Jack In The Box syrup

Hi my name is Klynne I went into jack in the box bought some mini pancakes they gave me a plastic bag with syurp and when I opened it there were ants in it. I called the store spoke with the supervisor Emiliano and he offered me a free shake and asked what else could he help me with. store number is #1108. I am completely disgusted with this store I told manager that I was on the bus On my way to work and I wasn't able to turn around and show him. He continued to call my complaint an inconvenience. And said he would check the shelves. No I didn't spend a lot of money but this is outright nasty.

Employee Whitney Page store #4786 Georgetown tx West university ave Comes across the street to my apartment just to start an altercation knowing she was on the clock and in work uniform Manager Manny is irresponsible to handle her as needed I made a police report and will soon be getting a lawyer involved I don't go on their property and she has no rights to come on PRIVATE PROPERTY IN WORK UNIFORM and there are several witnesses

Jack In The Box customer service... negligent

To whom it may concern,

I went thru drive thru ordered 3 #27 with 2 orange juices and one coffee, my total was $16.98. The gentleman from the beginning got my order wrong, so I corrected him and my ordered was corrected. I also instructed him to bag each meal, didn't happen. He hands me my coffee lid was not closed correctly and coffee was spilled on my laps. I honked to get napkins and when he came back I informed him that the lid was not closed. He never asked if I wanted creams or sugars, and just gave me a bag with 5 creams and a combination of sugars £and no they were not regular sugars). I was so upset to see that he was so careless and the three orders were not seperate bags. So, I drove off furious and burnt, then I soon realize he did not give me a receipt nor did I see him punch in the register my order(pls double check). (The server was a black gentleman.) This happened today, 8/18/18 between 11:30a.m. and 12:10pm.

Jack In The Box there was no service or anything no one appeared to be there all the lights was on

I went to the restaurant this morning on Carson Street and Carson California off the 405 Freeway and Carson exit the restaurant all the lights was on and appeared to be open went to the drive-thru no one ever came to the speaker went to the around to the window did not see anybody stayed there for several minutes blowing the horn and everything in the wind ever came then I left

Jack In The Box breakfast sandwiches

3 weeks in a row I've found eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches. This has happened at several locations. 40th St @ University Phx, AZ, and Van Buren @ Avondale Blvd Avondale, AZ. Very frustrating to bite into a sandwich filled with eggshells. Another instance I purchased an ultimate breakfast sandwich and the bread was not toasted and appeared to be stale.

Jack In The Box bad customer service

Jack in the box had no open or close sign. Struggled to get walker out of car. While be watched by fat lazy employee. He watched me struggle with door . Went to counter to be told they were closed for another 5 minutes. And they didn't care about customer service. Just what time it was. Rotten service, went to McDonalds instead where they like customers.

I got my food at 3 am in your store on monument the dude there was rude it was a manager with lips tattoo on his neak I told him I wanted no ice I repeated my Oder 4times he got made once I gave him my drinks back the wanted to argue I got my food back an it was made really [censored]ty an made me an my girl an kids tummy hurt what kind of service is this here an it sucks to have to argue about a meal that u pay for every time I come here there is a issue or I'm missing food it's not right I go here cause it's close to my house think u guys should give me vouchers or will go to the next step I need to sue cause this is not right

Jack In The Box manager

The manager at the Freeport location is unbearable this evening on Sunday August 12th 2018 the manager pulled a knife on my son Seyed Amir Tabiibzadehdezfuli durning his over night shift. And I also would like to add that they manager you have worker there comes to our home to tell Amir to come into work and my son work work crazy shifts like 4pm to 6am and sometimes doubles with no breaks they make him do some outrageous things. Jack In The Box your 24 hours service. customer service deceiving and lying to customer

I went to one of your 24 hr drive through in kent Washington. Was denied service and told you were not serving at this time. 1am. Asked why they needy-to restock. There were no delivery trucks around. Your employee came back on pa and said that they aren't taking orders and I will need to wait 20 min. I replied sure I can wait. As I sat with my family in the vehicle. A minute later your employee on the pa said that I will need to move my vehicle out of line because it was a safety violation keeping in mind that there 3 other vehicle behind me at 1 in the morning. And 3 other vehicle in front of me waiting for there order. When I asked for the name of the night shift supervisor I was given nothing but a sarcastic and older response to move out of line for it's a violation. Looked back at my family after picking them up from the airport in Seattle. I moved on. My family was much more important then going back and forth with your rudeness of an employee going nowhere. We left. Just to head home and see your commercial to try jacks bowls way to promote your business but do a poor job on hiring decent quality employees. Your at a fast food employee you should enjoy what your doing and if costumer service is not your thing then move on. Here's one a new commercial should say open when we want my employees are run my business that's who pays my bills. Way to go jack.

Jack In The Box service

Waited 30 mins in drive thur. Wasn't even busy. Hear all the employees joking and playing around on the order speaker. Had to repeat order 3 times to the female "taking order" fire everyone and start over. Called to speak with management no one answered my phone call. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location. But this is the closest jack in the box to my house.

Jack In The Box free jumbo jack for houston dynamo soccer victory...

I was told that there will be no free Jumbo Jack because the Manager's boss said they did not win, win in fact they did 7 to 6 in a shoot out. I showed the Manager the Dynamo web site that showed the victory. She was very rude and would not admit that they had one...or allow me a Jumbo Jack...Was then told ok they won but still denied the burger, Signs are all over outside and inside displaying the free burger promotion...

Jack In The Box erratic driver in delivery truck

Today, 8/9/18, in the small CA Coastal town of Cayucos, California we saw a very erratic driver of one of your delivery trucks. Initially, the truck was double-parked, with flashers on, just short of a major intersection in town. He was holding up traffic on this street. Because the flashers were on, we attempted to go around him. He then pulled out in front of us, and turned left, the same way we were trying to go. He then proceeded to drive down the main street, Ocean Avenue, at 10 mph. He turned right toward the freeway entrance which is about 1/2 mile away and drove at 10 mph the entire way. The license number of the truck was 66238E2, California plates.

I sincerely hope you are able to track whomever this was down and tell him he is a menace on the road. Thank you, .

Jack In The Box orders of tacos were not fresh

Went to the jack I the box on s.w. military and Pleasanton rd.and employee or manager Mel.was rude and gave attitude then we order tacos and they were not made fresh so I complained and she said u can come pick up ur order whenever u want just tell them mel said so I go the following day and the employee called the manager to confirm and the manager mel said no I was off yesterday but her name was on the receipt she lied and they didn't wanna replace my order then why say u are and don't do it . Completely rude I will never choose this location.

Jack In The Box bad customer service / long wait time

8/8/18 Location - Kansa & El Cajon - Receipt time 2:02

Normally I would not go to this level of complaining. The customer service and the long wait time for my order were just BAD.

1. At the time I order my (2:02 pm) it was just me at the window. Noone else orders at the window during the time I was there.
2. There was one car waiting at the drive-through window at the time of my order.
3. After I order and set down at a table I saw 4 cars order and receive their order at the drive-through.
4: it's now 2:15 pm and no order.
5. I went to the walk-up window to see what happened to my order. No one came to the window.
6. I asked the young woman at the drive-through to ask for someone to come to my window. People inside saw me at the window but no one came to update me on my order.
7. I went the second time to the drive-through window for someone to help me with understanding why it taking so long to get my order. Now it's 2:17 - I am upset now.
* the manager come to the window with my order and they were very busy and it takes time to prepare my order. (6 or 7 cars came through the drive-window and 15 minutes later the manager walk up the window with my order.

I try to support the business in my community, but I will never buy anything at Jack in the Box again. I think I would have been okay with it, but the "MANAGER" never say he was sorry that my order took so long. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There some training needed

RESOLUTION: I ask for my money back.

Jack In The Box service

Jack in the box in Beaumont on college st is the worst. My husband and stopped by at 2am NO ONE answered the drive thru for 10 minutes. We pull up to the window and the manager is leaning over the counter on her cell phone. what are you paying your employee's for... to ignore cash flow? ridiculous ! this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location but this is the last time this will happen to me. I will bring my money elsewhere.

Jack In The Box hair being in my food

We purchased a few items around 10:20 pm my son bit down on his burger and there was a females hair as he removed it and threw it away immediately. We contacts the location and told them about our situation and she sounded confused and disclosed she was the only female working that shift at the moment and she was in the front to come back and she would replace that burger .
As if we weren't discussed enough to think I would try going back and purchasing food from this location again.

Jack In The Box customer service

At approximately 4pm I went to the restaurant #4817. I drove up to the drive through to place an order and the lady stated "I'm doing shift change and can you wait" and I said yes. I waited 5 minutes and drove around the building and got back into the drive through lane. The same lady said again "I'm doing shift change and can you wait" I then said OK and I have been waiting 5mins already. She started talking over me, while I was explaining that I've been waiting and how much longer do I have to wait. She keep saying just wait. This woman was very aggressive and rude to me. I continued to wait 5 mins longer at the drive through. I then went around to the front and went inside. I asked the lady are you the one at the drive through and she responded "yes". I explained to her that she was very rude and aggressive to me at the drive through and asked why she cut me off when I was talking to her. She was screaming at me in the store, while she was complaining about working by herself. I said ma'am I just want to place an order. I said I came inside to tell you, you are a very rude person and customer service goes a long way. Can I please place my order. When I received my order my fries were cold and stale. I did not go back to that store because I didn't want a confrontation with her or have her mishandle my food. The cashier name on my ticket is Gabriela, store #4817 on 8/5/2018 at 4:24:35pm
Please express to your employees the value of customer service. The way this young lady spoke to me was unacceptable and unprofessional. As long as she is there I will no longer dine at that this Jack in the Box.

Jack In The Box manager refusing to allow worker to leave when scheduled off

Every time my fiance has to work at Jack In The Box the current manager always keeps her after 30 to 40 minutes after her scheduled time off I have things to do and I am her only ride to get home there is no way for her to walk home but I cannot be sitting there and waiting 30 to 40 minutesbecause of the manager named Stephanie doesn't wants to allow her to leave if this is going to be a continued occurrence I'm going to look into suing Jack in the Box for this. I almost lost my job due to me being late

Jack In The Box customer service wylie texas

I will never again eat at this location I tried to order classic chicken club ranch sandwich, giggles, repeated back wrong order, ordered again was told could not understand what I wanted, I gave up and just drove thru, and this is not first time of terrible experience at this location can you not hire decent managers or staff, I speak perfect English

Jack In The Box lobby closed

Lobby was closed at 9pm when it was scheduled for midnight. The doors were locked and the staff waived me off. No signs were posted to indicate an early closer of the lobby. I am really disappointed in jack in the box and am tempted not to go to that location again. The store is located in totem lake washington. I tried calling two numbers the first just hung up on me and the second just asked for a recite code to do a survey. I also tried to type a complaint on the jack in the box website and the browser crashed while searching for the store location. It's a shame what disrespect that this store showed me tonight.
