Mixed Reviews Reflecting Customer Experiences
As someone deeply invested in the travel industry, I understand the importance of reliable service when booking flights. Justfly.com seems to evoke mixed feelings among customers. While some praise the platform for its ease of use and competitive pricing, others have faced significant challenges. It's evident that issues with customer service, unexpected charges, and lack of responsiveness have left many travelers frustrated. Considering the diverse range of feedback, it's crucial for potential customers to approach Justfly.com with caution and perhaps explore alternative options for a smoother booking experience.
Found the best flight connections and times
The site is easy to use and quickly identifies and sorts an array of possible flight options. The first couple of times, I compared results with several other airfare ticket websites, and reached the same conclusion: JustFly doesn't seem to miss any combination of airlines and flights to reach my destination. Except, Southwest is not included on any of the airfare search sites. I've used it enough now that I just go straight to JustFly. I had seen the same flights on the other sites at around the same price, but it took longer to find them.
Great Service! No Hassle!
I was trying to make a reservation to Canada and I found the itinerary in Priceline and I was trying to confirm the reservation but it kept saying the flight that you are looking is not available. Few months ago, I used Justfly for the first time for my travel to Calgary and I got a cheaper price with no hassle in confirming the reservation so I tried Justfly again. I found the similar iternerary and made the reservation in Justfly with no hassle. I'm really happy with their service and I'm happy to say that Justfly just earned a loyal customer :)

The Spectacular Experience: A journey of one man and his search for GREAT deals!
When I search for plane tickets, I search for simplicity, friendly service, easy use, and most important of all, AMAZING DEALS! I always leave the JustFly website completely satisfied, and feeling like I achieved my goal of a fair and reasonable ticket price. The excellent rating I give to JustFly is 100% deserved, as I compare it to other travel sites, and consistently find JustFly to be the best choice. This has led me to consistently recommend JustFly to friends and family whenever they travel. I love JustFly and can't wait until I fly again to use this wonderful site!
My go-to flight agent
I fly internationally at least 2-3 times each year and I have used Justfly for at least 10 years. I always find the best deals on Justfly. I'm talking about the most convenient and logistically sensible for the price. No two stop overs with minimum to impossible times for layovers - those have to be cheap! I have found non stop from the west coast USA to London, UK for amazing prices well undercutting all others. If the airlines make changes Justfly gives plenty of notice and the changes tend to be minimal. So far the flights have all gone smoothly without incident. Thank you Justfly!
A bit disappointed
The trip back from Canada to USA is a little bit disappointing since when we fall in line to have our baggage checked in, we we're asked by that Delta Airlines personnel if we already checked-in online pointing to the machine at our back. I told her no & she said go checked-in there.' I then told her we got luggages for checked in & she then took our passport.
I requested for an aisle sit since most of the time I need to go to the toilet & she told me request the people inside when you board. Wow, I'm wondering why Delta Airlines hire people like her. They should be accommodating & friendly.
Very Helpful
I recently made a flight reservation with Justfly.com. I originally wanted to come back to Anchorage, AK from Seattle, WA on a Monday, but Justfly.com scheduled me to return on Sunday. I contacted their customer service team and was given very professional and speedy service. I was able to get my reservation cancelled with a refund of the purchase price and then was able to get a new flight booked that coordinated better with my travel plans. They did a great job helping me resolve this matter. Justfly.com was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
Sincerely,
Isaac Johnson
Justfly-The Way To Fly
I have always got my flights issues sorted out by Justfly when it comes to cost, availability and schedules. I fly almost every week, both locally and internationally. Justfly has always been my last resort anytime I needed to travel urgently, with pocket friendly fares and convenient schedules. Another advantage Justfly affords me is the opportunity to rent cars and make hotel reservations at discounted rates. Its almost like a bundle which has always paid off. I get the rates cheaper than the airlines themselves... you can't beat that. No hidden fees is another attraction with Justfly. What you see is what you get at checkout before putting in your card details. These are the most reasons why I go with Justfly anytime, anyday, anywhere.
Surprised and Touched
To say that I was surprised would be to say nothing! Our flight that was scheduled for March 25,2020 was canceled of course and we were give an option to re-book. This was my first positive experience with this agency. And last night when I called and asked if I could be fully refunded the cancelled flight at first and then when calling to reschedule it, I decided just to cancel it. I did not expect AT ALL that I will be given the full refund! WOW, just WOW. I am so thankful for that. And today when I called and then went to website to book two tickets for me to travel and bring my mom who is stack in another country back home, I was given all help possible to make this trip happen. You cannot even imagine what that means to me to be able to travel and get back my mother and JustFly makes it always happen. ALWAYS! Love this agency and will never, never book through any other options!
Don't use justfly go to your airline and make your reservations
I ask people to don't use just fly go to your airlines, weather it's to travel to see your family and you don't need a rental car or hotel, DON'T use just fly. I used it to book my flight and make reservations before the holidays, and I also payed canceling fees, but you can't cancel so you just pay that $30.00 for nothing, you have to show and send in papers from a medical provider for them to cancel, I'm like some came up with my health and all I wanted to do is to move my date. YOU CAN'T so can somebody tell me why pay the extra money. That's the first time I book my flight with just fly and I had to move because, the seat was all ready given to someone from THE AIRLINE. DON'T THINK YOU ARE SAVING MONEY, THIS SITE IS FULL OF $#*!, BOOK YOU TRIP WITH THE AIRLINE. JUSTFLY IS FULL OF IT. IM ASKING PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE, CALL YOUR AIRPORT!? YOU can't even change your flight date so tell me why are you paying a extra 40.00. Or 30.00. When all they have to do is say this is the cost for using this service.
The Best & My Favorite Tickets Shopping Site
Justfly.com is the best tickets shopping site & my favorite site because their prices are so affordable as compared to other sites. Their services are excellent! I always use justly to Purchase our tickets & I equally advertise it to my friends & family. My Uncle's wife just bought her ticket today to Colorado Spring on justfly because I told her it was the best site. Just to name the most recent referral.
My uncle's wife has told me the price was cheaper as compared to SW airlines & she been shopping for weeks.
Last year in March, I bought an affordable overnight & emergency tickets to West Africa for my sick dad & I.
I really enjoy this site. You all are doing a great Job.
I am currently shopping to buy tickets from this site for my family & I. Two other couples are currently shopping to purchase their vacation tickets.
I believe referring people is the only way I can appreciate your services. May the God Always Guide you all to help us to continually have affordable & Accurate tickets.
I always have etickets. I have never had any shipping experience.

Horrible Customer Service, False Information!
I called Justfly.com to speak with a customer service representative to confirm some information about the details of the trip & Tickets i was looking in to. When speaking to the justfly representative named Lerma, I asked Lerma to confirm for me the cost of checking a bag. Lerma kindly informed me that there was no charge for the first checked bag, she said all customers get one free checked bag. That was exactly what she said. She did not advise me to "check with the airlines". Once i get to the airport for travel I am charged $25 to check my one bag. The airline informed me that every one pays $25 per bag. I told the man that my tickets include a free checked bag (as I was informed by Justfly at the time of purchase) the man apologized and told me I had been misinformed. I had to pay $25 to check my bag for my flight and another $25 to check my bag on the way home. Now I am out $50 that I was not planning on spending and that I did not have budgeted. I called Justfly customer service when I arrived at my destination to speak with some one regarding this false information i was given. I spoke with a justfly customer service rep whom told me that its up to the customer to confirm baggage pricing with the airline... He also told me that justfly does not confirm the price of checking luggage, that instead they advise their customers to contact the airlines directly for the price of checking luggage. I informed the man that thats not what was told to me and that at the time of purchase and that Lerma (justfly employee) actually CONFIRMED that I would not be charged any additional money for checking one bag as long as it was not over 50 lbs. the man continued to argue with me telling me that there was nothing they could do to help me. He stated that they are a third party agency and they did not have the ability to give refunds even if they wanted to. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that I needed to call back in 4 hours if I wanted a manager on the phone. I told hit that was ridiculous and he took my name and number and told me he would have a supervisor return my call. I never received a return call. A few days later I called back again and was told the same thing, that they would not help me, that It was my responsibility to confirm pricing with the air line. Again I requested a supervisor and was told they would call me back. Several days later still no return call from any one at Justfly. So I call again... and Im told that I will have to wait on hold for 2-4 hours to speak with a supervisor, I was also told again that Its my responsibility to confirm luggage pricing with the airlines and that they do not advise the customers of any luggage pricing they tell customers to call the airlines. I explained again that thats not what I was told at the time of purchase! If you go to the Toyota Dealership to buy a new car and the salesman tells you the car comes with a 100000 mile factory warentee, do you then call Toyota Headquarters to confirm that their cars come with a warrentees? NO! You dont, you assume that the information you have been given by the sales man is true. Just like I did when I purchased my flight over the phone from a justfly representative. But I was given false information and now im out $50 which would have been my grocery money for the next week. I will never use Justfly again and I will gladly dedicate my entire day to assuring I inform every one I can of this horrible experience and the horrible customer service at Justfly. Come
I was finally able to speak with a supervisor named Hambert whom argued with me on the phone for an hour and refused to do anything to help me. He said that I was given all the correct information at the time of booking my flight and that he is "all most certain" that there was no false information given to me. I asked him to go back and listen to my recorded call when i purchased the tickets over the phone. He did confirm that the call was recorded but stated that he didnt think it was necessary to listen to the call because they do not give out false information. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he informed me that there is no one above him to speak with that he is the "top of the chain" eventually he hung up on me refusing to help me. WOW! Im calling the better business burrow! A
Buyer Be Aware Scamer!
I was a victim of the scam from Justly.com and as of today, May 26,2017 I will make it my mission anyone that asks about Justfly will know don't even make them an option when it comes to booking a flight. They are a scam, BBB had issued a warning to be caution when dealing with justfly.com.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE A SCAMER!
This site get my attention because of the low fair they offered, but wait, it is too good to be true. In my case it was.
I purchase two tickets flying to Europe with multiple cities option. My flight is from SFO to Berlin, Berlin to Vienna and then Copenhagen back to SFO. Two days after my booking, I received the electronic ticket and everything looked fine and was exactly what I booked for my trip, until about two weeks later. I received an email stated that the Air Berlin had changed the time and schedules of all my flights. The new flight schedules has longer stop over, one was 6.5 hours one was 12 hours. At first I disagreed with this changed because eventually it will ruin every plans I made accordingly to all these flights, but later went with it because I could see what/how it going to be with this changed and thought I could make it work. They also sent me email asking me to contact Air Berlin about the time and schedule that had changed with bogus phone number that not even working.
Meanwhile, I never received any electronic tickets for these changed at all. I call Air Berlin for explanation of why and when I am going to received a new electronic tickets. Air Berlin then told me that, Air Berlin had nothing to do with these changed and that I need to speak with Justfly and fix this problem.
Then on May 19 I finally received the electronic tickets but the ticket getting worst and nothing like the sale rep. Telling me on the phone ( times and schedules). They change the date that in no way I can accept this. My plans is to stay in Berlin for 4 days and fly to Vienna and stay in Vienna for 5 days before flying to Copenhagen and travel in Scandinavian Countries for 15 days. They changed my ticket to have me fly from SFO to Berlin and then turn around fly to Vienna the same day within a 2 hours after my arrival to Berlin which is insane. I booked 4 nights hotel in Berlin and if I accept this changed, I will lose what I prepaid for my hotel and tours that I had booked after purchased these flights.
I tried to call Justfly many times to fix these tickets, but was put on hold for hours on end and they were running around in circle and kept asking me to be patient every time I called. Even after spoken to at least 3 supervisors later, I still have NO tickets. They all kept saying that they will fix the problem and the ticket will be approve and re-issue within 24-48 hours and that they have to wait third party in this case is Air Berlin to approve this changes. They blamed Air Berlin for making this changed, when Air Berlin told me they didn't make this changes and have nothing to do with issuing the electronic tickets at all. Air Berlin also told me that they do not sell multiple city flights.
I have no clue of what going on here but know for sure now that Justfly.com is scary place. As of today and Twelve phone calls and hours of running around later, I still don't have tickets for my flight to Berlin.
No one take responsibility of this matter at all. I am in process of filing the dispute with my credit card company and then will try to inform everyone about this company.
People who work here are scam and ripped people off!
Below are the complaints that had been filed at BBB and there are all true and exactly what happened to me too( check at bbb.org)
#1: Differences in the quoted price as opposed to what is actually charged on the consumers credit card after booking.
#2: Mistakes being made by booking agents, such as the name and spelling of the passengers name. Adjustments to the booking results in significant fees to the consumer from both the airline and justfly.com.
#3: Differences in the time and date of travel from the original booking.
#4: Not receiving email booking confirmations as promised.
#5: Reports of being on hold for excessive periods of time when calling into the customer service department. Some have reported being cut off eventually.
#6: Being charged more for a cancellation fee than was originally quoted.
#7: On their website, justfly.com provides an address in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, but BBB has confirmed that the business is not actually located there and mail for justfly.com is being forwarded to an as-yet-unknown location. The company is registered as a numbered Canada Inc. corporation.
I am planning to file the complaint with BBB too but for now my next step will be filing the dispute with my credit card company to get this over $2000 back.
So STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.COM Their ticket is a bit cheaper then others site only on paper, but once you purchased it, you NEVER knew what you going to get or in my case NOT getting at all.
They're willing to commit fraud to maintain their bottom line
Here's the letter I sent to Bank of America's Fraud Division. I got all charges cancelled except for that of the original reservation. If Justfly wants to make this right, they will refund that money as well, since they failed to deliver on the promised credit. By the way, the whole process involved about 20 hours with Justfly on the phone, most of it on hold. And no, I will never use their service again.
To Whom It May Concern:
I am submitting this letter and the enclosed documents as evidence that Justfly.com, an on-line travel agency, committed fraud against me using my Bank of America credit card.
On March 20,2017 I made a reservation through Justfly.com for myself, my wife, and our two daughters to fly with American Airlines and Japan Airlines from Detroit to Hanoi via Chicago and Tokyo on Sunday, October 1,2017. The return trip was to be on November 29. The total came to $3595. 30. (DOC A). I charged it to my Working Assets Card (DOC B).
On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 27 I discovered that the passport of one of our daughters expired last August. On Friday evening I learned that the new passport would not arrive until Monday at the earliest. I called JustFly to see what could be done. I was told I could either move the reservation or cancel and rebook, and that either way the penalties and rebooking fees would total about $1080. I was also told that the simplest and surest way to change the reservation before the 24-hour-before-flight deadline would be to cancel and rebook, so that is what I did, this time on my Capital One Visa card (DOC C). The new reservation was for the same itinerary (same route, same air carriers, different times and dates), with a departure date of Thursday, October 5 and the same return date of November 29. I paid for the new reservation with a Capital One credit card, expecting to receive a refund for the original reservation minus the penalties.
Saturday evening the same JustFly agent called to tell me that she had been mistaken about the refund, that the canceled reservation was nonrefundable. I told her I would have moved the reservation rather than cancel it if I had known that. After finally getting a supervisor on the phone, I was offered a credit for the original ticket price minus the penalties and modification fees under condition that the credit be used within a year and follow the original itinerary. Luckily, I had opted for cancellation insurance, good for up to 24 hours after booking, and was refunded the full amount on my Capital One Visa card (DOC C).
I held off on making a new reservation until I had the passport in hand at noon on Wednesday, October 4. I called JustFly immediately, and after a three-hour phone call, I had a reservation for an 11:00 am flight the following day, Thursday, October 5. I was told I would get the tickets via e-mail after JustFly contacted JAL to confirm. At midnight I still had not received the reservation confirmation and ticket receipts, so I called JustFly and was told they had not been able to contact JAL until their office was closed.
Incidentally, JALs American office is in California and open weekdays 5 am 6 pm Pacific Time. I live in the Eastern Time Zone. That means JustFly had six hours in which to contact JAL in order to confirm the reservation and failed to do so.
The JustFly agent told me she would contact JAL as soon as they opened in the morning at 8 am EDT the same morning we were scheduled to fly out of DTW at 11:00 am. It would be cutting it close, I thought, but it might be doable.
At 8:15 Thursday morning I had yet to hear from JustFly, so I called them. An agent sent me a trip confirmation and receipt (DOC D), but the links to the e-tickets were not live. I pointed this out and she told me it was because the reservation was not yet ticketed but would be ready in 30 minutes, just about the time we would arrive at Detroit Metro if we left immediately. She said we could print the tickets out at the airport. When we got to the American Airlines check-in counter, the AA agent said that, despite the record locator being wrong, we had an authentic reservation with valid e-ticket numbers. Nevertheless, the reservation had been cancelled. He contacted JAL to ask why, and was told it was because a credit card charge had been declined twice. He gave us a printout with this information (DOC E).
We had no choice but to turn around and go home. I immediately checked my Working Assets on-line activity page and found a pending charge that day from JAL for $1,052.30. It had not been rejected (DOC F) and I had received no notice from Bank of America of a declined charge. I called JAL, as the charge was in their name, and was told that was because they were responsible for the actual ticketing, but that the charge had originated with JustFly, as had the information that it had been declined. I was also told that the record locator JustFly gave me was wrong.
I called JustFly and was told I could make another reservation, as this last one hadnt been actually ticketed. Despite asking repeatedly, I was given no clarification about the alleged declined charge. The JustFly agent said she would look for a new reservation that weekend and get back to me on Sunday.
Friday I got two e-mails from JustFly saying my reservation required immediate attention but offering no details (DOC J). I called them Saturday morning to find out what was going on. They told me that a new reservation would cost $1000 more per passenger. Having checked several web sites that day, including JustFlys, I knew there were plenty of tickets available with our original itinerary that were only a little over $100 more per passenger even on JustFlys own web site. Included are screen shots of only four of them, but there were more (DOC G). In fact, as soon as I got off the phone with JustFly for the last time, I made a reservation directly with American Airlines for $4,181.64. I paid through PayPal. It is the same itinerary and leaves this Wednesday, October 11. Return is December 6,2017 (DOC H).
The JustFly agent also said, in direct contradiction to what I was told before, that if I did not immediately accept a new reservation at the grossly inflated price, I would lose the credit altogether.
At that point, I realized that JustFly had deliberately sabotaged our reservation for the previous Thursday by lying about the credit card being declined, and that they never had any intention of giving us an actual credit. Yet the JAL charge of $1052. 30 covering I know not what was still pending when my Working Assets account was closed down due to my charge of fraudulent activity. And when I go to my reservation on JustFly.com, at the top of the itinerary is a big green check mark and the following message.
We hope you enjoyed your trip and look forward to getting you to your next destination. Thank you for trusting us with your travel and adventure plans! (DOC I)
That JustFly offered me a credit is proven by the fact that the JustFly Booking Number [protected] is the same for both the Oct. 1Nov. 29 reservation (DOC A) and the Oct. 5November 29 reservation (DOC D & I). Also, Receipt #[protected] (DOC D-1), given for the Oct. 5 reservation, is dated March 20,2017, the date of purchase of the original Oct. 1 reservation. It is in the amount of $3,916.41, which is exactly the same as the payment for the original reservation, $3,595.30, plus the trip insurance I purchased through JustFly from CSA for $321.11 at an intervening date. It gives the date of departure as Oct. 5,2017. But there is also a second receipt, #[protected] (DOC D-2), for $600 covering the $250 per ticket penalty for changing the date(s) of travel. This lists the date of departure as Oct. 1,2017, and my card was charged on Sept. 29 for that amount. There is no receipt for the Oct. 5 charge of $1052. 30, nominally made by JAL but according to them originating with JustFly, that I presume was the charge allegedly declined that morning. By the way, JustFly clearly states on their web site and in automated phone information that a declined credit card will result in two notification e-mails. Perhaps thats why they sent those e-mails to me late on Friday, Oct. 6. I believe it was an attempt to cover their tracks. Also, when I printed out the final version of my reservation on their web site (DOC I), the list of receipts shows four non-itemized receipts. The latter two are identical to the former in dates and amounts, as well as to the receipts Ive already mentioned, but the former receipts have id numbers and the latter do not. Perhaps this is just an electronic hiccup, but I included a screen-shot of the web page just to show there were only two receipts. The links lead to itemized receipts identical to the ones already mentioned.
Back on March 20 when I purchased the original reservation, JustFly probably didnt set out to commit fraud. But when they offered me a credit, they did not do so in good faith. I think the evidence shows that they deliberately sabotaged our trip by telling JAL my Working Assets card had been declined when it undeniably had not. Then they presented me with an ultimatum to get a reservation for twice the cost of the original plus penalties and rebooking fees or lose the credit. For me to have accepted such an offer would have wiped out the credit entirely, because for the same amount of money as they said I would have to pay additionally I could get the exact same itinerary straight from American Airlines, which is what Ive done. Now their web site touts our reservation as successfully completed and closed. There is still, however, no receipt explaining the pending charge of $1052. 30. For all these reasons I believe Bank of America should honor this fraud claim by voiding all charges made by JustFly and JAL, including the initial purchase of the reservation on March 20,2017 and going up to the close of my WA ***[protected]. I believe JustFly should be made to reimburse those charges. Whatever other punishment is meted out for lying about a Working Assets charge is up to Bank of America to decide.
Sincerely,
James Joseph Cook

Company trying to charge extra for fees
I booked a flight for family of 6 on an international flight with connection. DFW to LAX to ICN (Seoul) and return flight ICN to SEA to DFW. Two weeks after we purchase and get confirmation of the flight, Alaska Airlines doesn't have the connecting flight SEA to DFW available that I originally purchased so we were rescheduled to an earlier flight with 9...

I am trying to use travel credits from cancelled flights during covid. They have every excuse in the world to not help me or let me speak to a person. They are now telling me I can not use my credits, claiming they expired. I rquested a call from a supervisor after chatting online to a rep and everyone keeps telling me my phone is busy...I have a cell phone, they do not have a busy signal. Obviously this is not going to be resolved and I am out $400! This is complete joke of a company! SO DISAPPOINTED!

We purchased a roundtrip flight for our daughter. The flight left Atlanta to Daytona Beach and in reverse on Tuesday the 19th. The flight on the 19Th was purchased for a 3:28pm departure. This was purchased on 8/24, I sent he a screen shot through text of her flights and times. Her flight was changed to 6AM on the 19th. Justfly says I went in and changed it before I purchased it, they can tell by the keystrokes. NO WAY! I would never purchase a 6AM flight, for 2 reasons. 1. I hate mornings. 2. The 19th is her grandmothers Birthday and we had a lunch planned before she flew out. Ahmed was rude and argued with everything we said even refusing to get me a supervisor 3 times. The supervisor finally called and told me about the keystrokes and I can changed the ticket for a crazy amount of money.

cancellation refund request
I bought airline tickets from Justfly and had a medical family emergency due to family emergency we could not fly so I had to cancel my flight the airline refuses to give me a refund. However after receiving a medical letter from our Dr the airline still refuses to give me a refund. I also disputed with my bank and they still could not resolve my issue. If this matter is not resolved I will be talking with my attorney.
thank you
Desired outcome: refund
Travel Services
Following JustFly's instructions, I submitted a request for cancellation due to a life-threatening medical emergency. I also followed up as soon as possible with a lsupporting etter from the hospital.
I have not received a written confirmation of the cancellation or the refund. Instead both JustFly and the airline continue to change the instructions and requirements to make cancellation and refund more complicated. It doesn't seem to matter to either party that I have the correspondence with them. They simply don't respond.
Desired outcome: Full refund as soon as possible.
Refund of canceled flight refusal to re-book- loss of reservations in Japan
I booked a multi-city ticket from Las Vegas to Manilla with a 6-day layover in Tokyo on January 17 leaving Las Vegas on June 27. On June 25th when I checked on the flight status of the first flight from Las Vegas to LAX I discovered that the flight had been canceled in March and I was not notified. Thomas Mac of Justfly refused to help me until I paid an additional fee of $550. American Airlines tried to resolve my dilemma by issuing me a new ticket but when I arrived at the airport I was informed that the new ticket would not make my connecting flight from LAX to Tokyo so I was denied boarding. Later Japan Airlines offed me a ticket to Manila but refused to honor the multi-city layover in Tokyo which cost me an additional $2,000. I also lost $3000 in accommodation and guide expenses in Japan. Booking number [protected] Ticket numbers [protected] & [protected]. Confirmation # 3NDVLQ. I wrote to the two USA offices that were listed on the internet but both letters were returned as undeliverable.
Desired outcome: Refund of $2000 for the Tokyo layover ticket which we Purchased and $3000 for the loss of my Japan itinerary which I could have changed to a futer date . Total $5000.

The flight on Turkish was delayed by 12 hours, causing me to miss 12 hours in the city prior to my next flight. I lost 12 hours of vacation. Turkish says to contact JustFly.

4 days and still haven't recieved my tickets and poor support
I booked some connecting flight tickets with JustFly only to find out that they are not issuing the tickets but just getting our request. No where on the site it is mentioned that the tickets will be issued more than 4 days later. Now there is no way for me to do any cancellation or anything else. What a pathetic site with no support number. I booked the original tickets on Jul 21 and still have not received my tickets giving me anxiety. Every other booking site issues the ticket in a day, not this site. Please do not use this site as they have poor support people and can't give your anything other than assurances.
I was able to get the tickets confirmed after chatting with the support and she was helpful, but I would be cautious in future booking with this company as they don't issue the ticket quickly and takes about 4 days to issue you confirmation.
Paying for something I didn’t do.
Booking No: [protected]. I am very pissed off with your services that was given on July 23 @ 12:33 AM with one of your agents. He misspell my daughter name and when I raised the issue I was told that I need to pay extra 200 dollars to correct her name . Justly fly should pay the 200 dollars not me, your own agent misspelled her name not me. Please fix my daughter name. 2nd I was told that i needed to pay dollar 1931.24 for 4 passenger which I paid only to find that my confirmation never went through becoz I needed to add 247 dollars & no body reached to me inform me. I just got charged 60 dollars with justly fly in my account for What ? Pissed Customer?
Desired outcome: I want Justly Fly to correct the issue of my Daughter’s name without me having to pay 200 Dollars for their agent’s Mistake.
flight to Brazil
I received an email from the airlines saying that they had to cancel my flight and that I could get a refund without a penalty. I called the customer service line in June they said that I would have to pay a penalty fee.. I told them it would take awhile to come up with the money to pay penalty fee, they said that would be fine but trip could not be canceled until fee was paid. I called on Friday July 7 2023 and was told that the could not refund my money at all. That I would have to accept a voucher to fly somewhere else, and there would be a penalty fee attached. I asked to speak with a manager and he refused to put me through to one.
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded to me in full. The reason I can not accept a voucher because I can not fly anymore due to health conditions
