I ordered the hasbrown chicken box
I ordered the chicken hashbrown box. I ordered a coke to go with it. Pulled up to window. Took my card gave it back and as she turned away she asked me to pull around. Oh gave me a cherry coke. I gave it back and said I ordered a coke. He brought back out and said I gave you Dr pepper because we don't have coke. Why would you assume that was okay. Get home to eat food. Fries tasted like they were from night before. Tried to call and of course no answer. Oh and no receipt. Tried to call corporate and no answer this is ridiculous. If I am going to pay for food. At least make it fresh and the soda we'll if you dont have it ask what they want. I would like a replacement and a apology. I hate going to the location on Madison in granite city il. But I was just across the street . Please respond to this complaint

I just went to drive thru on 9133 North Freeway Fort Worth presidio town crossing I place my order supreme crosson onion rings and orange juice my whole order was cold I come back and ask for replacement the lady that open the window was very rude disrespectful she started to open on the food touching on it and asking me what’s wrong I told her is cold the bread was hard she starred to make faces and taking Spanish saying this B*** eat on this and bring it back I give her my recipe she snatch it from my hand and continued talking to the other co worked with the window open I understand everything she said I request at manager she said she was the manager rude and a disrespectful way I ask for my receipt back she didn’t know where she put it she start looking on the trash can and can’t find it then a very friendly guys come to the window and apologize to me and the lady continue talking smack on front of him too I need this to be fix ASAP I need somebody to call me about this

Breakfast burrito
On 11/14/22 @7:37am I went through the drive thru for breakfast for my daughter and I when this young man tried scamming me of my change! Myu total was $12.12, and I handed him a $20.25 he hands me back $0.13 and that's it when asking him where the rest of my change? he stated he had no change I responded well if you don't have change, you should not have taken my money where is the rest (I stated then give me the $20. back and I will pay with my card? he laughs and closes the window; he proceeds to hand me my food and I state give me my change back you owe me $8. 00 or give me my $20.00 back and I don't want your food now I then stated I am not moving till you pay me what you owe, he then laughs at me again gets into his cash register and hands me my $8.00 dollars. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

I went to the jack in the box located at 25520 aldine-westfield rd. Spring, tx 77373 through the drive thru. The kid was rude (white kid with curly hair and young) and then he didn't even put napkins in the bag for me or my sweet and sour condiment like I asked him for. For as much as I pay for one meal (10.06) it should be better customer service. This kid always is rude, doesn't even smile and is just ridiculous... Maybe he needs a different job! Do better jack in the box! I will no longer do business with y'all. I have given this company plenty of chances and each time this location fails. I will go to chick fil le... They may be more expensive but their customer service excels way past this location's customer service!
Desired outcome: For you to FIX the issue at this location and get rid of the white rude kid with curly hair at this location. It's obvious he hates his job!
24 Hr. Drive thru
Visited Jack in the box located at 2030 W AVENUE K
LANCASTER, CA 93536 on 11 Nov 2022 at 03:15am. When entering the 24 hour drive thru, I was told that I could not be served because "our computers are being updated".
- This is the 3rd incident within 6 months. Last 2 visits within a 6-month period were at 04:30am and 05:15am, same location.
Recommend a back-up plan to utilize pen and paper to record my order/payment information and enter into your system when it comes back online. I would have paid in cash as well, so another option is to utilize a calculator or maybe a cell phone to figure out the costs of orders.

Missing and cold food
We visited the Jack in the box #1578 on 11/4/2022 at 6:59pm order number #400 as a carry out. We ordered 1 homestyle chicken sandwich combo, 2 orders of 2 monster tacos and 1 large curly fry. When the order was handed to us in a very small bag that was very oily, we walked out the store and realized that we had a missing taco, we walked back in and the taco that was sitting in the warmer tray was given to us. Since I dislike cold fries, I tried one and it was cold and soft. We than tried a taco and it was also cold, limp and very greasy. (The cheese wasn't even melted). AT this point, we did not want to go back into the store for the third time to attempt to have the items remade. They were extremely busy and very short. We had already spent quite a bit of time there.
A few days later we went to the location on Estrella Parkway (520 N Estrella Pkwy, Goodyear) and order the same items. Not only was everything fresh, hot and looked fantastic, the fry boxes were full. The service, even though they we busy, was fantastic.
It was very disappointing spending $24.23 for cold, greasy, inedible food.

I was at the location at 7510W Lake Mead Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89128. I waited a long to place my order, once I did she didn't say much else but the screen gave me my total. The line was backed up, and I waited in line for about 30 minutes. I get to the window finally and was told by Monica the drive thru worker "CASH ONLY". I said I don't carry cash, she said well then I don't know what to tell you. I said so I have been waiting this entire time for nothing. She said well I don't know what to tell you but it's cash only. I said you could have told me when I placed my order or put up a sign on the order board. She told me that she didn't like my attitude and everyone else was being nice about it. I said so you told all of them AHEAD of time that you were only accepting cash, maybe that's why they are being nice. She proceeds to lock the window on me and walk away. I said I am not moving, I would like a manager. Then another lady comes to window and says that their credit card machine is down. I said that's fine but a heads up before I waited 30 minutes would have been nice. I asked for the Drive Thru employee's name (Monica) and also the manager (Edna). When I pull around and left, I could see the next car pull up and Monica pointing at me at my car to the next car. Well whatever she told him, he followed me for about a mile. Cursing at me and threatening me over whatever Monica told him. COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND UNCALLED FOR! A better option would have been for her to ask me if I had the phone app, had me park and place the same order and bring it out to me once it came into the restaurant. Maybe train the staff better and give them options in case certain things like this happen, then this location wouldn't have a one-star rating on yelp for horrible customer service. I would like an apology.
Desired outcome: They could have 1) Put up a sign saying Cash Only-Credit Card Machine down 2) Had me place the order via app if cash wasn't an option 3) Hire Employees who aren't rude 3) Have a Manager available to give the above options.
Spiked pricing
Today (11/1/22) I went into the Jack in the Box on Dennery Rd, San Diego. On the board, nearest the registers, displaying various items is a sausage biscuit for $3.49 (I know I can ask for bacon instead of sausage). I also wanted the advertised 2 tacos for $0.99. So, I tried to place my order with (I think it was a manager).
She advised me that the price of the 2 tacos for $0.99 was only via the app. So, I ordered on the app., also ordering 1 bacon, egg & cheese biscuit; even though, on the app., I was ordering the sausage biscuit, she placed the order for the bacon biscuit.
Much to my surprise the cost of this biscuit was $4.69; $1.20 more than the price in the restaurant. My Order # [protected]. Also, I noticed that the item ordered was a "Sausage Croissant", not the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit; so the manager screwed up (I guess that's why the price difference!). Jeez, can items get more screwed up?!
How the #*&! can you charge different prices for the same item, not on sale or a special price, for the exact same thing? I want an answer.
Also, why isn't the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit on your app.? Please answer.

Your app is the WORST! I am a retired software developer and have never seen such a horrible malfunctioning app; it should never have gone live until all bugs were resolved. I haven't been able to make an order for the past three days because it keeps logging me out when I check out. When I try to log in again, it complains that my email and password do not match, even though I was logged in just prior to the checkout stage. I also am still getting this message about a property that is read-only.
Your app is still in the alpha/beta stage and should never have gone public; your previous imperfect version worked a lot better than this. The tech people you hired are INCOMPETENT; you need to REPLACE THEM with more qualified people.
Desired outcome: Debug your app to perfection before releasing it to the public!
grande sausage breakfast burrito
On 10/18/22 my wife and I ordered two Grand Sausage Breakfast Burritos. We were totally disappointed when we saw that the burrito was 1/3 the size it used to be for the same price. We were big fans and you had the competition beat with this burrito because of its size, filling, and price point. We have decided that we were now being taken advantage of and decided to limit greatly or eliminate this choice all together.
Bring back what made this burrito so great!

Drive thru service
On Oct 20, 2022, i was order 186 at Jack in the Box #5456 in Los Angeles Ca. It was 10:37 after waiting in drive thru line I was able to place my order in the drive through line. I paid for my order at the window at 10:46 am. I was told to park in the front and the food wood be out in 3 mins. I parked in front and watched numerous cars (it was a long line in drive thru) enter the line wait pay and receive their food and leave. After there was only one car left in drive thru my food was finally brought out to me around 11:20. This is unacceptable, and I believe it was deliberate. Grilled sourdough Swiss breakfast combo
I bought the grilled sourdough Swiss breakfast combo this morning in San Antonio, Tx. On the corner of Huebner and Fredericksburg I saw the picture at the drive thru and made this sandwich look amazing. The sandwich I received looked anything but. There was no bacon and one thin slice of ham. Please see picture below. This sandwich if you can really call it that, was mainly bread! So very disappointed and the meal cost $ 8.22. The hash brown was sadly also soggy.

Raw jumbo jack / and over charged and given no receipt
On 10/10/2022 around 10:30pm I went to the Austin Texas location on Loyola/183 to get some food for my daughters whom were home waiting. I Ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese,4 regular tacos, and 2 of the new monster tacos y'all are advertising. I was told my total was $11.33... I waited behind 5 cars and then paid with a 20 dollar bill. The women at the window gave me back 8.00 dollars even. I collect coins so that is why I paid with cash instead of a card. Well I waited for her to return I already was given my food she returned and I asked her for my change and she says ilyour food was 11.89 I said oh ok and I asked for my receipt she says it's in your bag. Ok so I thought it was an error on my part so I said that's fine cause she said she had no coins. Anyways I came home 25 min later and my daughter says yucks this burger taste raw. I looked at it and she was correct. I was also given 6 regular tacos not my monster tacos so I looked in the bag and no receipt. She lied to me over charged me gave me raw food and completely ruined my night. I was calling there but I had no answer. I plan on returning there tomorrow with the food I purchased and am gonna request a refund. The customer service there is insanely rediculous. We use to love eating there but have repeatedly been disappointed with the service given. I know this probably means nothing to y'all but I was trying to feed my children since I wasn't home all day cause I was working an extra shift because of my 3 kids b-days all falling in the same week Sept 26, Sept 27, Oct 3rd. Anyways I waited patiently was respectful and curtious just to be treated unfairly. Why didn't she give me a receipt why did she take my money and give me 2 different totals. She also walked away really fast afterwards.

Hello on Monday my mom visit store 1765 W Mount Houston store 3939. They had forgot to give her the four taco she order so she drove back up their when she stated what had happen a tall slim guy dark complexion stated he wasn’t giving her no tacos and it’s her fault she left. Before you know it she stated another guy came from around the back and added his words about it. They both cussed her out really bad . She pulled to the parking lot and they came outside to cuss her out even more. Like this what y’all employers do to the customer. I will be going above the company manager and speaking with this to someone higher .

I made a mobile app order said the restaurant was open I love 20 minutes away so when I was close to the exit I pushed prepare because I wanted my food to be ready! Store 6009 in Nampa Idaho just ripped us off 4 bucks in change. Talked to the cashier and mgr. neither can understand how to make basic change. The cashier was careless in entering the amount of cash given, recognized the amount given, but could not figure out the proper change. Ended with the employees yelling at each other so we gave up and let them keep the four bucks. Done with this store due to ineptitude and extremely long wait to order in drive thru. The order was for 13.65. We gave her 24 so we would get a ten dollar bill and 35 cents. Instead we got 6.35.

10-1-22=drive thru customer service was very poor/unacceptable
10-1-22, @ 1:15pm I was in the drive thru at the location 4595 washington st florissant mo 63033. (Store #4006) The employee welcomed me to Jack in the box and asked what could did i want. I ordered 2 no 10=which is their spicy chicken combo that comes with fries and a soda. I informed her that I wanted another no 10 on sour dough bread. She asked if I wanted cheese or not. I told her no cheese for the spicy chicken that didnt have the sour dough bread. When she was reading back my order I confirmed with her that one of the order I wanted sour dough bread. She rudely responded I know and then when I got up to the window, I paid for the order and was requested to pull up to the front of the building to wait for my order. When I got home, they messed up my order by putting cheese on both combos in error. I am informing your corporate office of the rudeness of this young lady and her failure to get my order correct. This will be my first and last visit of this location.
Desired outcome: I would like a gift card for the combo that incorrectly given to me.
