Intoxalock review: Ignition interlock device

I am currently using intoxalock which I wish I knew more about how awful this company is before I signed to use their device. It’s been nothing but problems. Today, three days after my recalibration, my device is displaying a “power pump failure” message. I have had to redownload the app recently for it wasn’t allowing me to sign in or use it at all. I called the useless customer service team and once again there’s absolutely no solution and I cannot drive my car. Apparently there’s a note from the compliance team that says “they need to have my device looked at” nothing more and no other reasons given and now I cannot work, I cannot move out do my house by the 5th which will cost me around 1000$ i’m losing between hours not worked and being late moving out of my apartment. So intoxalock is the worst company. This is just this problem. Theres been many other issues including lack of any type of solution at all for issues pertaining to my device ive had to have my car towed multiple times now at my own expense despite the device failire not being my fault it costs me anywhere from 200-500$ per month with all the issues ive had. Intoxalock has my contact info and I have the app they couldve reached out yesterday or thursday now my service center (the only one in town or for over 100 miles) is closed until tuesday. I cannot move cannot drive dannot work cannot go do anything at all with my daughter for the holiday and on tuesday ill have to pay out of pocket for a tow truck and miss more work pay extra rent because I was supposed to be out of my apartment that day.
