I've been charged several payments for services I didn't receive I tried calling in canceling in the past it stopped for awhile then right back up again I've been charged like 3 or 4" payments of like 34.99 in it was canceled in two days because it wouldn't even let me log in I tried custo!er service no help at all did I receive plz put my money back on my card thank you

Please stop charging my card i paid 95 cents june 11 to find out som information that i never got i tried to ignore but it keeps trying to charge my car 34.95 and im not happy about it i would like it to stop. My name on my card is Corey Beckett and i would like this to stop. Thanks

I had called and used the automated system to cancel my subscription days ago. The automated message said my membership was canceled at that time. Yet I was still charged the monthly fee still?!?

Please, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY I need all subscriptions canceled

so you get a 7 day trial, then charged $35 monthly. I go to the website and there is no log in page. there is search bars, when you search someone, its like you start over again even though youve paid... starting over meaning-search, enter your name and email and agree not to be a stalker, enter credit card info all over again. one big ridiculous circle.. companies like this should be shut down. card ending 4141, name kaden gross. please refund immediately. email was either kobe.[protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com.

I was Charged 34.95 today for something I didn't ask. Make sure you make a refund please.This is a scam . I am not even American . And I don’t want to know about no one’s life

I have just registered for a 5 day free trial and I thought I would get unlimited access to personal information. Then I chose a 1 month plan (24 usd) since I assumed Intelius would only charge me after 5 day free trial period. This is a big misunderstanding.

Can I get a refund?

Intelius has stolen over $200 from me over the past 7 months. I just received an email that PayPal was processing a transaction from Intelius. I used the service one time for a .95 cent fee and made sure to say that I did not want to be automatically renewed or billied in the future and now I just found out that they’ve been charging me $30 a month without my concent. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau if they do not refund me immediately. As so many other people here have had the same problems with this scam of a company I’m shocked it’s not shut down yet and I’m sure it will be very soon

I once had an unauthorized $30 deduction from my account happen a month ago saying it came from an "Intelius" company. Guess what? I had never heard of this company or its services til that day of the unauthorized transaction when I went to go looking. I had never used their services, never heard of them, and yet they managed to get ahold of my credit card information through paypal and deduct $30 off the rip. Thank God, I managed to contact paypal and they helped me get my money back. But it really makes you think what kind of low-life piece of [censored] scummy people run this account. Hope their children get cancer and die before them.

I have looked at my bank account and realized yall charged my debit card for 29.78 and I didn't authorize this at all and I want my money back now and I want to be taken off of anything saying I am a member or subscribed to do with yall because I didn't sign up to be a member nor did I subscribe to be a member here

Refund my money to webvelopment @paypal that you charged without my confirmation. I did not authorize this charge. How can you charge someone without authorization on Christmas Eve when you are closed. Terrible company.

I paid a dollar for activation not knowing it would charge me 31.69 dollars after 5 days.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for several months now without any luck there have been many more payments taken out of my debit I think I am entitled to at least three back I am on A fixed income and I cannot afford this to be taken out of my account I would greatly appreciate it you could get at least some of my money back

In the first place nothing ever came up. I don't want to be charged for a product I never used so take this off my account now or I'm getting an attorney, my daughter. account number given already below.

I'm being charged by this company 22.86 a month since Jan 13, 2021. When I canceled subscription before the free trail ended. I have tried contacting them. Good evening. I am writing in reference to a credit card charge for information I did not get. There is a pending charge of $29.95 on my card. I should not have to pay because I did not get what I paid for.

I did a one time research on November 26, 2017 which ended? on March 25, 2018.
They automatically charge me for a 7 day trial premier plus, without any notice.
And have illegally charge me USD29.95/month ever since.

I tried to call the number but can never reach anyone and I am no sure it's a scam and I never agreed to this transaction.

Therefore, I am requesting a refund as a desirable resolution to my complaint.

I received a charge on my debit card for a pch intelius [protected] I dont know how they got my debit card information but I want a refund I tried to call the number above but can never reach anyone its a scam for sure and im very upset I never agreed to this transaction I jus am worried if they can get my debit card info what else can they do

I have been charged $22.86 a month from September 2020 through July 2021 for a subscription I did not request. It seems to stem from a small one-time charge my son made to try and locate a friend. I let it go so long because I thought it was something to do with one of the boys games. By the time I realized no one in the house knew what this charge was for, I tried to cancel my subscription. Communicating directly with them is less than useless. Out of order phones, emails unanswered and if I heard anything from them it was excuses. Even Capital One doesn't make it easy to do.
