I have not received my document yet, many months down the line since you claimed you had sent them, I later receive an email from you that you did not indicate my phone number, yet while requesting the details so that you could send them back, you provided a provision for phone number which you chose not to indicate, how would it not be clear that I had not instructed the phone number to be indicated yet I had put it together with the address, as you requested. it is not possible for any organization, to reach the owner of the parcel, without a contact, even if they were to deliver to my house they have to call first.
Kindly follow it up with the organization you sent the parcel with as the sender of the parcel, were it that I was sending the documents to you and you had not received it, am sure you would have told me to follow up with the organization I sent it with so you can do the same, there is no way the same organization you received the parcel from can not deliver the parcel back to me. kindy this documents are very important.
please I have received a job interview and I need to go with the documents next week monday.
had I known earlier that I wouldn't get my document back I wouldn't have chosen your organization, I really regret.
foreign credentials evaluation service
I'm very unhappy with the services offered by this company. Their charges are ridiculously high when compared to other companies, but the services they offer are pathetic. First of all, they don't answer their phones. On rare occasions I got hold of someone, they are rude and provide conflicting information and hide some facts about their Unfair, Evil and stupid policies. Their services are also very slow!
Secondly, I had used their services in the past and I wanted to get the records from them to use after two years. They Informed me (via Email) that they don't send the documents after two years (this is their policy that they NEVER told me before). This is wrong because other services send documents even after 10 years. Additionally, they wanted that I send them the copies of original diplomas and transcripts again, which I had sent earlier. I really doubt and wonder How on earth do they keep the records in the 21st Century?
If you want to avoid the hassle, just don't use their service or just be aware of what you are signing for.
This people are very rude, they claim to having served lots of people but I doubt ,and if so then the people they serve go through alot of frustration, imagine them sending my documents without my contacts not indicated on them, later they claim that they are not responsible for documents missing.me requested for any receipts showing they sent the documents ,them just refusing to respond to that.they are so unethical
I really regret having used their service YES I DO ,this people are hell, the give conflicting responses.
They are unethical.they have no truth in them.
The frustration they put people through is of another level.
Having served many people as they claim hoe do you forget a customer contact number in the address, for heavens sake, how do the company you are sending the documents with reach the client?
Again which company on earth that does not offer receipt?
Unknowlegeable about education system
Only response for months by IERF:
"We have forwarded email to your university and are waiting on their response".
How many emails sent in 6 months - only 2...after which IERF staff and evaluator just waiting around and waiting.
August 01, 2012 when I summited my online application and called up IERF to confirm receipt. At first got very fast and friendly response.
February 05, 2013 is when I demanded for a refund and only got refund of the 24 hour rush service I had applied for on August 01, 2012.
Just by those two sentences abov you can tell how IERF takes customer service and their consumers priority. Just hopeless...all office staff having to speak to more than 5 or so staff members upon follow up.

NEGLIGENCE, INCOMPETENCE, & FALSE ADVERTISING
International Education Research Foundation (IERF) was used to obtain credentialing for my husband who received his training in physical therapy in the Philippines. IERF received all the necessary documentation to complete his application on January 4, 2011. Their website lists three months as the time frame for evaluation completion. It has been nearly six months, and we have yet to receive his evaluation. The numerous attempts my husband made to inquire about what was taking so long were met with the same lies & excuses (i.e., "We've had an abundance of applicants and are training new staff.) I could feasibly accept that "explanation" had it been a few weeks delay--but, his report is three months overdue! I finally called IERF myself today to argue my husband's case. We have five children, and my husband's livelihood has been at the mercy of IERF. We were to have relocated to Texas in May but were unable to do so because of the incompetence & negligence of IERF. Now, my family is suffering. Where is their compassion toward their fellow man? IERF is not the organization in reality versus what they purport on their website. I also suspect that my husband was discriminated against because of his thick accent & nationality. This is totally unacceptable and warrants further investigation by the government.
inaccurate foreign education evaluation
I received an incorrect foreign education credential evaluation service from IERF. They cannot be reached by phone, only by email after ordering (and paying) a service. After receiving my official report 3 weeks after initializing their services they did not assign me the degree that the institution I studied at equate my european education with and which was accepted as a master's degree by an accredited university in the US before being admitted to their doctoral program. Pointing that out to them was useless. They are convinced that a ghost office with a fancy website seems to know better than an actual academic institution. They did not want to re-evaluate and left me with a useless transcript evaluation report and out of $200. Do not use their service. These official transcripts equivalency evaluation services are scams!

In one of your emails you said you forgot to indicate my contacts, though it's a regular mail, whose fault is that, the sender or reciever?
Or are this just mistake you make intentionally to frustrate the class of customers whom are not able to pay for the tracking numbers.
Kindly with the fear of God,send me a receipt just as you emailed me the scanned documents email me the receipt you sent the documents with.
We regret having learned about the complainant's frustration with our Service and have, as a result, carefully investigated the matter.
We reviewed the contents of the complainant's file, including all notes that were logged, and interviewed staff that assisted with the processing of the case. Be assured that we always take pride in the quality of the services that we offer. As such, we handle all documents with care, and are proud to have served over 500,000 applicants in the evaluation and processing of their educational documents.
As per the complainant's written instructions, the documents were mailed back via Regular Mail with no tracking on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Please note with regular mail, that IERF accepts no liability related to the loss or damage of documents during mailing and the complainant would not be able to track the package, As noted in item 7 (cf. https://www.ierf.org/terms-conditions/ ) of the terms and conditions to which the applicant agreed to at the time of application.
During the review, however, we have determined that, considering the circumstances, and as a courtesy to the applicant, we have scanned copies of the complainant's documents and emailed them to her.
If the package with the documents is returned to us by the post office, we will be sure to contact and advise the complainant accordingly.
We trust that the above provides clarity in the matter.
The above does not provide any clarity, since I contacted the organization you claim you sent the parcel with and they said they don't accept parcel without tracking number hence there is no way you would have sent the documents with them ,I later requested you for any receipts showing that you sent the documents to be emailed to me so that I would follow up my self you never responded to that.because regardless of any type if not tracking numbers there has to be a receipt showing a parcel has been sent.
So what have been wondering is any documents sent by regular mail has never reached its destination as you put it.
That is not ethical at all.we know you are in Business ,but you should understand you are serving different kind customer some of whom are not that rich.
