Since Friday, I have been unable to withdraw funds from my account, and I am also unable to participate in any trades via the software. My account appears to have been frozen without any proper explanation from the company.
Despite my efforts to resolve this by contacting their support team via email, I have not received any response, and it has been over 24 hours. According to IQ Option's policy, profits made through the platform should be withdrawable using various payment methods listed by the company. However, my payment method is currently blocked, and I am unable to access my funds.
I am seeking urgent clarity on this situation and guidance on how to escalate this issue further. I am currently located in the United Arab Emirates. Can anyone advise if it is possible to file a complaint with the UAE Cyber Crime department in this scenario?
