Absolutely terrible
Please stay away from this website and don't use their service! I signed up for a free trial and cancelled my subscription the same day. I did not receive any cancellation notifications and when I contacted Issuu customer service they assured me everything was cancelled.
One month later they charged my card and when I contacted them they said I was charged a monthly fee. I told them I cancelled my membership a long time ago and they said I never did that. I told them that one month ago I asked their rep to cancel my account and explained everything in details, but they simply did not want to listen. These people are just a bunch of money hungry scammers, avoid at all costs!
