I ordered two bottles of oil from the website www.jadebloom.com. I received my order on time, but the package contained only one bottle of oil for hair. I returned to the website and asked if they could send me the second bottle. I was furious that they promised, but did nothing. I was sock of their promises, but they didn’t refund as well. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

The pkg. looked fine on the outside but inside the bottle of soothe was practicly empty, even the label was eaten off, you could not read the lable., that was in the bubble bag. The free bottle of Texas Cederwood was fine. Could you replace this please. Thank you
Sometimes things happen with shipping. I cant believe the first thing some people do is list a complaint vs contacting the company to see if they well make it right. I have NEVER had any issue with Jade Bloom they haven made right, I havcent had many issues at all. And most of the issues have to do with the mailing carrier after it has left JB. If you took the time to contact JB you would see their customer service is AMAZING and extremely friendly and would go above and beyond to make you happy... NOT because they have to because they want too! I can tell you that this is one company that deserves an award for their AMAZING customer service and support. Please don't assume a company is bad until they have told you they will not help you. And I know for a FACT Jade Bloom wouldn't deny you assistance.
