On July 25th I ordered earrings for a gift to my wife for our anniversary. The delivery date was set as between 3 to 8 days.
After more than a month and still no earrings I contacted the transport company that supposedly was to deliver the items and they indicated that the postal code on the delivery instructions was incorrect for the address but that they could not correct the postal code and that had to be done by Jeulia.
I contacted Jeulia to correct the postal code and they indicated that they could not do that and that the transport company had to ask Jeulia for permission to get the item back from wherever they sent it and then get permission from Jeulia to change the postal code and deliver the items.
I have been going around and around with Jeulia on this matter ever since and despite all their promises that they are fixing the problem and please be paitient with them, nothing and when I ask them to just send a new order they refuse and say they can´t and when I ask for them to refund my money they say that they cannot refund money.
So, conclusion I come to is they are liars and thieves and have robbed my of my money and are not willing to either send a replacement of the earrings I ordered (which I no longer want) and will not refund my money, which is or should be against the law.
Advice to anyone reading this--- beware, this company is not trustworthy and from other complaints I have read, have very low quality jewelry not worth what they charge.
