Defective product
I purchase $118 worth of cartridges for my business from Inkgrabber in September 2012. When I tried to use the cartridges on my Dell v305w printer none of them worked. They stated on the box that they have a "1 year quality satisfaction guarantee" which is a lie. When I went on their website to check the return policy, that is in reality 90 days. Dishonesty goes beyond just faulty product, they give you incentives to order large number of cartridges knowing that if you do not use them within 90 days you will not see your money back. Beware of this scam, better donate that money to a charity and not to these thieves.
customer service
I had a horrible experience with Inkgrabber. I placed an order around 11 pm, but then found a better deal on Amazon.com that would also allow the ink to get to me faster. I cancelled my order within 20 minutes of placing it, but because there are no instructions on the website on how to cancel an order, I used their contact form and sent a message that way. They were closed, so I could not chat with them online, and I knew no one would answer the phone. I called the next afternoon to make sure they had cancelled my order, and I was told they'd already shipped my ink. They are now making me pay to return the ink even though I cancelled my order long before it was prepared for shipping. I was told they didn't get my email because they have so many to read through each day and they just hadn't gotten to it, and that I should have called. I then asked them to match Amazon's price, and was told they couldn't match it (even though I listened to an advertisement - MULTIPLE TIMES - while waiting to speak to a supervisor that said they matched advertised prices) because they only match ink companies and not private companies. If InkGrabber really wanted to keep my business, they would do the right thing - honor the fact that I sent the e-mail before they shipped the cartridges, and pay for the return shipping. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was poor, and I will not use this company again, even with the (typically) competitive prices. I'm sorry the money they'll save by refusing to pay the return shipping is worth losing me as a customer.
WRONG SHIPMENT-3 times
My origiinal order for refill cartidages was received, , , but was the wring size. Upon returning cartiages I enclosed the correct model # showing I needed MFC255 for my Brothers machine.
When the second order came it was still the wrong size. This time when I returned the said merchandise, I even enclosed one of mthe old cartiages from my Brother's machine...showing the ones that were sent were the WRONG size by 1/4 inch.
Did this help solve the problem...NO NO NO... today the WRONG size AGAIN arrived.
WHAT is wrong with the shipping department ...do they not understand the ENGLISH language?
So, if I return these WRONG cart. will I be refunded my original payment? I have already spent extra dollars returning these items!

Failure to fill cartridges they send with ink
I recently order two high yield replacement cartridges for my printer. I received the replacements and immediately inserted one of them into my computer. The printer reset then reported the ink was low. I did a bit of research in the hopes that the non-oem product didn't "tell" the printer it was new to no avail. I resumed my work on the dedicated printer only I use. Within two days of very light (15 pages a day) printing it was empty. I then inserted the other replacement and it reported the ink even LOWER than the first. It lasted only a day.
I had already received their message loud and clear-dishonest business and after doing a more complete search found numerous complaints to this effect. To ensure it wasn't an error on my end I took the printer cartridge to the garage and used a ban saw to remove the top...guess what?; NO INK. My mistake, I won't even bother attempting to get a refund; the headaches and hoops they have put others through aren't worth it. You know what is worth it? Buying from my OEM in the future.

I have used your company for about a year and more then a few times you have sent out cartridges with N O ink in them, i let it go for a while but now I have to tell you that if it don't stop this sending out cartridges with no ink in them I will find another manufacturer that will do a better job.
I will be here for an answer to my problem

BAD RETAILER
This company ignored my request to cancel an order for three days and then answered my email on the day it was shipped to say too late..they had shipped it FEDEX..LIE #1, , I called FEDEX with the tracking number to rerout the package back to inkgrabber THE DAY after they picked it up because inkgrabber told me the day be3fore that even though it was shipped " They did not have a tracking number yet ... LIE #2
On the day it was actually shipped, , , the day after they told me it was, , , my credit card was billed, , this now 4 days after I emailed and tried to call several times to cancel...
I told them in another email to turn the package around after they finally gave me the tracking number "They had just got " and they refused... SO I CALLED FEDEX and rerouted the package but I also found out they had shipped it the day before when they told me "No tracking number" because the package was now already departed from the local fedex terminal.. Fedex rerouted it back to inkgrabber anyway and gave me a confirmation number to prove it..
Inkgrabber let my money sit in their account "until their package was returnded", , and now SEVEN DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT BACK according to FEDEX ...I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND FOR THIS REFUSED AND UNOPENED>>>NEVER DELIVERED TO ME >>>ORDER THEY CHARGED ME FOR !
I send them two more emails and get automated replys and their phone goes to Voice mail ALWAYS.. they never return calls.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY SERVICE THEMSELVES AND LIE. LIE. LIE To Customers and give them the runaround !

No action on non
I purchased a 5 pack of three black inks and two color cartridges from InkGrabber. I emailed them numerous times and the only response I got ("text book") was take out the cartridge, unplug the printer, wait 5 minutes and replace the cartridge. I emailed them back after doing what they said and never got an answer about returning the cartridges. I even told them my printer has an error message right on the screen saying that the ink cartridge was not recognized! The only thing there solution caused my IP address to change on my printer so that I had to re-install the printer on all computers (after going to Staples and buying a REAL ink cartridge). WARNING...if you have a Kodak printer it can't be fooled by these so called "compatible" cartridges. They are not compatible at all!

one problem with some printers is they wont recognize refilled or generic cartridges. this seems to be the issue you have run into
bad products
after seeing the price of ink cartridges i searched the web for a cheaper product.Big mistake.I ordered from Inkgrabber.com.There service was much slower then advertised but that is not my real complaint. After sending them an order for ink cartridges they finally arrived. When i tried to fit them in my copier they would not fit at all.I contacted them and a few days later they said they would look into it.Thats all i heard from them.Don't order from them or you to will get burned.

I ordered some HP ink cartridges and I just put in the last 2 and they do not print the entire text. They give the impression that there is no ink in them. The print is distorted and cannot be read. I have no more HP 74 (black) cartridges which are the faulty ones. Yesterday I ordered 2 more HP 74's from you. Could you send me the 2 cartridges that were faulty in a rush order as I cannot print until I get them.
Thank you,
A loyal customer

Beware
I ordered two refilled inkjet cartridges from Inkgrabber.com in February as I always keep a black and colored one on hand.Well, when I put the black cartridge in my printer a couple weeks ago, it was defective and would not print anything. I never thought anything of it, and mailed it back to Inkgrabber.com for a replacement explaining that it was defective. When I didn't hear from them, I called the company and no one called back. I e mailed them and they informed me that they had a 90 day return policy. I tried to explain to them that I returned it because it was DEFECTIVE and couldn't use it, but they insisted that they will not send a new one because it was past 90 days. They absolutely will not replace it for me and I can't believe they would not stand behind their products. Sometimes I order these 4-5 at a time and never thought that I wouldn't get a replacement if it was defective. So beware--don't order from them if you're not going to check it out before 90 days or you'll be out just like I am.How can a company sell a customer a product that doesn't work and refuse to replace it? I can't understand. So beware of this company.
I purchased a "package" offer of 6 ink cartridges for my Dell printer; 4 black & 2 color from inkgrabber.om on line.. The first printed inconsistently & then stopped printing. The 2nd & third were leaking when the sealed package was opened. A call to Dell indicated that any other cartridge except Dell's can damage the sensor system on the Dell printer & had to be removed. Thus all 6 cartridges are USELESS.
I was misinformed & have lost the $74.94 which I paid for these cartridges. I believe that should be reimbursed.
Color cartridge ran out after 3 weeks. The black cartridge I previously ordered did the same and their response was they stand by their claim that it was full. Sorry, a full cartridge lasts much longer than 2 or 3 weeks. My new black cartridge is still 3/4 full after at least 2 months. I believe this company is nothing but a scam.
I purchased 2 sets of replacement inkjet cartridges ( 2 black and 2 color). Not only that they fail to print, it took 11 days to get my order. INKGRABBER
has a map on their web site stating 2-5 business days for my area, yet they claim to deliver 1-2 days to Maine which is on the East coast which is alot further than where I am located. I finally received the cartridges, I carefully read over my printers manual to ensure that I was changing the cartridges in the proper manner. I made several attempts to print "test pages" to insure cartridges were installed properly. I managed to print ONE (1) test page - my meter on my screen noted and voice command stated that my ink was low - - - after 1 test page? After reading other "happy" customers and their dealing with INKGRABBER.com - it's impossible that they would offer me a refund. So, like so many other "happy" customers I am stuck with 4 inkjet cartridges that I can't use. NEVER EVER WILL I USE INKGRABBER.COM - more like MONEYGRABBER.COM
my ink cartridges were out of date and i can't use them. will you please send me out some new ones. hp 61xl
On February 18th I ordered two HP cartridges 17 and 15. They sent the products separately. First they sent me the wrong product the Lexmark 15, that was totally wrong! So, I called them that they sent me the wrong product so few hours past the supervisor called me at home and that she is going to send me a free Fed-Ex shipping label so I can send it back the wrong product. The next day, I went to Fed-Ex office to send the wrong product back to them. When I got home, I called the Ingrabber that I already sent the Lexmark back to you and I want a refund for the HP 15 twin pack. The customer service couldn't issued me a refund because she thought that the warehouse has already send out the correct product the HP 15 before receiving the items (Lexmark 15) back to them. Otherwise, they are going to refund me and send me an email confirmation. I am so frustrated that no refund confirmation to my email nor a package coming to my door way. Within 2 weeks past, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to their supervisor and was telling me that they just received the packaged yesterday (March 11, 2013). Its all ### and lied! She doesn't even know of what she was talking about. After I hang up the phone I checked the confirmation and tracked the package that I sent it back to them. It showed that they actually received it on February 27, 2013. She was making lots of excuses and lied to the customer. She was telling me that she's going to issue me a refund. So I checked my email and got nothing. I called back again for the 3rd time (three hour past) and spoke again to them about to check the package if the warehouse ever send the HP 15 on February 22? She came back to me on the phone and she couldn't explain very well. She said, " The warehouse thought they send the HP 15 but could not track the shipping number or the confirmation number". It means they screwed up again. In this case, she is deciding to issue me a refund. Hhhmm...while writing this complaint I keep checking my emails and no refund confirmation yet. It has been an hour and half past since I hang up the phone with her. I wonder if I have to call back for 5th time and ask for a refund and the confirmation email. (The warehouse people always screwing up the order and the customer service don't know how to handle the problem so their defense is to lie and make bunch of stories. Instead they should give the customer a refund right away and send a confirmation email and assured the customer that this problem would not happen again, but what they did is to keep promising that they are going to send me a confirmation email but nothing. ---- Two hours past, I finally call them for the 6th time and ask for the refund and a confirmation email. Dayna Scanton, the supervisor her attitude was so nasty towards me. I have to give her my email address in order for her to send me. I told her that you should be on the computer and look on the database so you will see my email address. She finally sent me the confirmation email but it was only the total of $66.99 and there was no confirmation number or any written of apology. It was sucks! I eventually called my credit card company to file a dispute with the Ingrabber so hopefully they are going to fix the problem. There was no apology from their part. I don't think I am ordering again from this company. They sounds nice but they are bunch of ###ed people. It is better to buy from Fed-Ex local store its much cheaper than the Inkgrabber. At least no stress out dealing with this customer service people that are sucks! The second product the HP-17 came after and it was good but still I am done with them. I don't want to deal with them - VERY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I used www.dropshipinks.com and there decent company and have great prices.
I bought a bulk package from INKGRABBER. The first two cartridges I tried, faile to be recognized by the printer. They shipped me replacements which worked. Now, It is a year later, it seems none of the balance of the cartridges are recognized by the printer. I get messages which include "Replace the following EMPTY Cartridge". Also the level indicator shows a "?"
When I called them they said my last order was over two years ago but then I noticed the date on the shipping box as being one year. They say they have a two year warranty but the cartridges are just not working for me even when they are only three months or so old.
They offered me a 20% discount on my next order, but why would I subject myself to the frustration and trouble of trying to make an inferior product work. It's just not worth it to me. I'll try one more online supplier and, if they let me down I'm back to HP original inks for good.
I have the same issue with the black ink not working and am also over the 90 days...my biggest issue is that i bought a 20 pack, 8 being black ink and none of them want to work so i really dont know what i can do
I ordered 2 cartridges and used the "find your model" search. They don't say how or why or when, but some cartridges pop up on the screen they say will fit. I get them, they don't fit. NOW they tell me it's a high yield machine called HP Officejet 5610...well how do I know, if they don't? They want ME to pay to ship them back! Not very accommodating! So now I'm stuck with 2 cartridges that don't fit. Guess I'll stick to genuine HP products next time!
I've run into the same problem with finding a backup cartridge is no good after sitting on my shelf after the warranty period. Solution: Buy another one from the same supplier and then return the faulty one on that invoice. This was suggested to me by the supplier I used. The company I did this with was not InkGrabber but from another comment here it sounds like they would do the same. (If they ever knew you did it in the first place.)
