarnations, many business scams do that. I'm sticking to reputable survey sites.
http://mysurvey123.com has a good list of them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It is written in the terms of agreement that they do not pay out until your account reaches at least $30.00.

About InboxDollars / CotterWeb Enterprises
One of the main ways to earn money on InboxDollars is by taking surveys. These surveys cover a wide range of topics and are usually short and easy to complete. Once you have completed a survey, you will receive cash directly to your InboxDollars account. Surveys pay anywhere from a few cents to a dollar or more, depending on the length and complexity of the survey.
In addition to surveys, InboxDollars also offers members the chance to earn money by watching videos, reading emails, playing games, and completing other online tasks. The website has a wide variety of offers available, so there is something for everyone. Each task has a different payout, and the amount you can earn varies depending on the task and how much time you spend on it.
Once you have earned enough money, you can cash out and receive your payment via PayPal, check, or gift card. The minimum payout amount is $30, which may take some time to reach, but the good news is that there are no fees associated with cashing out your earnings.
InboxDollars is a legitimate website that has been around for over two decades. The company has a good reputation and has paid out millions of dollars in rewards to members. If you're looking for a way to earn extra cash online, InboxDollars is definitely worth checking out.
Overall, InboxDollars is a great way to make a little extra money on the side without having to commit too much time or effort. While you're not going to get rich using InboxDollars, it's a great way to earn some extra cash and have fun while doing it. So, if you're looking for a legitimate and reliable online rewards club, InboxDollars is definitely worth considering.
