I went on web site to book travel to attend an unexpected family death. I was able to log in select seats and fill out billing information and received a total purchase price. I waited about an hour to check my confirmation email and Amex billing information. Did not receive. I could not get back into the web site to check, kept getting errors. Called customer service and the individual I spoke with was not helpful and wanted to charge me 25 dollars to book and check on my flights.
we tried changing password etc and nothing worked. Again she insisted on charging me additional money for flights I had booked earlier. I wanted to speak with a manger and was not directed to one. Being this was a very stressful time and I needed to get home for funeral we started booking flights. This time the prices increased over 100 dollars all because of jet blue app issue and a very obnoxious individual.
I cannot believe the way I was treated after being a jet blue member for many years and explaining I needed to get home for funeral the next day.
The stress, anxiety I had to endure being on the phone for hours tring to get back home so I can pick up my 86-year-old mother to attend the funeral and way I was treated I want a refund on my tickets My confirmation number was EUWQQV.
I also want you to know I only received credit for one leg of the trip from FLL to Newark on February 7 not the return flight the next day from Newark to FLL
