My husband was very sick and we couldn't attend.

We rang the restaurant THREE times to tell them we couldn't attend and to REBOOK our date but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE - just an answering service and we NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.

Now the Restaurant has marked our voucher - REDEEMED on
Jan 8, 2022

We DID NOT REDEEM the voucher and did everything in our power to rebook it.

We want to rebook this for THURSDAY JANUARY 20TH.

PLEASE HELP!

I'm very upset as this was our ANNIVERSARY dinner.

Cudo Cudo Holidays

I am attempted to contact cudo numerous times via email, live chat and phone line. I filled out the online contact form weeks ago with no response and received an email saying I will be contacted in 2 business days business days which had now been 7 business days.

I have called their phone line numerous times and the recording says I am first inline for well over and hour and when you press for a callback once you reached the front of the queue it never happens.

I have asked via live chat for the contact for cudos complaints team but they do not respond.

I have been extremely patient so far understanding the current covid situation but this is a blatant disregard for the rights of the customer.

Desired outcome: To have our query responded to and for a refund for a holiday we are unable to have due to covid restrictions

Cudo Cudo voucher

Hello

My husband purchased a Cudo voucher for me for my 50th birthday. A screen shot of the voucher with the redemption code is attached. The email linked to this purchase is [protected]@bigpond.com

My birthday was on 29 May. We entered our fourth Melbourne Metro lockdown due to Covid cases from 27 May 2021. The restrictions have only started to ease since Friday 18 June 2021.

I have also been dealing with the recent loss of both parents, legal issues and I had to cancel my 50th birthday celebrations and a holiday due to Covid restrictions.

My voucher expired on 20 June 2021, but I want to be able to redeem it if possible. If not, then please give me a credit. I am a long-time customer and I have always used my vouchers on time prior to Covid.

I called the venue and I left a message, but I did not hear back from them. I also emailed Cudo and they simply responded that the voucher expired and referred me to the terms and conditions of the purchase disregarding the circumstances.

Cudo Dining voucher

I was gifted a dinning voucher just before covid19 lock down. The voucher expired May 29th, 2020, during the lock-down. I am very disappointed that I cannot use this voucher. Voucher code P934UJ53. My son, who gifted me this voucher, is also very disappointed.
I have made an attempt to redeem this voucher, unsuccessfully.

Cudo 3 lots of 12 bottles of wine

HI
On the 9th November I paid 2 lots of $69.00 for 2 dozen bottles of wine. (See purchase below) I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM yet the money as gone out of my account.
On the 30th November I purchased another dozen bottles of wine (see below) the money came out of my account but I have not received them!
I am almost 80 years old and n a pension - I simply can't afford to lose over 200.00 and I am not technology literate. I don't understand this ‘redeem now' stuff - when I did this on the 9th November it ended up with me purchasing ANOTHER dozen bottles of wine so I am not going to press anything again.
I am a good customer of CUDO - but I am very, very disappointed at the moment.
PLEASE help me and find my wine and PLEASE do not make me do complicated technology stuff in order to receive it.

Cudo hair package deal

I recently purchased the hair package deal and I am not happy with the result when I arrived at the salon I specifically told the hairdresser what color I wanted but it did not turn out the way I wanted after washing my hair I was not happy with the color so she darkened the color and still was not the color I was after I was very unhappy with the color it was not near the color I wanted I told her many times what color I wanted I just want my refund back.

Cudo voucher that I cannot use

First of all I actually will admit I didn't read the fine print properly. The fine print says max voucher is 2 but I bought 3 because I needed to buy for a birthday dinner for a restaurant.

When I emailed the restaurant to make the booking i told them the time and name to lock in the booking date and time. I also have them the voucher codes. I found it odd I did not receive a response to confirm they have received my message just to let me know it's been booked. 5 days later I decided to call the restaurant by phone to confirm the booking. They said they didn't receive any anything and asked for the time, name etc to lock in the booking. A little bit annoyed I went ahead and gave him my name, date I want to have the dinner and told him the voucher codes. I told them I will be booking for 6 people. He then told me unfortunately they can only book for 2 vouchers rather than 3. He told me I can book no more than 2 and use the other next time. But I said the whole point was for a birthday so removing two people from the dinner is 100% not on. I felt they were not even listening to my concerns..he only can reiterate the 2 vouchers policy. I asked for an exception in this case as it is a birthday and it would be much appreciated. Still he would not budge. I asked if I could speak to management for exception. The management was not available that evening and the person on the phone said he'll get the manager to call me the next day to discuss. I agreed and waited the next day. The next day came and I received no phone call. Increasingly annoyed already I called the restaurant and this time the owner answered the phone and I explained the situation with the birthday and really needed an exception. The owner again said no, because they would not be making any money. Isn't the whole point of using vouchers to advertise their products and services? Well clearly he already failed on the service and unwilling to listen. I felt no empathy either from this owner either. So I was left with no choice and actually wrote a negative review on this restaurant. Minutes later this owner called back and I answered. I thought we could actually discuss again but the first few seconds into the call he actually insulted me...and the moment I was insulted I immediately hung up. To be abused/insulted is unacceptable and untenable. Furthermore, this owner actually called again from his mobile and rejected the call. He then called from the restaurant landline and I had to reject again. I cannot believe a business, owner of the business, would actually to this far and be so reactive to my negative review if his restaurant.

Anyway so with this going on it was obvious I was not going to go back to this restaurant ever and use the voucher. Based in what happened, I wanted a refund so I could use the funds to buy something else to make a booking for the birthday dinner. I chatted with Cudo customer service and told me they 'escalated' to the vendor to try and get the refund. In this chat it was an agent named Marvell who informed me it will be two business days before I hear from Cudo. I also informed Marvell I was abused when I spoke to the owner. So Marvell is already informed of this. So Marvell should understand I shouldn't be going through it again, if im being 'listened' to. Now, three days later and still no word. I emailed Cudo and Marvell actually replied back and said it has been 'escalated' to the vendor and that I should call the vendor to resolve it. When I saw this response, I was fuming. Did Marvell not hear a single word I said? I already informed Marvell I got abused and insulted and I would not be going through it again.

That is why I'm here. To inform others that Cudo will be extremely unwilling to help. When they can't help they resort to the 'terms and conditions' etc with no regard of the mitigating circumstances. I've always bought multiple vouchers before and never had a problem until this time. I did not expect to read the fine print and for this to affect me so much. I paid over a hundred dollars and now Cudo nor the restaurant will be giving me the money back.

I'm here to tell others that Cudo actually does not listen and show no sympathy at all. Absolutely robotic. In this case Marvell instructed me to call the vendor(restaurant) when I already informed Marvell of the abuse.

So please stay away from Cudo. I will be closing my account and will never return. I wish others stay away as well.

My only hope is PayPal will be able to give me the refund. I paid by PayPal and that gave me at least some chance to recoup my money back.

Bought a voucher for Austrian Beer Bar & Restaurant at Dee Why only to find that is only available between 11:30 and 2pm! yes its well hidden in the terms and conditions but this is information is quite important and should be stated in the voucher title that is for lunch only!

Cudo cudo unexpired voucher refund

Dear Cudo customer support,
I request that you refund my 2x "Wood N Chimney" unused and not yet
expired Cudo vouchers.

I have 2x Cudo vouchers (attached) which "nominally will expire
midnight today 5/4/18"
I have tried many times to phone and book the restaurant and tried
repeatedly to book online unsuccessfully (always full)
customer support abysmal

In desperation, additionally I have tried to contact the manager
"Ishar Gupta" to arrange a booking today before my 2 vouchers expire,
and after delay he has insisted that I recover the cost of my unused
vouchers from CUDO.

Please do not make this difficult for me as I will take this complaint further.
I look forward your return communication and to my entitled refund.

Cudo restaurant voucher

Was given a gift of voucher for indilicious restaurant. When you ring the number to book it says disconnected. Tried to find another number online but nothing except the online complaints form, which I can see is unlikely to be answered. The voucher will run out at this rate before I can redeem. Will never use cudo again and will warn everyone I know. We don't have time for this. My sister paid for the voucher, as a gift and this is very disappointing. Totally shonky company.

Cudo I would like a refund for a bad product

I have sent several complaints asking to be contacted to no avail.

I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and worst with CUDO's response.

The company that you are selling service for CAR WASH in BURWOOD - Sydney has very bad reviews. I have tried to contact them and no one picks up the phone.

Sandra, this has also been my experience. This business is atrocious. Zero customer service, zero contact in responding to my complaint of damage to my car. Sadly, Cudo are powerless to address. Total fail.

Cudo contacted cudo re: resort deal - no answer

I've contacted your customer service via email - as that is the only option available to people who're unhappy or trying to resolve a query.
The webpage says you will respond in 24-48 hrs.
It's been 4 days.
I need to get a partial refund for the purchase as I've paid for 2 adults/2 children but only 1 adult and 1 child will be staying in the room.

Cudo Iphone 6s plus

I made my purchase over a month ago? And the item still hasn't arrived.
Where does it say it will take over a month to recieve
I've had to purchase another because this was a present? So thanks for being such a disappointment

I need a refund asap this is the worst customer service experience i've ever had and I will never been shopping with cudo ever again

I too am waiting for my phone that I paid for over a month ago. All I get is back and forth bull crap excuses with no real answer. I will never purchase from Cudo EVER again!

How bad r they! Did you pay via PayPal? I did I opened a dispute case demanding a refund they r so dodgy
Did you know it's coming from overseas? That was not put in the terms when we purchased it?
Makes me so angry

Cudo Queen vistoria harbour cruise march 11

Your company ran a deal for a company afloatcruises the deal showed a picture of the queen Victoria cruise ship ( not the little vessel that you actually went on ) the picture was of champagne flutes and elegant food and the deal even stated chicken skewers, prawn skewers and fancy cakes. ( not the drinks in plastic cups, , chicken pieces served with plastic cutlery small pieces of sticky pudding served to you with no plates or serviettes you just were expected to use you hands.) the supposed full price was $140 a head which also fueled the belief that we were going on the big ship not the little vessel with seats and no tables. The deal was $49 each person and the cruise and food that you got was worth maybe $30. We were not alone in the shock of what we had really purchased, The other passengers all dressed up had come for a grand adventure . Many including 2 of our party had travelled large distances for this event. The woman beside me had brought 13 people with her

As this was not the event that we paid for by any stretch of the imagination we would like a full refund for our party of 6. I have been a long time user of cudo and am very dissappointed as wer my 80 year old parents and their friends

Cudo Refund

I bought a Sofa from cudo. It looked wonderful online, exactly what I was after. $1, 199 value for $799 advertised as 100% PU leather and ultimate comfort. Upon delivery the back of the sofa is clad in blue synthetic. I can feel the frame of the sofa when in sitting position. The interior fabric is torn and what stuffing they used to pad it is starting to leak out. They have used splintered wood in the frame. There is a stain on one of the arms. The arms that attach separately have an inch play. One of the arms I cant attach without the aid of another person. Obviously I want a refund on my money as this is a piece of crap. Cudo has refused to refund my purchase advising they don't refund for change of mind even though they were sent photos. This is infuriating. I am now having to pursue this matter through the courts. I will never purchase from this company again and I will tell everyone I can how greedy and unethical they are. I hate cudo!

Cudo All i want is my money back

I am after a refund on 2 vouchers which I purchased on the 17th October 2013. Redemption code 658-P5G (#56) and K25-7V2 (#55), they were for 2 healing and body works massages.

I booked an apt for a massage for 2 people to have done together at 10.30am. When I arrived to the massage place which was indicated on the voucher she had moved to another premises at which I had to go to. When I walked in she was rude and abrupt telling me that only one person was booked at 10.30am, I said I booked for 2 people at 10.30am she said no she said one is for 10.30am and one is for 12.30pm, I couldn't believe it! why would I book an appointment for me and my partner at separate times? she argued with me was not apologetic and didn't even realize her mistake. She mentioned "I have been working here for 25 years and told me she had never made a mistake". She didn't read back to me what she organized as I would never agree to have separate massages, I went with my boyfriend as a romantic gesture and it turned out to be a nightmare. I am very very disappointed and upset about the whole ordeal. In the end she refused to give us a massage on that day or any other day. I would like my money returned as I got refused the service for no reason. Cudo Keep refusing to give me a refund!

Cudo Purchased items not received!

I ordered and paid for 3 items on CUDO on 9 June 2013. The terms stated a delivery time of 3-4 weeks. after 6 weeks I forwarded an email to CUDO querying the status of my purchase and received a standard response stating that the items had commenced being posted on the preceding Friday and to contact them again if the items did not arrive the next day. Surprise, surprise, the items did not arrive and I sent another email, and another, and another! It is now 2 months since I purchased the items and STILL I have not received my items. It is obvious that sellers on sites such as CUDO do not actually have the goods that are selling, and in fact, it appears that they simply wait to see how many buyers commit and pay for their product before then placing an order overseas. They come unstuck however, when the placed overseas order is delayed (or simply doesn't provide the goods). You show good faith, pay your money and get ripped off...Thanks for nothing! What is the acronym? CUDO (Consumers Under Dilusion Obviously)

I ordered a jewelry cleaner and it arrived broken. I emailed cudo and they told me to send a photo of the broken product which I did...there was 3 or 4 further emails and the nothing... I emailed requesting my money back and suggested I return the product. I heard nothing from them.. I am not well as I have breast cancer and this is terribly frustrating... voucher no; [protected] merchant pin 1013 rejouv argan oil delivery 25th feb; t0 8th march not received as yet please refund my money into my bank account asap, this is unacceptable not even an email to explain that it will be late in arriving

Cudo Can't redeem the vouchers

I bought two vouchers from Cudo to dine at Bar and Grill Cantina in Victoria Park, Western Australia on 05/12/2013. When I tried to contact the place several times at their business hours, no one picked up the phone and no voice-mail either. I also submitted twice via their online request/inquiry form but no response either.
Then I contacted Cudo to report this and all I got were I have to try again. They won't give me refund and even suggested that I can give the voucher to someone. How could I redeem the voucher if no one answers? What kind of customer service is this? Very frustrated.

Cudo Bad quality suit case

I bought a 5 piece suit case from Cudo since I am living for overseas vacation and received on time. I started packing everything and when I lifted the suit case using top handle with 20kg clothes the handle broke, it suppose to hold 40kg weight. I asked Cudo about it 2 months back. I got web site for filling form, no response from it. I asked Cudo again and got a reply saying the below

"We have received an email back from the merchant and have been advised that this appears to be serious ware and tear and unfortunately issues such as this are not covered under their warranty terms and conditions."

If they sell anything with Karno stuff stay away from it!
