Very good company
Very good company. They got me a interest reduction and I was able to payoff my debt early highly recommended.
Honestly the best company I've ever worked with to help me manage my debt
Honestly the best company I've ever worked with to help me manage my debt. I'm about 4 payments away from being completely debt free and it's thanks to InCharge! Thank you!
InCharge Debt Solutions is a company that just won't quit with the spam calls, texts, and emails
InCharge Debt Solutions is a company that just won't quit with the spam calls, texts, and emails. I already made it clear to one of their representatives that I wasn't interested anymore, but instead of respecting my decision, they started harassing me with more phone calls, texts, and emails. It's really frustrating and annoying.
I had a really good experience with InCharge
I had a really good experience with InCharge. They helped me lower all my interest rates and made my monthly payment easier to handle. Whenever I had a question or problem, they took care of it right away. A couple of times, I paid the creditors directly and InCharge actually encouraged that, which was awesome.
InCharge is a super easy platform to manage what, for me, was a huge pile of debt
InCharge is a super easy platform to manage what, for me, was a huge pile of debt. Their communications were thorough and clear, and contact with reps was really satisfying. The online interface was super easy to use. I would totally recommend InCharge to anyone searching for a debt management program.
I been tryin' to fix a problem with an account that ain't gettin' paid right
I been tryin' to fix a problem with an account that ain't gettin' paid right. They keep ignorin' my emails and the customer service person don't care. The balance on my credit card don't match what they say, but they treat me like a bother and won't help.
They did exactly what they promised in our initial conversations
They did exactly what they promised in our initial conversations. They lowered my interest rates so much that I am able to pay off the balance of debt years ahead of schedule. I honestly don't know how I would have managed long term without this program. If you do your research, read the contract, and make sure to ask all the questions regarding payment set up ahead of time, then you should receive no surprises.
I was in a lot of credit card debt, like $14,000, with a crazy high interest rate of 25-29%
I was in a lot of credit card debt, like $14,000, with a crazy high interest rate of 25-29%. It felt impossible to make any progress. But InCharge came to the rescue and made a plan that I could handle. They talked to the credit card companies and got them to lower my interest rates. They also set up a schedule for me to make payments. Whenever I had questions, I had someone there to help me out. And guess what? I'm happy to say that I'm finally free from credit card debt! Yay!
InCharge debt solution didn't pay a creditor and messed up my credit score with my first late delinquent payment
InCharge debt solution didn't pay a creditor and messed up my credit score with my first late delinquent payment. They blame me for not checking with the creditors before they stopped paying the bill. I paid them to oversee accounts and keep paying until it's all settled, or at least inform me before they stop paying a creditor. I need assistance in this situation. I've worked hard to maintain a clean credit history and pay everything on time, so this is really frustrating. I don't know what to do now.
I needed some good financial advice without getting ripped off
I needed some good financial advice without getting ripped off. So, I looked up "gov recommended debt fixin'" and found USA.gov. They had this NFCC thing at the top. So, I called the national number and they sent me to In-Charge Debt Solutions, a non-profit company. Angel from In-Charge answered the phone. He was all professional and nice, and actually cared about helping me out. This whole experience was really eye-opening and it's nice to know there are companies out there that can actually help. We're thankful for that.
Fair, Compassionate, and Extremely helpful
Fair, Compassionate, and Extremely helpful. I was able to add as many credit cards at different times to the program. There wasn't a pressure to add all my credit cards at once. The staff I encountered (Jason) truly cared. You can't pay some one to care, but he did. I was caring for my grandmother and things began to get out of control for me. Jason with In-Charge Debit Solutions helped me with lowering the interest rates and kept my spirts high with encouragement and seeing the goal of the pay off. I was in debt $99,000 and I was able to pay it off in less than 4 years. It was worth paying $39 or so a month to have them pay your cards, while you get your shelf back on track. Thank you very much Jason and In-Charge Debt Solutions.
Be careful when you set up a payment to be taken out of your bank account on a certain day, 'cause they gonna ask and withdraw it 2-3 days early
Be careful when you set up a payment to be taken out of your bank account on a certain day, 'cause they gonna ask and withdraw it 2-3 days early. Apparently, dates don't mean nothin' to them. They always blame the bank, but it's InCharge who's in the wrong and they always blame the bank. If I had bill pay set through the bank and the bank gave it out early, then that's a bank problem. But that ain't the case here. InCharge handles the payments and asks for 'em early. The bank don't know 'bout my agreed upon payment date. Even though I complain, they keep doin' the same thing. If I say I wanna pay on the 24th, that means you process the payment on the 24th, not the 21st. I'm mad and feel like they takin' advantage of me 'cause it keeps happenin'. There's a reason why I chose the payment date. I'm almost done payin' off and that makes me happy. I'll be real glad when it's all finished, but I ain't gonna recommend 'em 'cause of the issue I mentioned.

They took a payment from me and then closed my account
They took a payment from me and then closed my account. I want my $75 back.
I had a complaint on 6/1 that was quite similar
I had a complaint on 6/1 that was quite similar. I was paying off a debt, and the debtor told me that the contract was for $15.00 a month, which would total $425.00 over 32 months. However, InCharge Debt Solutions charged me at a rate of $28.86 per month, which added up to $860. Another complaint on 6/1 had a similar issue. The debtor also mentioned that they were paying off a debt of $15.00 a month for 32 months, which should have amounted to $425.00. However, InCharge Debt Solutions charged them at a rate of $28.86 per month, resulting in a total of $860.
I went on their website and put in my info and called to ask more about what they do
I went on their website and put in my info and called to ask more about what they do. Right after the call, I got an email saying I owe them some money right away. I never signed anything and I asked a bunch of times if I was signing up, and they said no, not until I sign something electronically. I want them to take my info off their website and stop contacting me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with InCharge Debt Solutions
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with InCharge Debt Solutions. I have been with them for 9 months, diligently making my $70 monthly payments on time for my 3 accounts. When I initially started with them, I had a debt of $2,500. However, after 9 months, my debt had actually increased to $3,500. When I questioned them about this, they informed me that the banks did not accept their offer and that they had lost my bank account information. To make matters worse, I later discovered that they had missed 4 payments, despite still taking my payments early. It is truly baffling how these individuals can deceive you and give you the runaround without any remorse.
I've been trying to get this company to end my enrollment for a while now, sending faxes and emails
I've been trying to get this company to end my enrollment for a while now, sending faxes and emails. But InCharge Debt Solutions won't close my account. I've made my request within 3 business days, and I want them to terminate my file as soon as possible. I also need confirmation that it's been canceled. I don't want to keep using their services and I don't need them to contact my creditors anymore.
I received a statement from InCharge Debt Solutions that showed the initial balance, the amount I have paid so far, and the remaining balance
I received a statement from InCharge Debt Solutions that showed the initial balance, the amount I have paid so far, and the remaining balance. However, there seems to be a mistake on their part. I have three credit cards with InCharge Debt Solutions. The balance for the first card is $1972.00, I have paid $1080.00, and the balance left should be $892. But InCharge is saying that I owe $1208. For the second card, Credit One, the original balance is $848, I have paid $720, and I should owe $128. However, InCharge says that I owe $268. Lastly, for the third card, the original balance is $2720, I have paid $1971.00, and I should owe $749. But InCharge says that I owe $1280. I am also being charged for other fees, even though InCharge is a non-profit organization. They shouldn't be charging me.
Made my situation worse
Made my situation worse. I'm writing to complain 'bout the debt reduction plan I was on with this company. Durin' the time I had an agreement with 'em, I fell behind several months on some creditors, specifically Republic Finance. I contacted the company multiple times with the collection notices I got (that's what they told me to do), and they just kept tellin' me the payments have been sent. Now I'm three months behind with the creditor, and my credit is worse than when I started. They told me they sent me a message 'bout some payments needin' to go to Republic Finance, but I never got those messages.
I had a bad experience with InCharge Debt Solutions
I had a bad experience with InCharge Debt Solutions. My husband and I were away for work for two months, so we decided to suspend our service. Before they allowed us to suspend it, we paid the balance in full. They assured us that there would be no charge to turn it back on when we returned. However, when we came back, they charged us an additional $75. Then, just a week after turning it back on, we received a bill for $200, claiming it was for suspension due to non-payment. This was completely false, as we suspended it ourselves and paid the balance before doing so. There should have been no charge, and we don't owe any of it. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
I contacted InCharge on around [protected] for help with consolidating my credit card debt
I contacted InCharge on around [protected] for help with consolidating my credit card debt. I had a situation where I needed to repair my home. I have two Capital 1 cards and two accounts with upGrade. They told me that they could include the two Capital 1 accounts and one upGrade account, but not the other upGrade card. I agreed to this. After I made the first monthly payment of $185.00 (which included a $30 monthly fee) and the separate $75 origination fee, I was informed that neither of the upGrade accounts were part of their program. I feel like I was given wrong information about the upGrade account being included. They assured me that the UpGrade account was part of their program. They have a cancellation time limit of 3 days after signing up, and you can get a fee-free return. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about the upGrade account not being included until April 5th, which was after the 3-day window for cancellation. If I had known that both upGrade accounts weren't part of the program, I wouldn't have signed up with inCharge. I am asking for a refund of my $75 origination fee and $30 first payment fee.
Due to unforeseen financial hardships, I had to join a debt management program a few months ago
Due to unforeseen financial hardships, I had to join a debt management program a few months ago. My *** accounts were included in the program. The program took the monthly payment from my account to pay the creditors, and I always made sure to pay on time every month until my financial situation improved and I could pay off the entire amount. I really liked my *** cards and never had any issues with them. Even though I was struggling financially, I always made sure to pay the monthly payments, even before joining the debt management program. However, they are reporting late payments for one of the accounts, and I don't understand why. I have no knowledge of ever being late, and only one account is marked as late, even though both accounts were part of the debt management program. I tried contacting them, but they keep updating my reports with incorrect information. Initially, they reported the account as having two 30-day late payments, and now they are saying it's 60 days late. I am certain that I was never late. It's unfair because I always made sure to pay them, and when my financial situation finally improved, the first thing I did was pay off both accounts. Product_Or_Service:
On 08/30/2022, I asked for help to start paying off my credit card debt and get my life back on track
On 08/30/2022, I asked for help to start paying off my credit card debt and get my life back on track. After struggling with mental illness and making unhealthy spending choices, I finally got diagnosed and treated. So, it was time to fix the mess I had created. I looked into debt management companies since I couldn't qualify for a consolidation loan. That's when I found InCharge Debt Solutions. I reached out to them and completed all the necessary paperwork to begin the process. The agreement was that I would pay them a monthly fee, and they would distribute that money to each company I owed. During a phone call, they assured me that our timeline aligned, so I wouldn't face a charge-off on Account A (the notice of the charge-off motivated me to take control of my situation). They also sent me an email (attached) confirming that the proposal to that company had been accepted. However, a few weeks later, I received a notification that my *** account had been charged-off. On 09/26/2022, I paid them a total of $584. According to my statement, $420 was sent to Account B on 09/30/2022. Since I had authorized an automatic withdrawal of $413 from my personal account to Account B, I contacted them to see if they had coordinated this disbursement with InCharge. They informed me that they hadn't received any communication from InCharge but had sent a request for a signed letter of authorization to them. As of yesterday, 10/17/2022, they still haven't received a response. At this point, it seems that my money has only gone and will continue to go into InCharge's bank accounts. Technically, that can be considered theft.
I heard about INCHANGE Debit Consolation, they said they would pay off all my credit cards with a loan and I would have one bill
I heard about INCHANGE Debit Consolation, they said they would pay off all my credit cards with a loan and I would have one bill. After Covid, all my cards were maxed out, but my payment history was perfect. My agent at IN CHARGE DEBT CONSOLIDATION said it wouldn't be a problem, they would pay off my bill, and I would pay them for the next 5 years. I told them I didn't want relief, and asked if I was really getting the loan. INCHARGE kept saying "No problem." Then they told me to stop paying my bills, they would take care of it. I reminded them that I had a perfect payment history for the last 6 years. They just said, "Don't worry." So I stopped paying the bills. INCHARGE contacted the credit card companies and did a debt relief, which automatically closed my account. I told them I didn't want it closed, but they said once it's closed, they can't reopen it. They said if I pay off the balance, I could get another card, but the payment history would show late payments, paid, closed by creditor. That doesn't look good on my credit report. I called INCHARGE and the agent said they thought debt relief was a better idea. I told them that's not what I wanted. I canceled my account, but now my credit report shows late payments, over limit, closed by creditor, and too many loan inquiries. I got rejected by everyone. INCHARGE not only ruined my credit and my name, but they also put me in a financial hole. I hired Lexington Law, but they couldn't open the accounts. I emailed the CEO, Ms. Money, and asked her to listen to the recording and hear how he lied to me. Her response was, "1, We don't give loans." This is a lie because their website says they do debt consolation with or without a loan. 2, "You are not a client anymore, you canceled." Is this really how a CEO talks? 3, File bankruptcy on $7500? No way. This has caused me so much emotional stress, I even had to go to the ER. I sent her the report, but she never acknowledged it. This is just so emotionally stressful.
I was a direct debit customer, I never missed a payment
I was a direct debit customer, I never missed a payment. Yet, *** sent me to collections. My credit is ruined. In April, I contracted with Debt.org/ InCharge Debt solutions (InCharge) to consolidate my credit cards and manage my debt. They negotiated payments terms, and set up auto-payment withdrawal from my bank to distribute to my creditors every month. Fast forward to present. I landed a new job, relocated to Portland, Or., found the perfect apartment. I was so excited, until my application was declined, because my Transunion credit report shows I'm past due on over $10k debt. I was horrified. I'd worked hard to get my credit score back above 700, and to pay down my debt. I knew of no past due debt, so I ordered my credit report. I discovered the *** account managed by InCharge was the culprit. According to ***, the account was 336 days delinquent. The August payment was late, and they missed the previous payment. *** also claimed that InCharge had only been paying $112.00, rather than the full payment of $565.00 for several months. (Per InCharge, $112 was the proper negotiated amount). As a result *** turned my account balance of $10,725.99 over to collections, just 2 days prior. I had no idea. *** said my only option was to pay the balance off in full, or I could deal with the collection agency. I was so upset about my credit that I opted to pay off the $10,725.99. I also spoke to InCharge. The first rep, Carlos, was rude. He said they have no responsibility. That even though I contracted with them, I remained the account holder. Later I called again, because no supervisor had returned my call, and to tell them I paid off the *** account. This rep seemed shocked. He reviewed my account and confirmed that I was a direct debit customer, and that I had never missed a payment. He his records showed that all my payment were made on time, as negotiated. InCharge has opened an investigation and will contact *** and find out what happened, why they reported my account as delinquent and why they sent me to collections. Meanwhile, my credit is ruined. I have busted my back, living austerely, and putting all my extra cash into paying off debt, just to have these two companies manage to ruin it. Regarding the discrepancy in the payment amount; my prior payment to *** was $565 a month. In April , I received a notice from Incharge that covid relief was available, and *** would temporarily accept a lower payment. I was told that the Covid-relief payment arrangement with *** was $112, beginning in May , until September. I explained to ***, that this was a negotiated payment agreement and that $112 was the proper amount. *** said they had no record of this. They said they never negotiated a new payment amount. On the other hand, InCharge steadfastly maintains that they would not unilaterally change a payment amount without the express consent of the creditor. That in fact, *** did agree to the new payment, and that they have received every payment as negotiated. Who to believe? I am at a loss, literally. My credit report shows that I am delinquent on over $10,000. I cannot get an apartment. I paid off the entire amount in the hopes they could at least not report that it had been send to collections. But no, they cannot reverse the collections action, but in 2 months my account will show paid in full. They will not do anything to remedy my Transunion report. The only thing they offered was that in 15 days I can get a confirmation letter showing a zero balance. Incharge tells me they will investigate what happened. But what good does that do me? How long will that take? I am beyond frustrated. My credit has been ruined, through no fault of my own, and no one is offering a solution or taking any accountability.
