Jack In The Box management

My name is jasmine forbes I'm an employee of jack in the box in Houston texas i feel ive been racially profiled by your manager Vicente I came into work Thursday July 12, 2018 at 2:00 as scheduled before I coyld even clock in I felt like the manager (Vicente) had an attitude but i continued on with trying to start my shift he asked me to put a net over my hair as I do any other day I'm at work but singled me out because I wasn't wearing my hat that I have never wore before then I then proceeded to tell him I live to far and I couldnt go home after already being clocked in over a hat but I would make sure to wear it on my next shift he still insisted I go home and that he wouldnt place me back on schedule after looking at 2 other employees who were in the kitchen preparing burgers with no gloves and no hats I asked him why would he single me out if I was on drive through and was at less risk of anything happening to the food compared to the woman in the kitChen who he was friends with he then told me he wasn't talking about them only me witch I did not find fair in any way he then made a racist commwnt stating this is why my type of people can't work here witch I found very offensive I really need someone to contact me back regarding this matter cause its ridiculous to have to come to work and deal with such horrible management...

Jack In The Box district manager running the dayton, texas store

wanted to let you know that the district manager running your Dayton, Texas store is very rude and hatefull to the employees and customers. I have seen it first hand and have had several people talk about how bad of an individual he is to everyone. something needs to be done about how your managers treat people and their employees. if I was working for this individual he would be taken to human resources and I would demand that he get removed. not good policy to have people like this working for your company.

Jack In The Box food drive through awful management

My sister and I went through the drive through and our price cane out higher than it should have been so we told the girl we didn't order cheese on the jr jumbo jack she told me thats how it comes I told her i order all the time I dont want cheese she said again thats how it comes she then call her manager juan who just laughed in our faces instead of fixing the problem I told him wpw your the manager and her just continued laughing and smiling so when we asked for our money back he tried to only give the money back for the food his cashier wrongly ordered and continued laughing what a horrible person to be called a manager we then went to Burger king and got the best new cashier customer service there even he knew as a cashier if the customer ask for no cheese he gave me no cheese. And all this over cheese because we are lactose intolerant and my sister was pregnant just left the dr where she couldn't eat for her appointment all she wanted was jack in the box instead we got laughing Juan 11303 Washington blvd Whittier ca 90606

Jack In The Box the chicken mcnuggets

I went to Jack In The Box franchise around 8:30 me my wife and my young son and one of your employees was at the window was very rude and unprofessional with me she snatched my money and she haven't given me a receipt so I felt that it was something to what she was doing and I knew she was up to something because when she came back and gave me my food she threw it to me she started laughing and I'm like what and I drove off I gave my son the chicken McNuggets I gave him his meal and I say about 10-15 minutes he had a real ergic reaction to eating a chicken McNuggets he threw up all over my car I have evidence of everything to provide to let you guys know that that restaurant was really unprofessional in the workers was there and I feel that they need to be accountable for their actions that took place with my son this is my my my son I just want Justice for him because I feel that the customer is right

I bought a ultimate bacon cheese burger combo and 12 tacos everything was bad my burger patties were old and burnt bread was hard tacos were over fried fries were cold and not fresh this is unacceptable with the amount of money I spend with y'all I expect my food to be made to order always and this was definitely not made to order I demand a refund or something

Jack In The Box poor service

My husband and I are in the ministry, he is a deacon and I am a preacher. This morning (7/7/2018)around 8 am I had just dropped him off at United Methodist church where he works, and I came back around in order to get back on I-30 going toward 45 and I saw the Mc Donald's and wanted coffee, but it was too late for me to turn so I decided to go to Jack in the box (on Phillips street in Dallas TX) instead, it's not that I dont like your coffee, it's just more expensive. So I ordered a large coffee, I think it was $1.83 and she handed me my change and the coffee, which I reached and took it in the middle but the top wasnt secured and popped off, spilling hot coffee over my hand, on my clothing and on the exterior and interior on my new car. The girl was so spaced out, I dont think she even knew what happened until I made a sound. And then she asked, what happened? I said, "the top wasn't on right and it spilled", then she looked out on the ground (like she didnt believe me ) and said, "oh, I'm so sorry ." She then walked over to an older woman (and you would have thought she explained what happened to her, but no) the first girl made a gesture, like ' I give up' and walked off and the older came over looking confused. So I said, "can I please get another coffee, the last one spilled. The top wasnt secure, it was no ones fault.
It was an accident". (And the only reason I said that is because I didnt want the spacy girl to lose her job). So the woman handed me another cup and closed the window. She wasn't even courteous enough to offer me a coupon...nothing.

Jack In The Box number 2 buttery jack

I had a problem stomaching my half burnt rubbery sandwich with crispy burnt fries, while having an impolite drive thru atendent named Paula. I am a simple right to the point kinda guy. I'm not sure how to express at least 350 characters when my first sentence was the exact problem and simply said. I am now going to drive the extra mile to visit Burger King vice stopping at this location due to the lack of care your company puts into their product. Once the your employee saw the condition of the sandwich it should have been redone. I can be reached at [protected].

Jack In The Box combo number 7 because I forget my things

I went by the window 12:10 by hay but the cashier gave me a very bad astitud and I forget my drink and sauces and forget to give me my recivo

This is unfair because it still waits like 20 minutes in the window to forget that

Jack In The Box “grilled” breakfast sandwich

I had been sick and finally felt a lot better. I wanted one of your grilled breakfast sandwiches. I drove down there by passing McDonalds, Burgerking, Arby's, Wendy's. I went through the drive through. Ordered number 29. Customer service was good. When I got home and unwrapped it I was really disappointed. It wasn't grilled it was toasted. The eggs were on one side, the bacon was brown as if it was old, bacon was just piled on it not laid out. Then I noticed it was two different kinds of bread. I was so disgusted I ended up giving it to my dogs. I am hoping you can express to your employees the importance of presentation and preparations. I love your diverse menu. If this type of thing should happen I will ban jack in box.

Jack In The Box food

Went to eat with my husband and he currently works for this location they intentionally messed my food up and took about 40 or more minutes to get it out to me because they did not want to make the order as ordered I feel like the person who made my food was lazy and did not want to make it as ordered this has happened many times and they have left part of my order out this place is a joke

Jack In The Box every thing

The store in Humble Tx off Mesa ., I wasnt greeted they said can i help u that was strike 1 than i was the 2nd car in line i orderd my food around 5:37a jus 2 breakfast jack with extra meat and cheese, after waiting in line almost10 to 15mins i was highly upset thats strike 2 i had to rush to work almost being late to open in my bag and neither my sandwiches had cheese that strike 3 i called the manger to let her know she rudely ask me what time i came and do i have my receipt i told her its in my car and im at work she pretty much said she couldn't help me and when i find my receipt than call back i will never visit this unprofessional establishment again but i will be taking this food back she made me feel like i was lying and etc i rate they service 0 stars...

Jack In The Box bad customer service always rebooting computer

No computer services in the morning 3:45-4:00 am. When I get off work it's all the time in the early morning hours there system is down and the employee's just don't want provide customer service. I thought Jack in the Box was 24 hours, I think it's important to address this problem Jack-in-the-Box employees don't seem to care too much about drive-thru customers in the early morning hours. It seems to be a big problem when both Jack in the Boxes in my area are always down with computer system problems. Thank you for hearing my complaint, looking forward in seeing this resolved.

Jack In The Box bad service and wrong orders

Went to jack box in the on 6/30/18 @ 9:40 pm I place my order when I got home my order was all wrong my burger bread was not toasted and my tacos had no lettuce was trying to call them right away but for the past 20 minutes they didn't answer me I always have a problem with them of serving the wrong orders if you could please contact me @ 559-417-3067and will not go back there again with this kind of service

Jack In The Box employees

I am a every other day customer, I come to your store about 4 times a week. I've never had a problem with anything, everytime I come it's usually the same girl who takes my order. I can't remember her name, all I know is she's a skinny white girl who works nights. She's always there around 1 when I come. Well last night a different lady took my order, she was very rude to me. I had 3 orders, she rushed me and when I got to the window to pay, she was very rude to me... I simply asked her what's her problem and asked can she get the girl who usually takes my order. She ignored me and finally the girl I know came to the window and took over, I explained to her what's the attitude with the one who took my order and what's her name, she apologized to me and said she will have a talk with her, then she asked me to park, It was about 5 minutes she brought my food and apologized again. Then the same girl came to the door and gave me an attitude, her name was janett.?... She tried to pick a fight and finally I told her you want have my business any more she said good. I'm just wondering is this the service y'all have to keep buisness...

Jack In The Box order

We placed an order at the jack in the box in Willis, tx the order took almost 30 minutes to get out then it was made very sloppy. The carne asada fries had two small pieces of meat on it, and very little cheese. The hamburger had so much mustard and ketchup that it wouldn't stay together it would slide apart..and the other burger was dry as a bone.

Jack In The Box customer service

I was at Jack in the box trying to buy breakfast for my family and I. The workers there let a homeless man sit in the restaurant at one of the tables where he had his soap hair brush and toothbrush on the table. He was also drinking beer. When I went to tell the manager mirella that there was a homeless man drinking beer at one of there tables and that he didnt buy food, she said it was ok. Turns out the workers let the man stay at the jack in the box because he had given them stolen items such as chargers for phones. But what really disgusted me was that the woman who was making the food didnt change her gloves until I told the manager that I wanted the worker to change her gloves before she touches my food. The manager also got mad when I told her this and said that the worker did change her gloves. Finally, my decaf coffee that I ordered was cold. When I asked her to make a new batch of decaf coffee she just refilled my cup with regular coffee. I hope you can fix this problem. I also believe she gave me a fake name because she wrote mirella when the receipt says nuvia.

Jack In The Box food and wait=time

We went to Jack in the Box on Saturday, June 23rd about noon. We placed our order and waited for over 15 minutes for the food to be served. We have eaten hamburgers for years and years all over the US, and this had to be the WORST hamburger ever. The meat looked like it had been cooked hours before. The bun was crumbly, and the French fries were luke warm and overcooked. The wait staff was fine, and after the food finally came out the server brought it to our table. However, I suspect we didn't eat more than half the hamburger and the fries and the bill was over $17. We cannot imagine ever going back to this restaurant. The best thing for the company would be to close it. It is a source of embarrassment.

Jack In The Box jack in the box can’t even make things right given a second chance

My cousin and I went through the drive thru at about 1230 at night at the Jack in the Box on Division and N. Foothills in Spokane. We ordered a munchie meal, which is only offered late night, and a double jack combo and a sausage burrito. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes once we got to the window because they could not get the tacos together. This was fine, it was late at night, we had both worked in the restaurant industry with both fast food and finer dining establishments and are familiar with how it can get busy. We were given our food in stages and don't know if we were even given the receipt or not and at that point we were simply ready to go home. When we got home to eat, the tacos were a mess of lettuce and cheese with what little meat there was fell right out. The siracha burger in the munchie meal had most of the sauce on the outside of the burger and had no patty inside the burger (which I believe is the primary ingredient in any buger) looked as though they had decided to play hackey sack with it. The double jack, had only one burger patty, now not saying math is everyone's forte but I'm assuming it's universally known that double would mean two, or one twice to be more specific. Never mind the fries in both meals looked like something that had been made the day before or that the large fry was maybe a little over halfway full in the container and I didn't even bother to mention the missing sauces, so after finding all this I call back that night to let them know about the messed up order. I didn't try to get the whole order for free or demand a refund, I just wanted the double jack to be replaced and the munchie meal to be fixed, to their credit the burrito was fine. I was told I was going to be put on a list and that the munchie meal would be replaced and so would the double jack, while not exactly happy I understood mistakes happen and the fact that they said they would make it right was enough for me. So even though I had a pretty crappy experience I was just going to get my correct order at my convenience at the store where they said they had me written down for my replacement food. Upon checking the list they told me that all that was written down was a double jack and siracha burger. Not even the tacos that were the original problem had been put on the list. When we called and told them that Olivia who had served us that night said if we had any issues to mention her name and they would take care of it, instead they told us that all they had were the two burgers and would not replace the tacos, let alone the entire munchie meal as was promised. I understand mistakes happen but when you are assured that it will be taken care of and isn't it truly diminishes ones desire to ever go to any of their places of business much less the one where, to put it bluntly, got screwed out of 20 dollars for food that had both the quantity and quality of the same things they were throwing in the dumpster. All I wanted was for them to make it right, but they couldn't even do that. This particular jack in the box is one that I will be sure to inform anyone not to visit should they care about the quality of food or service in their dining experience and would question the credulity of the food and service of the company as a whole that would allow one of their establishments to run as this one.

Jack In The Box hiring manager discriminated against beard.

I went to go for an interview at the jack in the box so that I could have an after school job. The manager in the phone was very nice and seemed promising. Once I get there she took one look at me and asked if I was going to shave my beard. I said nice and she asked if it was religious. I then said yes. She got rude and rolled her eyes. She said she wouldn't take an interview and said I couldn't be hired because of my beard, then asked me to leave. She insulted me and discriminated against me because my beard is religious. It's worse because there's many girls with their long hair and it didn't seem like my beard wouldn't be a problem.

Jack In The Box not washing hands after using the restroom

Today at about 12:15 pm I was in the ladies restroom at the jack in the box /arco am pm
on Ramada Drive in Paso Robles California, while I was in there one of the cooks from the restaurant walked in used the facility and when she was finished she turned on the faucet stuck part of her hand under the water grabbed a paper towel and rushed out . After a moment to collect my thoughts I walked to counter to ask to speak to a manager but no one would come to the counter, so I went to the cashier at thee arco and asked if there were two separate managers or one for the combo store /restaurant. She informed they were two separate entities, so I told what I saw and left since there was no way I was going to buy lunch at this disgusting place. I know it's hard to believe but this is a fact and should be addressed immediately. I will be posting this FYI on my Facebook as this practice of hiring of illegals who disrespect our laws of cleanliness is more than offensive and appalling.
