I have a good experience with the Manager Claudia. I want to thank her for all her help to get my Claim resolved with United Equitably Insurance. If all the other Employees at Insure On The Spot was helpful like her,the negative customer experiencing would be less.
This so-called insurance company continues to call me at all hours of the day, and even though my number isn't associated with anyone in their database, I continue to receive voicemails and countless phone calls. After speaking with a representative to resolve this issue, nothing has been done to date. These people have now cost me business as my number is associated with a place of business. This issue has now been raised to the proper authorities for further investigation. Their reputation online is poor, and I wouldn't be surprised if they operate an auto insurance scam. This is inexcusable, unprofessional, and will not be tolerated.

I have been paying for insurance for over 3 years to get into an accident to find out that they POLICY wouldn't cover my DAMAGES because the policy only covers if a vehicle WITHOUT insurance to was hit me! AMERICAN ALLIANCE is the insurer but no MATTER what they are SCAMMERS theres gotta be a LAWSUIT SOMEWHERE FOR THESE COMPANIES TO STOP THEM FROM SCAMMING HONEST WORKING PEOPLE!

Buyer beware. I was told over the phone that my monthly bill was one price and when I actually got my first bill it was almost double what they quoted me over the phone. Also they try to ease in roadside assistance on your policy without the option of being asked if you want it or not. Its an extra $25 if you're wondering. And they don't even listen to you when you call customer service. Stay away from these crooks.

I had insurance with insure on the spot since December 12,2022 but my Driver's License was suspended on January 5, 2023 for no insurance I was never inform or told my license was suspended until March 2023 when my vehicle was told by the city of Chicago for lack of insurance which was paid monthly since December 12, 2023 no agents during this time frame...

On April 17th and it was reported to my insurance company. The vehicle was stranded on the street for 3 weeks. By April 28th it was picked up. On May 1st I called to find out where my vehicle was. I was told it was with Metro Collision Experts. I called them in May to confirm. On May 20th I spoke with Andrew at Metro Collision and he told me he was waiting to hear back from the insurance company. Andrew said my vehicle was fixed but it had mechanical issues and that the insurance picked up my car and took it to Classic Cars. I called Classic cars and spoke with the owner Rosa. She said someone at Metro Collision had tore the car up. She said she would look at the car but I did not hear back from her. Insure on the spot told me to contact American Alliance Insurance or someone would contact me. In May I received a letter from American Alliance which was an estimate to fix my car. I contacted Classic Cars but they are hard to reach. I called Metro Collision and that Insure On the Spot was hard to reach.
I contracted and paid my insurance company for full coverage for my two vehicles. When I contracted with Insure on the Spot I provided all requested information. I paid my premiums timely, however when my car was in an accident the insurance company , Insure on the spot. refused to honor their contract. My policy began 05/21. I applied over the phone and the insurance company asked all relevant questions. I provided prior information concerning my prior insurance company, however they never asked me about a prior accident with the vehicle that occurred under my previous insurance company, which was a no fault accident,. They accepted my /insurance payments every month, even after I submitted my claim. On August 22 the car was involved in an accident. I submitted the claim online the day of the accident. After they towed my car I was unable to get in contact with the company for more than a month. My car was picked up by the insurance company and towed to a shop. They only notified , me yesterday over a month after they towed my car and had it in the shop that they were refusing to pay the claim. They also told me that I had to pay for the car to be towed from the shop.

Called again & was told I would be charged for 1 day since they didn't get the email until the next day. Which is false, I cancelled the same day.

Following an accident, my wife and I requested a tow from our service provider but were refused assistance, despite being policyholders. Our roadside assistance, valid until 08/07, was ineffective. We've been paying Insure on the Spot for over two years, yet we had to cover a $90 tow fee ourselves. We spoke with dispatcher Ray from Nationwide Roadside Assistance and now seek reimbursement for the lack of service provided.

This complaint is regarding to my SR22 insurance policy. I have been paying into the SR22 with insure on the spot for over 4 years. I called the Secretary of State office on 06/01, and they informed me that I was done paying my SR22 since 2018. I called Insure on the spot to inform them that the owe me a refund for the last 2 years that I continued to pay the SR22 and no one is helping me, they are refusing to acknowledge that they owe me a refund for 800.00 for the over payments that i have made.

I was a loyal customer, had an accident claim, but they didn't chase the at-fault party, leaving me to pay the deductible. My car was in repair for 3 months despite full coverage. I've been struggling for over 6 months to get a refund for a renewal back in February, with no clear answers. Despite requesting an address change both in person and via email, they sent the refund to my old address. Their staff failed to update my information, and now my refund is missing. It's frustrating how quick they are to charge or cancel services but not to issue refunds.

For them to authorize my car being towed only to have it sitting for weeks with my keys in it is unprofessional.

I upgraded my insurance from liability on a old car to full coverage on a new with this company on 9/9. I paid $162 on this date to do so. The agent at this time told me I'd have to make the last payment for the liability on 9/13 which is approximately $72. And then the payments of $145 for the full coverage will start in October. I called on 9/17 to make the liability payment and was told that the person that set this up gave me the wrong information and I needed to make a payment of $145 for the new policy. I feel this is very unfair and they should honor the terms base on what I agreed to when we made the change. They is telling me their employee gave me wrong information. I should not have to suffer based on the incompetence and misrepresentation of their employee. I made the decision to move forward based off the information I was given at the time. If insure on the spot will not uphold the initial agreement I won't to cancel my policy with no penalty.

I started a new car insurance policy with insure on the spot
I started a new car insurance policy with insure on the spot. I was given an amount for the policy per month. I agreed and paid the down payment required which was $401.95. After I paid I was called by the rep that signed me up and told once he submitted the policy to the underwriter they increased the premium. I was frustrated and asked the rep how much I needed to pay to get my premium at or under $250 per month. He stated I would need to pay another $285, which I did. He stated that this would pay for my first month as well as make my monthly payments $250. A week later I recieved the paperwork in the mail and saw that the monthly payment stated $285 per month. At this point I called Insure on the Spot and questioned this. The rep was unable to explain why the rate had changed and she also could not explain why no one had called to notify me of this. I let her know it was extremely unprofesional and shady that the numbers had been changed 3 times now. And that due to this I wanted to cancel immediately. She placed me on hold and let me know I needed to write out that I wanted to cancel, sign and date it and email it over. I did so. When asked about my refund she said someone would get back to me. This was on 6/5. As of today 6/29 I have not recieved my money. I've called 5-7x and no one has been able to provide a reason why or even tell me the amount of the refund. The rep constantly says they have submitted for a check but are unable to provide a date or amount
