I would not recommend this place to anyone. *** seemed aggressive toward me so I terminated the sale.

My wife brought a 2011 SUV from the *** location with a Warranty. Having had problems with the car that is under warranty, the dealership makes you pay $55 dollars every time you bring the vehicle to the shop. This is even after they don't finished the repairs. Even though they admitted this was wrong, they refused to give my wife her money back. I spoke with other customers who told me that we were experiencing this problem only because we are ***.

location. So after seeing a few Sorentoes that were at that location. Lured in by the $0 down. That was a blatant lie, after being pre-approved & waiting 2 hours all of a sudden I needed $500 down. Once they go for the real approval the con artists said I'd have to go to *** for it. 100 miles away and an hour and a half drive! More lies.Go to test drive the one in *** and the check engine light is on. That should have been the third sign to cut my loses and run. Less than a week later I had to take the battery out and charge it. The battery died again after a day and a two block commute to work. I had to spend my money to toe it back to their shop. The battery was bad. They knew the check engine light was on when I got the thing. Because they changed the battery they didn't brother to check the error codes. Evap leak. So how messed is the engine?On vacation they hounded me every 10 minutes with text messages about needing 15 more references. An *** background check needs less references. Went to get the title to get the plates. Was never called saying they had the title, classy job there. They had me stand out in the rain while the tech ran the codes. What was in history? Low battery charge. Had another of the finance people ask me for the 15 references that I gave while on vacation "We lost them". Well in a contract that's on you bub, not me!Calls and texts out the read end on pay day to "stop in and pay". I pay via the web page because I get con art vibes from vibes from everyone there. If they lost references imagine what they'll do with bank info.If there were negative stars as a warning I would give them -5 star and tell everyone to stay away.

JDBNOW Purchased a car with a extended warranty

Purchased a car with a extended warranty. Problems with the car started quickly. All covered by warranty. The vehicle has bee now in the shop multiple times with no resolution. This time vehicle in shop for over 1 month. Costing a car rental fee for this time. Which JDB in not covering all costs. Having difficulty getting resolution on this problem. Vehicle remains in the shop.

JDBNOW They loved me in by telling me I was already approved and that all I had to do was come in and pick out my truck

They loved me in by telling me I was already approved and that all I had to do was come in and pick out my truck. Keyword truck. I sent paystubs, answered application questions and was told that they had a zero down and 2500 minimum for my trade in. I said I also had an additional $500 so I could make sure I received a truck as I needed one for work. I came in and was sat down for hours. Additionally the inexperienced girl didn't know what she was doing. When she tried to tell me I wasn't approved for a truck because I needed at least [protected] down. I stated that I had a trade that their website said it was worth a minimum of $2500 and that I also had $500. Then she sat me down for another hour and instead of her coming a large salesman told me to come talk to him. He said I would have to get a deferred down payment. I showed him the website offer of $0 down delivered and $2500 minimum for my trade. He said they don't have to honor that. He said it's just to get people in the door. When I got upset he got loud and aggressive. I don't appreciate the false advertisement, I don't appreciate the threatening manner he spoke to me with, I don't appreciate them treating me like trash because I have bad credit. I'm still a customer. I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and they were wonderful. I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general for false advertisement as well. Do not shop here they are liars and bullies. When you stand up for yourself they get nasty.

They refused my payment. They even be cked me from my online account to make my car payment. From day one it's been a night mare. Now the took my car that they would not let me make my payment. My payment was 230$ I tried to pay it on time. They blocked me from my online account I tried to pay it over the phone and through email. They would not.. honestly this place needs to be shut down. They never even kept there side of the contract. They completely basically robbed me. I work hard and especially during these times how dare these theifs be allowed to do this.

JDBNOW They refused my payment

They refused my payment. They even be cked me from my online account to make my car payment. From day one it's been a night mare. Now the took my car that they would not let me make my payment. My payment was 230$ I tried to pay it on time. They blocked me from my online account I tried to pay it over the phone and through email. They would not.. honestly this place needs to be shut down. They never even kept there side of the contract. They completely basically robbed me. I work hard and especially during these times how dare these theifs be allowed to do this.

JDBNOW I have had multiple issues with this company and its billing/payments

I have had multiple issues with this company and its billing/payments. I did fall a little behind once and even though I have made arrangements with Trina and her boss to make my payments higher than normal amount to catch up the ONE payment they say I am behind,they still do not honor their end and then attempt to use it against me. Also twice, Trina has admittedly processed the wrong payments and from the wrong bank account which resulted in my bank being over drawn. And yet, they still want to say that I am in the wrong. Also, my payment receipts give the amount if my layoff, however when I ask what my early pay off is for a certain day, somehow it is MORE than what the receipts state. So I believe they are practicing illegal activity and attempting to get more money then what is owed. I cant Bethel only one this is happening too.
