Great Service but Frustrating Ordering Experience
This website is not the easiest to purchase from. I always get so annoyed when I have to enter my credit card details. There are too many fields to fill out and it's a pain to scroll down to get to each section. The worst part is when I miss one section, like the CVC code, and I have to start all over again. It's such a waste of time and it makes me really mad.
I thought I had ordered some ink a few days ago and was excited for it to arrive. But when it didn't come, I checked my account and discovered that my order was still in the cart. I couldn't believe it! I remember typing in my credit card details multiple times, but obviously, I must have missed something. I'm so frustrated.

One of the best things about ordering from Color HQ was that I would typically receive my order in just 1-2 business days without having to pay anything extra for expedited delivery. Moreover, their delivery was very consistent, as I could always count on receiving my orders on time.
However, after IT Supplies took over, I started facing some issues with the delivery time. It now takes around 3-5 business days to get an order, which is quite longer than it used to be. My recent experience with IT Supplies was not very good either. In fact, my last order was canceled and refunded after 3 days due to some system issues. According to the customer support, the system thought that my address was outside the country, which was not true. It was really frustrating, and I had to wait for another 8 days to receive my order, including the overnight delivery that was offered by their support team.
I have mixed feelings about IT Supplies. On the one hand, I appreciate their efforts to provide quality products and services to their customers. Searchin' fo' inks be a hassle at IT Supplies. Used to be easier, but now I gotta use part numbers n' multi keyword searches fo' Epson XP n' Artisan printers. Sometimes, tha part number only brings up one ink n' I gotta search separately fo' tha multipack or additional colors. Fo' tha Artisan 825, I can only find tha cartridges wit a part number or by searching fo' Artisan 700 (even tho 825 is in tha cartridge name!).
I been a customer fo' a mighty long time, but almost went elsewhere until I thought to type in tha cartridge number. (I gotta admit, I thought maybe IT Supplies wasn't carryin' cartridges fo' older printers.)

Your buckaroo website, where ya'll sell art supplies and such, can be a bit of a doozy when trying to search for a specific product. Trying to find some "gallery wrap stretcher bars" was like trying to lasso a wild stallion, not recognized by the search terms. Now, I may not be no tech wiz, but I reckon most folks would give up and head on down to the next corral if they can't find what they're looking for, ya hear?
I had to go on a veritable treasure hunt just to find what I needed. Now, don't get me wrong, I've ordered from ya'll before and I think ya'll have some mighty fine products, but the website's search and organization needs some sprucing up.
First off, ya'll need to broaden the search terms, ya know what I mean? Use some words that folks would actually look for. And when it comes to organization, some products are all mixed up, like a buncha cattle stampeding in all directions. I mean, who goes from 8 inch to 24 inch to 14 inch when looking for stretchers? It would sure help if ya'll put them in some sorta sequence or hierarchy, like organizing cattle in a corral.
And another thing, when I was looking for some canvas, only one width came up for a specific type and the others were buried in some other part of the site. Now, that's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Ya'll need to make it easier for us customers, ya hear? Even though I'm not very experienced in the field of sublimation, I was decided to level up my business with this new equipment. I gotta tell you, Deonna and Amber from IT Supplies have been amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when Deonna checked in with me to see if I actually knew anything about sublimation. Usually, companies don't care much about customer's experience with their products, but Deonna was very knowledgeable and courteous. She also referred me to Amber, who is a print specialist. Amber has been so helpful, I truly appreciate it. I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Amber answered all my emails and explained everything in great detail. She was extremely patient with me, since I'm not very tech savvy. She even helped me overcome some of the hang-ups I had with sublimation, something that no one had ever taken the time to do before. The customer service at IT Supplies is really something else. I'm really happy with my choice to purchase my sublimation printer from them and I will definitely buy from them again because customer service is everything to me. Deonna and Amber are the best! Despite following the setup and usage instructions provided, I have encountered persistent issues, including extremely long warming up periods (up to 45 minutes), leaking inks, random error codes, poor ink curing, poor color accuracy and more. The tech support has taken way longer than expected "next business day tech visit" to respond. These problems have significantly impeded the functionality of the printer, hindered its intended purpose and put me in bad situations with my clientss. Recently after having the serial number of the printer (MY17G2T00J) checked I learned that HP has released a retrofit kit that is supposed to fix known issues. That means it's a known fact that the model is faulty.

It's not that I no longer value IT Supplies as a customer. I simply can't wrap my head around why they charge me so much, given the ongoing issues with their website and the recurring problem of damaged paper. I hope they'll take some crucial steps to address these concerns so that I can continue being a loyal customer.
