Jill's Steals and Deals The NASA Space Anomaly 3 Piece Kit

I ordered 2 of the NASA Space Kits on 11/24/21, received confirmation or order, credit card charged same day and have not received the product nor any updates. I have emailed to no response. I want the product delivered ASAP or a full refund!

I have ordered from Jill's Steals and Deals in the past with no issue. This is very disappointing. I've ordered from Jill's Steals and Deals because it's associated with the Today Show.

I received mine today, BUT came with 1 Magic Star and 2 Astronaut Mini Block Sets. NO LIghted Globe. Filed the complaint. If I don't hear back, I'm disputing with my credit card company.

Jill's Steals and Deals Laggo Andrea leather bag 82% off - What a Rip Off!

I received the Laggo "leather" bag on Dec 11, and I immediately emailed the Today Show regarding this Steals and Deals purse:

12/11/2021

Today I received the "leather" purse from the order #####. The purse style is lovely, as shown on TV, but I do not believe it is real leather as the feel is like stamped vinyl/synthetic and the smell is of petroleum.

This is the first order I have ever bought from Steals & Deals, but I felt confident in the quality because 1) it was presented on the Today's show, and 2) I have a friend that orders from Steals & Deals, and she has never indicated a problem with the quality.

The purse was presented as a $500 leather purse, marked down to $89.50 with an additional shipping charge that brought the total to $111.72.

I believe that this purse would be in the $30.00 range at WalMart, so I am asking you to please do some Quality Control and see if you expected to be selling a better product under the Today Show banner.

There is a tag in the purse that identifies it as "Leather, Made in China". I am not surprised it was made in China, but I sincerely doubt it was actually constructed from any animal except from the "Naugahyde" from decades ago.

Desired outcome: Refund. This is not a $500 leather purse. The only Steal was to my bank account.

I ordered the Laggo Sienna bag-they said it was a $525 bag and it was a steal for $99. I received the bag today and did the same thing-I emailed the Today immediately-this bag has the most horrible chemical smell! I do not believe it is real leather either! I am so bummed!

Jill's Steals and Deals Truebuds air gg-tair

I ordered two, one for myself and one for my son-in- law for Christmas. They arrived yesterday and the one I got for myself WILL NOT CHARGE, nor does the charging sign inside the case is not displayed. I presume the second will not work, but have opened it yet. The pink/rose one will not charge no matter how many USB's that I use. It has not been mishandled by me. If it were just me then I would think, bad luck again, but it is a lot of people all with the same complaint.

I wrote to Gabba goods and after writing to them went to the reviews. Have you ready them, so many that got the buds from NBC in the last two days and NONE of them are charging and they all feel that NBC had duped us all.

I have ordered several things from Steals and Deals and never been disappointed

Desired outcome: replacement of two that would work or refund to my credit cart.

Jill's Steals and Deals PicassoTiles 50 Piece Race Track Building Block Set

I ordered this toy on 12/2/2021 off the Steals and Deals website. My credit card was charged that same day and I received an email confirming my order, with an order number. The email said they were getting my order ready and would email when it was shipped. It is now 12/10 and I still have received nothing from them beyond an "automated response" to an email I sent requesting an order status. Their email said they were responding in the order of emails received and not to email them again. Companies are not supposed to charge your credit card until shipment is initiated. So they are breaking laws there for one. Secondly, when I see all the other complaints here, I will now dispute the charge on my account and look elsewere for the product. Unbelievable! Don't sell things you can't deliver on! That's an overreach! I am disappointed in NBC Jill's Steals and Deals. Never again!

Desired outcome: I would love to get this product as a Christmas gift, but not if it comes weeks later, if at all!

Placed an order # VDAO3679 for a 16-piece Deluxe nativity set for Christmas indoor. SKU # ht240496. Order acknowledged and charged to my credit card on 11-22-2021. Have not received item or any further any information. It has been impossible to find the company. My charge card has PayPal*Yueqiinform Yueqi [protected]. I would like to know where my product is?

Jill's Steals and Deals PowerUpShine wireless charger

I order 3 on cyber monday 11/29/21 #NBC258399 for $72.76. The money was charged that day & still hasn't shipped 12 days later. Have left 2 messages on Today webpage with no reply...just an automated text stating someone would be following up on this issue...very disappointed & don't know what to do or who to contact...also paid $12 For shipping...I thought it was free shipping. Won't be ordering from Today show again..
Any advice is appreciated.

Jill's Steals and Deals Two 15” round trays ordered, not shipped, not received

I ordered two of their party trays on 11/22/21. It has been more than 2 weeks, and I have received NO email that my items have been shipped and have not received anything either.
I have tried emailing nbc's customer support pertaining to my order. All I get is an automated reply that someone will get back to me ‘shortly', but no one ever does.

Also, there are currently 84 complaints against "Jill's Steals & Deals", with ZERO showing up as resolved. Why aren't you able to get any of these resolved?

Desired outcome: Refund my purchase price of $67.90

Jill's Steals and Deals Adura tech theory usb wireless charger and mug warmer

I ordered 5 of these charger/ mug warmer. 1 for me 4 for gifts on Today show Jills steals and deals on 11/19/2021. Received on 12/3/21.
They are very poor quality, cheap plastic and does not work as written on the box. I had iPhone without case on it for 10 hours. It went from 31% to only 72% in that time.
I also noted I had to keep moving phone to register that it was charging.
Second I tried the mug warmer with two different mugs thinking it might be the mugs used flat bottom mug as directed . On box it says the cup heating pad will keep your coffee or tea at a constant temperature of around 122 degrees. My coffee cooled the outside of both mugs never warmed.
I cannot give these as gifts as it would be embarrassing.
I wrote the company and received an email to send me more of these. No refunds!
I learned a lesson to never order from the steals and deals. I wasted $123.00.
Wish I would have saved my money and ordered from Amazon prime so I could return for refund. Similar product on Amazon for 24.99 prime and free returns!

Jill's Steals and Deals 2 separate orders. 1 pair of ear phones and a charger and 2nd order is a watch.

Can't find either order and I wanted to switch the watch to another color but no one would get in touch with me! If someone doesn't get in touch with me today I am canceling all payments that you sure had no problem taking out of my account, within minutes! [protected] Stacey Diaz. WTH

Jill's Steals and Deals Earbuds

I ordered earbuds from the Today Show Jill's Steals and Deals, and gave them as a gift. The earbuds are defective. Only one slightly has sound. There is a "no returns" statement from Jill's Steals and Deals. The item is: Rubberized Wireless Earbuds with Matching Wireless Charging Case. Unfortunately we lost money and do not trust making a purchase again.

Jill's Steals and Deals Ullo wine purifier and carafe

Ordered 3, only 1 came with the purifier, basically 2 are useless. These are Christmas presents that have no use. Waiting for someone to contact me. Jill's steals and deals, The Today Show and Ullo all should be held accountable for items that are not as promised.

Jill's Steals and Deals Beryll Company Cashmere Wraps

On October 27, 2021 I ordered 3 Cashmere Wraps through Jill's Deals and Steals on NBC...the order number is NBC101075. The purchase was charged to my credit card on that day in the amount of $310.55.
My order confirmation stated that the delivery would be within 1 - 2 weeks per standard delivery.
I have tried to call Beryll Corporation at [protected] after seeing information on their website that the Wraps are "sold out". I was not able to complete my call at all...
I tried to send e-mail to [protected]@orders.deals.com and the mail was returned to me...
I received an automated message from Today Show Deals Support on November 20, that I would hear back from one of their customer agents shortly...nothing..
This is my last attempt before disputing the charge with my Credit Card Company.

I have charge of $45.69 to my credit card on 10/17/2021 and I did not order anything! Jill's Steals and Deals LED Floating Bluetooth Speaker

I purchased a LED Floating Disc Bluetooth Speaker off of Today's Deals from manufacturer PhunkeeTree back in June 2021 and it still hasn't arrived. When you track the package it shows the label was printed but never shipped. I finally heard back after multiple attempts of trying to reach them over a month a ago and they said they would ship it right out. Well I still don't have it. Total waste of time and money!

Jill's Steals and Deals Fry pan

I ordered the pan on September 16th, 2021 after seeing the ad on the Today Show Steals and Deals. My credit card was charged $87.21 on 9/16/21 and I have not heard anything since. It has been over a month and I have no product and no information. It is very difficult to even decipher who I paid based on my statement information.

I don't recall ever getting an email. I don't even know who the email would have come from if I did. You would think it should come from the today show. But no.

This is my last attempt to get information or receive the product before I file a dispute with my credit card company.

Jill's Steals and Deals Order a Racerback Bralette - order number NBC34419

On September 29 2021, I order a bralette. My credit card was subsequently charged $32.86 and I was told I would receive my order in 1-2 weeks. Today is day 11 and the order has not even been shipped. I have emailed Today Steals and deals several time with no response. I even attempted to contact Cosabella the maker of the bralette however their telephone number has been disconnected. I have reported the charge to my credit card company to investigate. How can you promote items and not stand by it! I will never order from the Today's show steals and deals again and will let everyone else know it is a scam!

I have written to Zerodark at the email address above October 6, October 7 and October 8, 2021 specifically explaining the problem and requesting a return and a refund. My initial email reply quickly advised me to go to a particular department, that department advised me to go back to the original address.

My next email to them dated October 6 said,

"I purchased 4 ZeroDark High Powered Portable Car Vacuum Cleaners from the Today Show Jill's Steals and Deals, to be given as gifts. Unfortunately, I just learned the recipients' cars do not have cigarette lighters. To be honest, I didn't know some cars are now being made without them. I would like to return them. The boxes have not been opened and are sealed shut. Kindly advise as to how they may be returned.

I have subsequently written ever day since then, only to be disregarded.

The receipt that accompanied the vacuum cleaners promises "100% satisfaction", yet they continue to ignore my requests and emails. I would return the box of vacuum cleaners to this seller in the hope of receiving a refund for the complete order; however, I'm afraid I won't even get a notification they've been received. I now see others are very dissatisfied with this seller as well, as they are being ignored as well.

As stated with each segment, the Today Show takes a small share from everything sold. I cannot believe you would be profiting from dishonest vendors.

I believed, maybe erroneously, t Today Show Steals and Deals works with reputable companies and would not be naïve enough to offer products from unreliable sellers.

At this point I would like to know how my problem may be resolved.
(I have a picture of the receipt which was enclosed with this order, but cannot easily transmit it to you, but will send it to your email address if advised.)

The website and order page clearly state "Final Sale, No Returns." I have ordered items from Jill's Steals and Deals with no problem. The items took a long time to arrive, but that was the only issue.
