Truck driver tried to run us off the road
Driver tried to enter left lane on freeway I10 in Texas around exit 698 near Columbus TX. We were in the left lane, he made eye contact with us and continued to enter the left lane when we had to slam on our brakes unless be driven off the side of the freeway. PA55355 Indiana plate on Dec 20th arpund 1235 PM.
Driver than kept going even though we signaled to him. Pictures were taken. Driver continued to drive reckless amongst other vehicles as he kept going. Please call or email [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com

JB Hunt has some pretty crappy drivers
My family and I were on the road today, and ended up stuck behind a JB Hunt driver. We were on the I-57 near Bourbonnais, and because some work was being done on the roads, the highway was being merged to one lane. My issue is that for about a mile before the actual lane merge point, this truck decided to just sit on both lanes so nobody could pass by. We passed multiple road signs reminding everyone to use both lanes to the merge point, but this was of course ignored by said driver. JB Hunt either trains its drivers to ignore road signs, trains them to drive like entitled a-holes, or hires absolute garbage drivers.
I've attacked a photo of the truck and their license number is 33 28231

Reckless driver
Driver ran a red light & nearly t-boned my husband and I. Scariest experience I’ve had on the road. The driver should 100% be taken off the road. Pulled his shade down & went far under speed limit afterward to avoid us trying to get his plate.

Claim regarding trailer 800821
Good afternoon. My name is Andy. I am from Akhtam Trucking. MC 1202938.
I have a claim regarding the issue with trailer 800821.
We have a big issue with your accounting team regarding PCS program.
Talking about load 8D43148 and trailer 800821.
We made some loads in this PCS program with this trailer. After some time
we were not able to book and find any suitable load from the board.
Because of this, we were removed from your carrier list and lost
access to the board. We were not able to book a load because the PCSwas inactive and there was no suitable load. We have reached out to our coordinator(Foster) and requested to activate it again.
In the beginning, we were advised by our carrier rep (Triston) that it will bebetter and safer to keep the trailer with us to use it for the next load in thefuture, but we were not informed that
this trailer must be dropped off immediately after completing the
load. We have not misused it because of our personal interests. The trailer waswith us because of the PCS program. We got access to the board after our secondrequest and wanted to use this
trailer again, but we were advised by your trailer team
that we need to get back the trailer immediately. After we dropped it
off immediately at the place where they directed us to leave it.
Want to mention that we have never been informed about the
charge of $500 per day for misused trailers from JB Hunt rep.
They are trying to charge us $11000 for 22 misused days. $500 per day.
It is nonsense. It is a very big amount of money and it is not fair.
I understand that we have a general interchange agreement with JB Hunt in ourcarrier package, but that was absolutely different program. There was no new trailerinterchange agreement on this PCS program. It doesn't mean that you cando whatever you want. $500 per day! It is nonsense. No one hascharges like that.
Absolutely not fair! Is it a new way how JB Huntis making money?
Why they didn't inform us and don't reach out tous from the first day when it was misused? Does it mean that they have waited untilthey will make a good amount of charges?
That was pretty low from their side.
I have reached out to Candice Anderson, but she doesn’t want even to listen andhelp me. Our coordinator
Foster also doesn’t provide any assistance and he was very rude on the phoneand didn’t provide any customer service.
Now I want to claim it. Your staff didn't give us proper instructions. We haveall the email chains with them. They have never told or instructed us abouttrailer usage on PCS program and about charges. We didn't sign any trailerinterchange agreement for this PCS program.
I am really asking you to help us. We have done a lot of loads for JB Hunt and have provided good customer service. We have never been charged for trailer misusage before. We have never been informed that we can't use JB Hunt trailer for non-PCS program loads, vise versa our carrier rep told us that we can haul with us JB Hunt trailer for future loads. It was a new program and we were not informed about all details.
Now theowner is trying to charge it from my salary and fire me. If I will pay for it
from my salary, I will stay with my family and children on the street.
Please, take this time as a warning and understand my situation. I will
make sure that it will not be repeated again in the future. Hope for
your understanding and your assistance.
Desired outcome: Remove the charges

Dangerous truck driver
November 3, 2022, approximately 3:10 p.m., eastbound on US 30 East, Lancaster, PA.
JB Hunt tracker trailer semi was in the left lane, I was in the middle lane, and there was a lane to my right which was leading to Exit 222.
JB Hunt semi was next to my car but began advancing into my lane. I'd hoped JB Hunt driver would correct back to their lane, but instead kept crowding into my lane. I had little time to react. I started braking and moving slightly into the right lane just hoping drivers behind me and any at my right might see what was happening and allow me to avoid a major accident with this truck. We were all very lucky, this time. The JB Hunt driver continued to cross in front of me and into the right lane for some time until reaching the exit.
This stretch of US 30 East has fast moving traffic with several on/off exits, but that does not excuse dangerous maneuvers just to get where the truck wanted to go. This truck driver put me and everyone else in danger and very nearly caused an accident that would have resulted in injury and quite possibly death.

Dangerous, JB Hunt driver
JBHunt Dangerous Driver. Tennessee approximately 6:07 PM CDT eastbound I 40 Tennessee about Mile marker, 171. Heading uphill on a two-lane highway. We were level with the rear axle of a J.B. Hunt truck when the driver turned his left blinker on indicating he wanted to come over in the fast lane (presumably to pass a slightly slower truck) My wife laid on the horn to let him know we were there, yet he proceeded to force us into the shoulder & nearly pushed us off of the road towards a steep embankment. We had break extremely hard on that narrow shoulder to avoid a collision, my wife never stopped laying off of the horn, he knew we were there yet intentionally forced his way over. After, the driver refused to get back over into the right lane when available & continued to camp in fast lane to pass trucks going 2-3 MPH slower than his truck, it’s amazing that drivers like this will put their trucks & other drivers in dangerous situations to maintain 2 to 3 mph faster up a hill. I had my wife driving the car and my daughter in the backseat. We could have died. I promised her I would report this driver in hopes that high risk driving like that would not be somebody else’s demise. We have his Cab number 201181, license plate number 3GS419 and Trailer ID Number: U94848. I’m glad to speak with a member of your environmental safety department, if provided a direct number.
Desired outcome: install rear facing side cameras & review footage of complaints with the driver. Add link or Number to report a driver to your website as there was no visible decals to report safety issues on either the trailer or truck cab or website.

Driver Rage
I was driving my son to elementary school this morning, September 22,2022, and your driver cut me off when I was exiting Antelope Drive in Layton, Utah. I had to swerve onto the shoulder to avoid being hit. He then proceeded to yell out the window at me about what an "idiot" I am. My son was in the back seat and was pretty shaken up and scared. This was at 8:40 AM going Southbound on I-15 near Layton, Utah. This driver needs to learn some self control and anger management. Probably shouldn't be on the road.

Recruiting drivers
My hire date was 9/19/22. I worked with onboard specialist Hannah Hopper. I told Hannah I only wanted to do containers-intermodal. She said no problem that's good. I went through all the steps to get hired, drug tests, background checks, documentation requests, etc. I spent money on getting my truck inspected when it was not due for an inspection. I gave my employer two weeks' notice, removed all the decals from my truck, and quit my job. I arrived at orientation I went through the process of checking in with Mr. Vance Tietz and everything was in order. As we continued the orientation, Mr. Tietz was discussing the amount of tolls, which sounded like an extraordinary amount for intermodal driving. I asked Mr. Vance Tietz if the orientation was for intermodal. He said no, this is 360 OTR. I told him I was hired to do intermodal. He checked to see what he could do about the mix-up. He came back and said there were no openings in intermodal.
I left the orientation very upset because I was out of a job. This has caused a hardship for my family. I called Hannah and asked why I was not put on intermodal. She said I wanted to do OTR. I told her no, I did not want an OTR job and would not have agreed to do that. She argued with me about it which was strange, I would have never agreed to OTR so I requested to speak to her supervisor. The person who picked up the call was Hannah's team leader, Lloyd, I believe that was his name. I told him about the situation and I requested to speak to a supervisor. He stated they were in a meeting and that he would send them a message to call me. That was 2 days ago and I have not received a call.
There was a lot of documentation required during the hiring process and it would seem that this type of mix-up should not happen.
Truck #397490
Empl #407497
Desired outcome: I want an intermodal job. I would like someone to call me.

Reckless driver
Report reckless and very aggressive JB Hunt Driver.
I'm also a truck driver from another carrier.
I was driving on I10 East exiting to i15 North, when JB Hunt driver cut me off in road construction area, and almost hit my truck, I horned to him see what he was doing, he step in the break to i hit behind him, and then he let me passed him, when i was passing him, he speed up and drove side by side with me, show me the fingers, very insult, and then he threw a plastic bottle with urine to my windshield, I almost lost control and hit a car on my left side. I never saw a Professional driver doing something like that, i was scared. Maybe he was on drugs or drunk, that's why I want to report this incident. Unfortunately I didn't get his truck # or license plate number, because he exited the highway right after he did it. But I will give all the details, below:* Location: i15 north (about 2 miles after exit from I10 east) in the Fontana, CA area.* Time: Around 11pm.* Date: Thursday (09/08/22)* Truck: D cab, with big America flag decal on the side.* Trailer: Dry Van from Target* Driver: Mid-age Man, dark skin.
Resume: he is a local driver because he was driving a D cab and he was doing a Target account on 09/08/22 around 11pm near Fontana, CA.
Desired outcome: I hope this driver won't be on the road anymore, He may cause a big accident doing it.

Carrier services
We signed up to be a carrier with Jb hunt. On our very first load with them , it was a disaster. I searched load board and booked a load. I received tender agreement. It clearly had specific times for pick up and delivery. I was contacted by carrier support and told several times that I needed to be on time for a 6 am delivery. I arrived at check in at 5:30 am. After 4 hours I called carrier support and was told it's a 24 to 48 hour unload and I can be compensated $500. No where on tender agreement is this stated. I was given every excuse. Computer updated and changed tender agreements. Team should have told me. This load was also a liquid load over 1000 pounds so it should have been a hazmat load which also was not marked. When I offered to return load to shipper they said shipper wouldn't take it. I asked to unload myself they Said no. Then they told me they would file an insurance claim on me if I abonnded the load. I ask can I file on them for all the money they cost me. Terrible..my one and only load. Never again! They cost me thousands of dollars over a holiday weekend delaying my truck. On top of that I risk a huge DOT fine Cartier a hazmat load.

Unsafe operation by driver
On 9/1/2022 at about 0610 hrs (6:10 Am) on I-70 w at the I-65 n split in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana a J.B. Hunt driver had the 65 and Michigan st ramps completely blocked with traffic backing up on the interstate almost causing several rear end collisions due to the unexpected traffic stoppage. Apparently the driver realized he was in the wrong place/lane and thought the best thing to do was to stop completely on the interstate and then proceed to force their way into the flow of traffic. It's hard to tell how many lives were put at risk with this action. My Grandfather was a lifetime Teamster and he taught me to drive. He told me if you miss your exit the proper thing to do is go to the next one and correct from there not to make sudden unpredictable and possibly illegal driving actions to try and make the exit you're not in position for. I tried to find contact information for Christopher Block who is listed as the local safety director but was unable to find direct contact info so I'm making this report here.
Desired outcome: I would like Mr. Block to reach out to me to discuss this issue and apparently refresher safety training is needed for some drivers.

Unsafe driving
I was behind a JB Hunt truck on my way to work on 8/18/22 between 7:00 and 7:30 am this morning. He turned from I-65 onto Hwy 31 in Ardmore, TN in front of me. I was traveling toward Pulaski, TN on Hwy 31. He took more of a dare pulling out onto the two lane highway from the interstate than I would have taken. He made me and the oncoming car slow to a crawl to keep from hitting him. I am used to this in the area and although it was something that I would not have done, it is a tight area especially that time of the morning. No big deal on my part at this time. This was somewhere around 7:00. He went on and I went on. I was driving about 60 until I got to the 45 zone and slowed to 50. He had gotten some distance ahead of me but I caught back up with him on the way out of the 45 zone through Elkton, TN. We were both headed toward Pulaski, TN. After I got behind him, his speed was not consistent. One minute he was traveling 40 and the next he sped up closer to 55. He was weaving outside the white lines and crossing the double yellow lines. This is a dangerous highway anyway so I backed off him. It seemed reckless to me. It is not ok with me for big trucks to weave into oncoming traffic lanes. I managed to snap a picture of the back of the truck with the number on it. When we reached where the 2 lane split into the 4 lane, he sped up some and his driving seemed to be a little better. I chose not to stay behind him and did go ahead and pass so I do not know what happened after that. It just seems that a trucker whose living depends on trucking would be extra cautious on the road considering the increase in wreckless driving. I would not expect a professional to contribute to wreckless driving like I saw this morning. The letters and numbers on the back of the truck are HMKD 805753.
Desired outcome: The only outcome from this that I would like is better safety when a trucker is driving. You can do with the complaint what you want, I just wanted to make someone aware of the driving I witnessed.

On Tuesday, August 30th at about 12:45 PM I was driving southbound on US 41 around mile marker 68. The highway was down to one lane due to construction. Most drivers went to the left lane with one truck keeping people from disrupting traffic flow by maintaining a rolling block in the right lane. When that driver felt he needed to get to the left lane I took his spot. Everyone was rolling along at about 10 MPH. One of your drivers, apparently frustrated with the flow barreled around us onto the should at at least 40 MPH. The trailer swayed as he veered around us. I caught up with him after the construction and after he tried to avoid getting caught on camera, one of my passengers caught the attached photo. He needs to be calmed down or taken off the road.
Driver nearly ran me off the road twice.
I was driving on I-71 South just leaving Columbus, OH on [protected]. It was three lanes headed south. The JB Hunt driver was in the right-most lane and signaled to move into the center lane. I was a few car lengths back and in the center lane when I saw him signal and begin to change lanes. I was moving slightly faster and signaled to change lanes into the left-most lane. The semi still had his left blinker on as I approached him. I waited a couple seconds to see if he was going to move over or not. He did not change lanes (and he did have room at the time to do so), so I preceded to pass him on the left. I was about have way down the trailer when his cab started to move into my lane. I slammed on the breakers and on the horn and was straddling the yellow line. He paused and then continued to move into my lane causing me to continue to straddle the yellow line. He had no reason to move over. I ended up passing him on the right at the speed limit. Also the left lane was about to end. JBHZ trailer 679244, Indiana LIC PA56276.
Desired outcome: For company awareness

unsafe/overly aggressive driving
This is a follow up from a phone call I placed just prior to 9:00 AM EST. to J.B. Hunt Corporate Office this morning regarding some EXTREMELY unsafe driving practice in Palm Beach County on 95 south bound between North Lake Blvd & Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. whereas a J.B. Hunt Driver, trailer #662827, was driving recklessly & very aggressively. He was within a couple feet of a small trucks rear bumper when he changed lanes next me. I was closest to the HOV lane and he proceeded to tailgate me. Now he is in the far two left lanes. He is riding my bumper hard. I am at 73 MPH in a 65. Six lanes. He pretends he wants to enter the HOV lane, then dives back behind my bumper. Wants he sees I maintain speed and lane he then takes the HOV lane...to my knowledge Semi's should never do this. He then guns it because some car got in front of me from the right lane. This driver should have his CDL pulled. As I have driven large rigs myself I would have never considered this course of action. The liability he puts J.B. Hunt thru is not worth it.
Desired outcome: This Driver should not be driving anything, let alone Semi's. I have never seen this dangerous driving behavior in my life. If you need more info, [protected].Thank you for your time.
ty for your response. I would appreciate a follow up phone call from your CEO at the telephone number I provided.
Reckless driver
On August 6th at about 3:00 pm a JB Hunt Driver was first holding up traffic in the passing lane when they merged right cutting off another 18 wheeler trying to pass him on the right lane. Driver then began speeding in the right lane until forced to slow down by a travel camper. Was less than 3 feet from hitting the camper. When he began to merge back into left lane almost hitting us if we didn't hit the brakes. Driver is an accident/death waiting to happen.
Desired outcome: CHANGE HIS JOB

We are treated unfairly because of language
Hi! We signed up with the company JBHT and their employees repeatedly gave the wrong address, causing our driver to run hundreds of miles empty, our driver spent 10 hours looking for an empty trailer, and their individual employees put the blame on Gave it to the driver and said they didn't communicate well with our driver. Instead, we've been emailing them and calling them numerous times, but they haven't responded or answered the call. Now they are discriminated against because of our poor English. This email tells us we should not be treated the same again and I hope this racist practice can be investigated and our truck drivers treated fairly. thanks

Driver
I was driving south on I 35 in Belton Texas. I was trying to go past the truck as they had slowed down. As soon as I started transferring lanes the trucker transferred lanes right in front of me. This happened multiple times being cut off each time and having to slam on brakes. There were 3 lanes and this was between the middle lane and the fast lane.

Reckless driving
Was driving down I-70 when one of you're drivers was switching lanes WITHOUT checking his mirrors, resulting me almost driving off road.
This happened on July 21st 2022 a round 12pm, the license plate number: 2371156
Desired outcome: Taken off the road, this is not acceptable
Reckless driver
My family and I were driving down I95N using cruise control (so we were at a constant speed). Driver of a J.B. Hunt rig #JBHZ 662216 decided to pass us on the left, which is perfectly fine. However, what is NOT fine is underestimating the length of his truck (or possibly he was just being a complete dick) and almost side swiping us and forcing us into the berm! We were pulling a camper in a pickup truck, so we were hard to miss. He obviously saw us when he passed, and our speed remained the same so not sure what his issue was. Driver need to go back to CDL school and learn how to properly drive a rig before he kills someone!

Driver of 093990
Inwas driving on the freeway and there was an accident. My air condition went out in 90 degree weather and I have a special needs child in my car. I tried to use the shoulder to exit the free way and the driver of truck JBHZ 093990 decided to play police and block us from using the shoulder. My child passed out and we had to call emergency services who could not get to us because the free way is stoped due to another accident in front of us. Duck this guy for putting my child’s health on the line because he wanted to be some short of hero for blocking traffic! [censored] this guy!
Desired outcome: Fire his [censored] and have him pay my child’s medical bills
