Then, on 12/20/22, I got an email with a *** tracking number saying that a tracking label was made. However, on 12/21/22, the tracking status didn't change at all. Since there's no phone number to call, I decided to reach out to the company online. Their response was just the same as the shipping email, giving me a tracking number and blaming the shipping carrier for the delays. But here's the thing, I actually talked to someone at *** about this package. Feeling frustrated, I reached out again on 12/24/22 and this morning on 12/26/22 after speaking with ***, who told me that they never received the package to send it to me. They asked me to contact the sender. So far, there's been no update. I asked for a refund, but I haven't received any response yet.

It's like a whole different thing from what they showed in the photo. The model in the photo is all slim and the item has short sleeves, but what I got is clearly plus sized with way longer sleeves. They say it's one size fits all, but there's no way the item in the photo is what I got. They also say they'll give a refund if the item ain't as described. At first, they said they'd replace it, so they must admit there's a problem. But why replace it if they're just gonna send the same thing? So I asked for a refund instead. The item in the photo ain't even real or they would've sent it 'cause that's what I bought. But they won't give me a refund like they promised. I attached 4 photos of me wearin the item. You can see how it's way too big on me with loose sleeves down to my wrists, while the model's wearin it all fitted with short sleeves. I also attached the photo of the item I was expectin from their website. There's no way that's the same thing as what's on the model.

However, I have an issue with the personalized portrait canvas that cost $69.99 before tax. The company made a mistake with the printing, and the canvas I received doesn't match the picture preview they showed me when I made the payment. The portrait was adjusted to the left, cutting off my hair and part of my face. I tried to get them to remake the canvas, but they declined. They sent me a screenshot of the preview they showed me at checkout and offered a 10% refund instead. I refused and pointed out that their email response confirms my complaint because the canvas I received doesn't match the preview due to the picture alignment. They sent a second email declining to resend another canvas or refund my money. They also provided a different screenshot of the order preview, which now matches the canvas I received. This shows that they are trying to hide their mistake by sending me two different previews in their responses. It seems like they are avoiding taking responsibility for their error. My order number is BCMC2669. At this point, I want a full refund for the canvas since they don't want to send me a canvas that matches the first preview they showed me.
