The best insomnia help out there! The methods from this course are evidence based and I truly believe these methods are the only ones that work. The methods I tried before to fix insomnia had to do with sleep hygiene. Internet articles about insomnia would say to follow a long list of sleep rituals that normally included supplements, getting sunlight, meditation, having your bedroom perfectly dark and cool, etc. Some even said that you couldn't sleep if you had anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. Doctors normally recommend sleeping pills, or say to get a counselor to help with anxiety so you can sleep. Martin addresses the root cause of insomnia, putting effort into sleep! So you really don't have to do all the sleep hygiene methods. You can get your life back, focus on the things that are important to you, and sleep better in the process! This course is worth every penny. There is an adjustment period in the beginning of this course. Don't let this hold you back. The temporary discomfort of the adjustment period is better than living with insomnia longer than you have to! Your body will quickly adjust too. I highly recommend this course and hope you will consider signing up so you don't have to live with insomnia anymore.

Firstly, I found Insomnia coach through You tube. He is truly a gem and a blessing. I highly rate and recommend him than any other modern/western doctor for curing sleep. I have been struggling with insomnia for past 8 years and modern medicine docs have loaded me with pills over pills but I lost the quality of sleep, a confidence to sleep moreover no guarantee that I am sleeping every single night. Years of horror with sleepless nights I finally came across his YT channel where he give ample of tips and strategies with his calm attitude to cure insomnia with CBT-I *** it). Guys you need this if you haven't heard of it, to finally end your insomnia. Also get on his free two week email list where he would give you step by step instructions and train you to tapper off medication and confidence that YOU TOO CAN SLEEP ON YOUR OWN (Nature has given all of us the ability to sleep) It has helped me a lot and I am never going back to pills or any other kind of substance cuz those actually ruin the quality of sleep. Martin R, the Insomnia Coach, is exactly as he advertises; he provides useful evidence-based information and then coaches clients to their potential via cognitive behavioral therapy. The keys to success are client commitment, willingness and patience. Martin is approachable and available; and works with clients as individuals not as one way is the only way for everyone. An "extra" is that he encourages clients to download all the materials provided during the course so one can have access anytime after completion. Bottom line, after several years of struggling with insomnia, in only 8 weeks I improved dramatically and am sure, as long as I keep with the sleep promotion techniques and thinking, I will continue to improve over the next several months and maintain the improvement going forward.
Martin has always provided me with exceptional advice in my struggle with chronic insomnia. He has shown not only a sound knowledge of the complexities of insomnia treatment but an understanding of how difficult it can be when confronted with the ailment. He provides a much needed service with both dedication and commitment - you will find no better support during your difficulties with sleep disorders!

I completed Mr. Reed's free 2 week course and it was game-changing for my sleep. His sleep snippets on YouTube are also super helpful! If I had the money, I would DEFINITELY consider trying personal coaching with Mr. Reed. If you've been struggling with sleep and want some direction, this is the place!
