I do see that flight 2251 on 13OCT was delayed. You changed your flight to 14OCT instead of taking the delayed flight. Your reservation does not qualify for compensation.
what?
I waited for nearly 6 hours before I changed the flight which was delayed over nine times.
it wasn’t clear to me that learning the flight was going to leave a 10:30 PM that the flight was going to leave at all.
I'm sorry. The flight has been fully reviewed and anyone who qualified for compensation received the compensation. I am not showing that your reservation qualified.
that and the fact I had my 16 years, and his friend is the reason I changed the flight rather than wait until 11:30 (which is when the flight took off)
I completely understand. You had that option to change, and you did what was necessary.
yes, after 6 hours.
from what I read on the website, after 3h hours there should have been a $50 travel voucher,
Since you changed to a different flight, your reservation does not qualify for compensation.
I just want to 100% clear that JetBlue is going to absolutely nothing in this case.
This is the worst customer service I have ever heard of. I am beside myself that this is how JetBlue conducts business!
A person waits 6 hours, and gets nothing at all, nothing.
I do apologize. The review is complete, and your reservation did not qualify.
I'm sorry for the flight disruption you experienced.
disruptions ? That is not the word I would use to describe what happen.
I have to say, again, this is the worst customer service I have experienced with an airline, and to be just pushed aside that it was "disruption" totally minimizes the impact this had, due to JetBlue’s fault, is insulting.
It cost me a days’ vacation with my son, it created a cost to me by losing one night stay at a prepaid hotel.
And all JetBlue does is apologize (only after I contact you btw) for a "disruption"!?
This is what JetBlue considers "customer service"?
Having a flight delayed or canceled is never what we want because it does make a big impact to our customer's travel plans and again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
This is unacceptable, and it does render your apology insincere.
My apologies are sincere, but I cannot change that your reservation did not qualify for compensation after the review was completed by a separate department.
Terrible. I have nothing else to add.
Desired outcome: $150 travel voucher
