I called Life Assure today to update a contact phone number, and the representative "Jack"was more than helpful. I had a few questions that I didn't know the answer to and Jack took their time and explained everything out to me. I didn't feel rushed at all asking my questions, if anything, I felt more content and reassured after speaking with Jack. Thank you

Every month we tested unit( it's the higher end one) , and the unit could not connect to monitoring service. 2 fails in having it in use for 2 months . We have been thinking it is protecting my dad when it wasn't. So disappointing. Tech support is also pretty poor. We picked this company because it was cdn and this is their sole business, thinking we were willing to pay slightly more.

I talked to the customer service department to get my unit set up. They were really good. I had to charge the unit first. Once I was able to figure out that Everything else has been great. Customer service did not rush me. This is easy to use as well.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Great product and great 24 hour protection.
Kind and efficient representative, offering alternatives to service protection. Answered all my questions and changed my contacts on the spot as requested.

Extremely frustrating. Not consistent. Different messages. Complete contact for 2 x in weekend was yet to hear half way through the week so I ended up having to call them. Nothing in regards to why never called back. Felt like just wanted me off the phone inquiring about where refund was
It works the way they said it will. That is fine with me. Easy to use.
You can't put a value on feeling safe. Life Assure is worth it.
Life Assure is by far the best medical alert company on the market
Life Assure is by far the best medical alert company on the market. I bought 2 medical alert devices for my elderly parents in 2017 and have not looked back since. Their prices are unbeatable, excellent customer service and outstanding product/service. It's nice to know my parents have someone there for them 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I cant imagine what we would do without their medical alert devices. Thank you Life Assure for keeping my parents safe!

I compared prices of another medical alert device and Life Assure was better in many ways: price and product. Nice to deal with them as well. Made things really easy for me to set up for my older mother. She calls Life Assure her saving grace.

Once discharged we arranged for the Life Assure button with automatic fall detection and GPS.
Not only does it give my mother peace of mind but the entire family.
Dealing with the representative and after sales staff was an absolute pleasure, they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

In my initial conversation with a sales person, I requested emailed info and explained phone calls were not convenient for me. The sales people called multiple times a day and each time I answered I told them I would call them when I was ready to make a purchase. They continued to call repeatedly until I finally explained that I was feeling harassed and that they were interfering with my life while I was trying to get my sick Mum through chemo, then they hung up on me. Disgusting sales tactics.

My family definitely appreciate the service that you do provide. My aunt has used it several times this year. Unfortunately the last time she needed it her button did not work. She has a low battery apparently. I called and spoke with an associate she was very kind. they wanted us to mail the button back Then they would send her one in the mail. Unfortunately this would leave her with out a fall alert button. The associate on the phone was very kind and was able to arrange that she keep the button she has until she receives a new one in the mail.
I've used my alert for about 9 months now
I've used my alert for about 9 months now. It has alerted twice when I fell. One of those times I was an hour from home but in a city parking lot that must have had wifi. Response was speedy and thorough! Sometimes it 'false' alerts but that is easily and quickly resolved by simply answering the voice communication response. My only complaint is the weight and size of the unit is a bit cumbersome around the neck and won't stay put at my waist. I would far prefer a wrist option but this is not yet available. I'm now considering getting another unit for my elderly Dad.

Rather than responsibly dispatching a courier to pick up the device, they insist she goes out *againThis means she will risk a fall--and worse, such as COVID--since they refuse to help in any way and will "keep charging every month until the device is returned." That's how much Life Assure cares about their elderly clients.

We got the Life Assure bracelet for my elderly father. He had a stroke in the first week of September and he pushed the button for service. After about 12 hours, we were contacted by the service. *** Now Life Assure said they will continue to charge my father's credit card because we did not return the pendant. Life Assure only sent us a wrist band.

I started using these guys years ago after my mom had hip replacement surgery. The first unit I got was the home unit. As my mom got her mobility back and started going out again. I found myself starting to worry about her again when she would venture out even if it was to the grocery store a half a block from her house. So I called customer service and found that I was able to upgrade her device to a mobile one. So I did that right away, and the fact I'm able to log in on my phone and see where my mom is has only restored my peace of mind. The customer service team anytime I call in with questions have always been top notch, but even more importantly to me when my mom has called in they are super helpful and really take their time with her to make sure all her questions are answered. These guys are GREAT!

Their first concern is collecting money. They advertise their product as a safe solution for elderly, including fall detection and location. Yet, they charge extra hidden monthly costs for fall detection and insurance for the device.. etc. Very unipersonal service (answer like robots). They charged my credit card right away even before even sending me the device which took more than 2 weeks. Once I read some reviews; I returned the device right away in it's original wrap without activating it and they refused to refund me.

Apparently, if you no longer need the device and you return the equipment to them, they process the return but they won't refund your money unless you also call them and beg them for it.
If you return the device, they should simply refund your money but they have a policy where they have decided to keep your money unless you call them for it, in addition to returning the equipment.

I have never been so disappointed in a service in my life
I have never been so disappointed in a service in my life. For a service that is designed to provide safety and security for the elderly it is way off the mark. From the first time the unit was plugged in and a test call was placed I felt we were in trouble, it took 2 minutes for an operator to even answer the call, from there it was down hill, constant false alarms with the fall prevention pedant, to no operator communication. When I called the operator to let them know it was a false alarm I was on hold for 6 minutes before an operator answered the call, When I asked why it took so long to answer the operator stated they were very busy. It is the companies responsibility especially for this type of service to ensure there are enough operators on standby. I understand that there will be busier times and its hard to predict BUT, when the pattern of delayed response repeats itself at different times, different days over a number of days there's a systemic problem in the service staffing. The test call was the first sign that this was not going to be the right service. I tried the service gave it a chance but unfortunately had to cancel after two months of false alarms and no operator response. I have since changed service providers and am very happy with the service they provide answering a help call within seconds of the button being pressed and no false alarms.
Life assure is a pushy sales driven marketing, they speak to you on the phone with high pressure sales tactics, guilt ridden pressure, and try to make you buy the product with rude sales people and multiple calls, I told them we need to discuss it as a family before purchasing and the sales person told me I was putting my mil life in the line not having the protection right away.
I asked to be removed from the calls after way to many of them and they again tried to pressure me why and how it wasn’t good my mil isn’t protected she could fall etc ….
Just way huge over there top poor sales ! No thanks any other company will be better than this ! Red flags !

I'm leaving word for my mam, who's staying at Lincoln Retirement Home. Last August, 2022, my mam got a letter from Life Assure sayin' she owed 'em $400 for a fall alert thing she never even got. She's real forgetful 'cause of her dementia, and she don't remember any phone calls in May or June '21 where she said she wanted to buy this device. The place she's at already gives her a fall device, so there's no reason for her to get a second one. She's been payin' them since June '21 until her money ran out, and then she got a not-so-nice letter from Life Assure threatenin' to send it to collections and mess up her credit if she don't give the device back or pay $400. She never got the device and it was never activated. I've talked to Life Assure three times and told 'em my mam never got the device and we want our money back. Today, the person on the phone got into an argument with me and blamed my mam for not tellin' them she was forgetful and for throwin' away a device she never got. She paid $80 a month for a year for nothin', and when my brother went to see her after she got that letter, it really freaked her out. Stay away from these folks.

When you call them you actually talk to people that know about medical alerts. I don't need a cell phone, I don't need internet or cable. I want a medical alert. They only sell medical alerts, not a bunch of other items. They are the experts.
As a totally new recipient of a Life Assure device, I'm very impressed with the service I have received to date.
Life Assure medical alert deserves a great review. They were able to keep me in my house. That is priceless. Safe and sound with my medical alert. Customer service was great and easy to deal with. I had one issue figuring out my phone line in my apartment but that was fixed easily.
