Ordered a very simple body pillow case. Over the span of almost a year now, I've had one interaction with the help desk 'bout the order despite multiple tickets 'bout me movin' and an address change. If ya order anythin' from 'em, don't expect yer product or money back.

InkedFur I made an order in November to get a product for $140 US

I made an order in November to get a product for $140 US. I waited patiently, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a tracking number for my order. It's quite disappointing, especially since I got charged $200. I tried contacting customer service, but I couldn't find any way to get the answers I needed regarding tracking. InkedFur I ordered from Inkedfur and a few days later I had to move to a new address

I ordered from Inkedfur and a few days later I had to move to a new address. I tried to contact them through their support page, but they ignored my ticket for over a month. So, I sent another ticket and then one more a month later. It took them over 3 months to finally send my order, but they sent it to the old address. I tried emailing them through the shipping notice, but once again, they ignored me. I had to ask a friend to pick up the package from the old address and mail it to my new one. I won't be recommending this store after this experience.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with InkedFur. I ordered a printed body pillow cover, but it hasn't been printed or shipped yet. It's been over 6 months since I made the purchase, and I still haven't received my product.

The worst part is that they don't seem to read their support tickets or direct messages. These are the only two ways to contact them, and they haven't responded to any of my inquiries. I urgently need to change my shipping address, but it seems like they don't care about their customers' needs.

They initially mentioned that shipping might be delayed due to Covid restrictions, but it has far exceeded the expected 2-4 month timeframe. I expected better communication and service from InkedFur.

InkedFur I bought something from InkedFur on January 17, 2022

I bought something from InkedFur on January 17, 2022. It cost me $82.49. I knew there might be delays because of COVID, but I still wanted to get it. In early May, I sent a message to their help desk to ask about the progress of my order. They marked it as "in process" quickly, but I didn't get any updates after that. Two weeks ago, I sent another message to the help desk, just in case they missed the first one. But I still haven't heard anything back. Now, I'm thinking of contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com to see if they can help me get my order.

Before the pandemic, I bought a lil' Acrylic Standee from Inkedfur. During the pandemic, they told me a bunch of times that it would be fulfilled, and I got it, ya know? I also understood that my second order, a Card Mat and Mousepad, would be delayed 'cause of the situation. But now, they ain't sayin' nothin' to me at all. They even said they'd give me a free mousepad to make up for the wait, but I never got it. My orders are #*** and #***. I spent quite a bit of money on these things, and it ain't right for 'em to just ignore me like this.

I sent a message on August 15th to ask about the mousepad. No reply. I sent another message on September 22nd and still no reply. They say they'll respond within 24 hours, but I've gone months without hearing anything when I should have gotten an email with an update in June or July. I'm thinking of going to my bank and asking for a refund because they're not responding and it seems like they're ignoring me now, even though all I wanted was a little update. Order #b47f

InkedFur I placed an order on Jan 27 2022

I placed an order on Jan 27 2022. I sent two tickets to the help desk but didn't get any response for weeks. Finally, on Apr 16 2022, they contacted me and apologized for the delays and lack of communication. They gave me an estimated ship date of 4 weeks. On June 9 2022, almost 8 weeks after their response, I submitted a third help desk ticket. Since then, I have been updating the ticket approximately every 2 weeks, but still haven't received any response. It has been another 8+ weeks now, and I haven't heard from them. They took payment more than *** May. It is now August. I have been very understanding, but I am considering filing a dispute with my credit card company.

InkedFur I ordered 2 pillow covers from InkedFur on 7/7/22

I ordered 2 pillow covers from InkedFur on 7/7/22. The total cost was $173.12. Right after I placed my order, I tried to contact the company to find out how long shipping would take. The FAQ on their website mentioned that the items I ordered usually took a while to ship. I was cool with that, but the FAQ was from 2 years ago, so I wanted to check if it was still accurate. I haven't received any response. I tried submitting another help desk ticket, but still no update. On 7/21/22, I sent another help desk ticket to cancel my order and get a full refund, as stated in the company's refund policy. I haven't received any response to this request either. I've also tried reaching out to the company through other channels, but no luck. My order number is #db9804, and the help desk ticket numbers are #***, #***, and #***.

InkedFur I bought something from InkedFur on March 18th

I bought something from InkedFur on March 18th. It cost around 85 bucks for shipping. The website said there might be delays because of Covid, so I expected that. But, as time went on, it was way past the 4 to 6 months they said. My lease was ending, and I had to move to another state for school. So, I reached out to them to get an update and change the shipping address. It wouldn't have been a problem if they shipped on time. They ignored my message. I followed up three months later and asked for a refund. No response. Two days later, I found out it was shipped to an address I can't get to. It's been eleven months, and honestly, I'm super mad that they ignored every message. This whole thing could've been fixed if they just communicated clearly.

InkedFur I ordered a pillowcase and art print from InkedFur on December 11

I ordered a pillowcase and art print from InkedFur on December 11. I knew there might be delays because of the pandemic. I paid $110.28, including shipping. The estimated delivery time came and went in June. I posted a ticket on the support site and messaged them directly on *** (platform name). My order number was #9fae62. They replied quickly, saying they were taking inventory and assured me that my order would be sent out in the next few days. They said they would keep me updated. In August, I messaged them again and opened a second support ticket, but I didn't get a reply. In September, I sent another direct message on ***. I also messaged the artist whose work I bought, only to find out that they no longer work with the company. However, their work is still being sold without them being paid. On October 3rd, I placed a ticket asking for a full refund. It's been nine months, and the artist isn't getting compensated for their work. I feel like I've been robbed.

I ordered 2 Dakimakuras from InkedFur on April 2. I chose the smooth knit fabric, and my order number is 8cbd34. I paid *** for it. At that time, I lived in King City and eagerly waited for my items to arrive. However, 5 months passed, and I didn't receive any updates about my order. Later, I moved to *** and realized that my items still hadn't been shipped. I contacted InkedFur through their ticket system to inform them about my address change. They assured me that they had updated my address.

Several months went by, and I still didn't receive any information about my order. Frustrated, I filed another ticket to inquire about it. They responded, saying that the items I ordered were in stock and would be shipped out promptly within that week. However, it is now January 15, 2022, and I still haven't received my order. I haven't been provided with any shipping information or tracking number. Moreover, my tickets remain unanswered.

I'm really disappointed and confused about where my items are. Why did they claim that the items were in stock and would be shipped out within a week if they haven't been shipped yet? I just want to know what's going on and when I can expect to receive my order.

My transaction, Order #4ffd7f, back on August 24 was paid for in the amount of $119.00 with $10.*** in shipping included. InkedFur were to provide me with a printed body pillow cover in the material and fabric of Advanced 2-Way Tricot. Instead, I received the printed body pillow cover in Smooth Knit Fabric, and this is the wrong order after having waited two whole months on the item to be prepared and shipped to me. Furthermore, I recalled they had that same printed body pillow cover, in Smooth Knit Fabric and on clearance. I decided to check if it was still there, and it wasnt. Such suggests to me I was given an even more incorrect version of what I paid for and waited to receive. The disputes nature is that I received an incorrect order, having been seemingly purposely sent the clearance version of the pillow cover, and not receiving the support necessary to fix the issue. I have submitted a ticket, #***, back on October 16, and have yet to receive any form of support. I also sent and received an email from a representative from InkedFur and them offering either to refund a portion of the cost or to have to wait for the order to be corrected and sent to me. I have yet to receive a response on my answer to receive the corrected version, how long it may take, what steps need making, or any sort of other confirmation information. I am not happy with this poor level of service, and neither am I happy with the idea of being swindled out of my money in such a manner, especially if I am not to be given a choice on a change in my order without knowing! I demand satisfaction accordingly on getting what I ordered, confirmations on it being prepared, made, shipped, and all else and on top of it all have further confirmation to assure my second order, Order #beb1, on September 14, will not suffer a similar fate if not receive both orders at absolute most before the end of November.
