The water chamber.
This water chamber is so hard to fill, why couldn't they have made it with lid on top and not have to take the chamber put every night? Take a look at the Luna G3 water chamber, whoever does the designs on these machines did not make it patient friendly,, Idk but there should be another way to design the water chamber to make it easier and not have to wipe up this water every night after filling,,

The more I thought about the water chamber not having a good design,, my thoughts are the water chamber needs not to come out but to be installed in the machine and should be able to be filled while it's in the machine, just open the lid while the chamber is already in the machine,, the way its designed its not patient friendly and the older we get the harder it is to fill ,clean, and use these efficiently

I am just wondering if you are aware that your Resmed Airsense 11 machine has a major flaw the water chamber is terrible! I've had to bring it back to the DME company several times because this water chamber is a nightmare for elderly people it's nearly impossible to operate the water chamber it does not fit into the machine correctly, I shouldn't have to use tricks or techniques just to insert the water chamber also it is burning through water or not using water at all depending on if I have the chamber in correctly. It's very hard to get it in and out and it's a brand-new machine I actually have just went back to using my Airsense 10 because its very frustrating and I know its not just me because there are several consumer complaints and people who share the same experience. Something should be corrected on this machine. It is not consistent with your previous products which have been outstanding I would not even give this machine a 1-star rating.

Had brought A resmed Machine frn NYC which has an international warranty of 02 years . My machine is having somemechinica issue and a part needs to be replaced . Have been following up with REAMED last 01 month to cover the same under warranty as the authorised service provider in UAE, Dubai needs confirmation from Resmed. Have shared the bills, product serial number and bill but have not received any confirmation. As a customer with sleep apnea am suffering last 01 month without a machine.

I spent time working with them on an issue. They asked for photos of the defective new product they have changed to. This 3 billion dollar company made me jump all these hoops without intention to help. They now say to ask the people I already asked to help me on the outside. If they did not intend to give me product information I wish they would not have wasted my time. The customer service department head *** wrote back to me. I suppose that this big corptotalcacy does not have time for a human being. I did not think they would be this bad. The other representatives up to *** have tried to help. This is only about *** the supervisor.

I received a BiPap machine AirCurve 10 VAuto In February. I began using it as instructed. After several short days I noticed water on my nightstand. Assuming it was condensation because my unit has a hot plate, I continued using the machine as prescribed. One morning I received the alert on the *** screen that the power wire was not connected. I checked the wire and noticed corrosion. I returned it to *** Services in ***, . After 2 days I received a call that they had adjusted the settings and to come pick it up. Concerned with the damage I saw, I asked if that damage had been addressed. The answer was no. The unit was then sent to ResMed. After more than a week, I was called telling me that I was responsible for repairs to the unit totaling over $400. There is no process to appeal this decision that it was a user error. It was brand new and used for a month. All directions were followed.

Received a new Air Curve 10 CPAP machine a year ago. Machine comes with a two year warranty. April 1 - Had a bad night, woke up many times, dry mouth, water pan is still full of water. April 3 - Machine still not working, called Oxygen North, was told that some would call me back. April 17 - Nobody has called me back. Called Oxygen North. Talked wit Josh. He told me that the machine was still under warranty and he would order a new one. April 24 Called Oxygen North. Was told how to adjust machine. Adjusted machine. April 25 - Had a bad night. Called Oxygen North. Was told that there was nothing they could do. Called Lincare. Was told that there was nothing they could do. Called ResMed. Was told that there was nothing that they could do. May 1 - Called Oxygen North. Talked to Josh. He told me to set the machine to "automatic" setting. May 2 - Called Oxygen North. Talked to Josh. Told him that I could not figure how to set the machine to :Automatic". He said he would call me back. Called ResMed. They told me that there was nothing that they could do. I
