I ordered a washer from Costco and they were supposed to deliver it, install it, and haul away my old one. Eventually, he and his whole team just packed up and left my house without doing anything! To make matters worse, I got an email from Costco Logistics saying the "delivery completed." Are you kidding me? I paid almost $200 for a handyman to come and do the job the delivery man was supposed to do - disconnect my old washer, install my new one, and haul the old one away. We try callin' these folks every dang day, but all they ever say is "we'll get back to ya in 24-72 hours with our resolution team." But ya know what? They NEVER call! Ain't that some bull?
Finally, they go and tell us they found our TV. So what happened? Was it lost all along? Who knows. But now, here we are on December 19th, with a rescheduled delivery date that was set a whole week ago. And what do they go and do? Call us up to say they ain't got no truck to deliver our dang TV! So now we gotta wait even longer, with no idea when we'll finally get our hands on our new set.

I just want to start off by saying that Innovel Solutions is just not worth it. I know, I know, you might be thinking, "But they're the delivery company for Costco.com!" Trust me when I say that you do NOT want to deal with them.
Let me just give you a rundown of my recent experience with Innovel. I ordered a refrigerator from Costco.com and was excited to have it delivered to my home. However, when it came time for the delivery, things started to go downhill. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 12-2 PM, but it didn't show up until almost 7 PM. I had to call Innovel several times to try and get an update on the delivery status, but they couldn't even give me a ballpark estimate of when it would arrive.
But here's the real kicker - when the delivery finally did arrive, the driver was one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met. He didn't even bother trying to help me move the refrigerator into my home and just left it on the curb. When I asked him if he could at least help me bring it inside, he just grunted and said, "That's not my job."
I mean, come on, Innovel. Is this really the kind of service you want to provide to your customers? Overbooking your driver schedules, struggling to confirm appointments, and hiring drivers with terrible customer service skills is just unacceptable.
In conclusion, I highly recommend that you request a different shipping company when placing an order with Costco.com. Innovel Solutions is just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about their customers.
