Jill's Steals and Deals 2 hoody jackets that look more like robes!!!!

Took forever to get them! Hate them I got one tan and th we other gray! $100. Down the drain they won't take returns
Says they won't take returns or exchanges!

Who does that with mail order?

I feel like I was cheated!

Jill's Steals and Deals zerodark car vacuum

Does any one check these products out that are put on steals and deals. I bought two of these car vacuum cleaners and they are a piece of junk. They do not have any suction at all. They do not pick up even small stone pebbles in your car.

I contacted the seller to get my money back and to return the products. No shipping label can be provided. I already paid shipping once on them and am not paying for shipping again.

So I won't be buying anything else from the steals and deals show.

Jill's Steals and Deals Wireless phone charger

The wireless phone chargers are Extremely difficult to put together, especially that I'm dexterity challenged with MS.
The directions and very hard to understand as well. For a wireless phone charger there are a lot of wires instead of just one that plugs from the charger to the phone. I've had other wireless chargers before and none were as complicated. I also wish I would've known about a magnetic force that is on the charger. I wouldn't have got it as magnets are crazy yo remove

Xenvo pro lens for iPhones or Samsung phones ! I bought 2 for grandkids for stocking you quoted cheap price and I ended up paying $83.00 not what was day! Please help. [protected]@ Comcast . Net

Jill's Steals and Deals Zerodark high powered portable care vacuum

I just want to return it. I tried the company Aduro and Jill steals and deals. I am not having any luck getting help with this problem. It just isn't powerful enough for me Its not that I don't like, it just didn't pick up the dirt in my car. I have ordered items before and have been satisfied with all the other orders I have gotten. So If you could help me with this issue I would apprieciate it. Thank you

Jill's Steals and Deals Pet beds from Bambi and Lola

I purchased 2 pet beds thru Steals and Deals on June 6th. My credit card was charged 90.00. I recd a order confirmation but have never recd the items. I've contacted Bambi And Lola 4 times with no response. You can't contact Steals N Deals and must contact vendor. They have my money but don't have the pet beds ordered in June. Must not be reputable company. Don't thing Today Steals n Deals check out the company.

Jill's Steals and Deals Beach Sheet

I missed out several times on ordering one of these and unfortunately I lucked out this last time. It is so cheaply made. Luckily I only paid $29.68, but that was $29.68 too much. It is very thin, not a smooth material to sit or lie on at the beach. Guess I can use it to put my beach bag and cooler on it so they won't get sand on the bottom. I have ordered several items before, but this one was very disappointing. Jill you really need to not push an item as a good deal with such poor quality.

Jill's Steals and Deals Where is my order?? Poolcandy floats and cafe lights

I placed an order for 2 items over a week ago and have not heard a single response on my delivery status, though they were quick to take my money out of my acct the day of purchase. I went onto the website to contact someone about this issue and was told I had to reach out to the item "brands". I reached out to the "brand" and they said they had not received any information from the Today Show Deals and referred me back to them. I reached back out to Today deals and the first email from the them said "we can't find our order". I then sent them all the order information and they responded with "contact the brand". Neither party is being helpful or taking responsibility and neither party is telling me any information about my order! I ordered the pool floats and cafe lights and the floats were solely for a vacation I am taking at the end of this month and am now worried I will not receive the items in time. I am extremely disappointed in the Today deals and their services. Whether its the "brands" fault or theirs, the Today show is the one promoting these products, selling them on their site and deducting the money from my account therefore they need to provide the customer with more information, track down my order and be more helpful in solving the issue of my "missing" order. Take responsibility and help your customer. I will certainly never be purchasing anything from this segment again.

Ordered PJ’s 7/21/2021. Money was removed from my account the same day! Today is 8/4/2021! Never received e-mail or tracking information and I have no product!

Pretty much my exact experience. I purchased the Pool Candy Mermaid Sprinkler for my grandson on July 7th. I paid $20.00 plus $12.50 for shipping. After two weeks and no word, I requested that the order be cancelled. They did cancel and credit my credit card. However, they shipped the product anyway and recharged my cc. In the meanwhile I had ordered one from Bed Bath and Beyond which cost $3.00 more but no shipping fee. Now I’m going to have two of this product which I don’t really want anymore. No more Steals and Deals for me. More of a steal than a deal.

Jill's Steals and Deals Aduro Surge SRG-20-4USB-01

I have written to all of the proper people about this product and told them i have used this in every outlet in our home, everything that gets plugged into it becomes very hot at the plug. We have told then we don't feel safe using this product and would like a to return an be refunded. We are not wealthy enough to have something we don't feel safe using.I asked for an address to take it to UPS to return. I've tried using to give it a chance. Aduro sent me to another email after using the one one the paper with this item and no satisfaction. This now makes me timid to order any future products, even though i have others that don't have problems. Clearly this company doesn't care about their customers or their safety, just want to clear out stock on their shelves. SRG-20-4USB-01 Robin Herl. Better off buying from a store and returning to them.

Early May this year I ordered the above item and $48 was immediately taken out of my account
It is now June 24, 2021 after numerous phone calls, emails to Today Show, Jill's Steals and

Jill's Steals and Deals Charger and bottles

I ordered one battery charger back up and they sent me 730 some dollars worth batteries. I also ordered the collapsible bottles and got only the lids. This has been one of the worst nightmares I've ever had buying something. The Chargers were sent right back to the manufacture whoever sold it to me. I got the lids and new bottles this was done in earth day week this was April 22

Jill's Steals and Deals "Cashmere" poncho for $100+ advertised on April 8, 2021

I am so disappointed in this item - it is complete crap. The fabric is thin and feels nothing like cashmere. It is poorly made and I will never wear it. Unfortunately, I am out over $100 for this item. It was a "steal" all right - right from my pocketbook. I will never trust "Jill's Steals and Deals" again and it has soured my attitude toward the TODAY Show. Shame on NBC!

I ordered four or five collapsible bottles during the ecology week. I received the lids but no bottles! What is going on with the order? Who would you contact for problems that come up on your STEALS and deals. Sure is right where I got stolen from?

Jill's Steals and Deals Gamer pros chill pad & stand - black × 1

Im going through this process so that others can see that Jills Steals and Deals is a rip off, a scam. At no point do that make it easily aware that all sales are final, and in fact its not until after you get your product weeks later and there's no way to enter your order number, but instead you need to go find your confirmation email so you find the date you bought it so that you can only go look at the item you were dumb enough to buy, basically a huge waste of time.

I got the above mentioned item. It does not work like Jill, the show, or the description on the package or on the instructions say. It is flimsy cheap materials made in CHINA and feels like something you would win with tickets won at a carnival, its that bad. Now I see why she doesn't actually touch the item or pick it up, because its junk and if you saw it in use and at close up youd be able to realize that even through the TV.

The fans are unable to all work at the same time unless you plug it into a wall, that are loud, and even when they are all going and plugged into a wall, it wont even move a single piece of printing paper. On top of it all, it says you can run it off your laptop. But they sent you a regular USB to USB so you have to use an adapter to plug it into a modern laptop. But it cannot get enough juice that way so I tried a USB to USB-c high efficiency cable, which I use for many other things and know works, the machine is unable to use it and doesn't even turn on. That is when I tried using a USB wall plug and was finally able to get all 3 fans to work, which is what the manufacturer suggests is the best way, and it barely moves any air and makes a lot of noise. I have been around tech for a long time and this is not a malfunction, this is just a big old piece of [censored] from China that the TODAY Show and NBC and Jill whatever or whoever she is is using to make quick bucks, This product is such low quality, it isn't worth even half what they charged, and I am not trying exaggerate, the overhead on each one of these made must be pennies and I dare a lot of people are make good cash running this over hyped, over produced infomercial guised as a consumer assistance. There needs to be a consumer show exposing NBC for pulling this crap.

I know nothing will be done, but like I said, STAY AWAY FROM JILLS STEALS AND DEALS, as in my opinion, it is mostly stealing from you.

Desired outcome: I want a refund, a full refund. I want this crap out of my house and sent back to whatever crap warehouse it came from. And I do not want to pay for the shipping

Jill's Steals and Deals mushroom planter among other things.

I live in the midwest. I am SO TIRED of looking at a product on TV and by the time I call it up on the order website it is either sold out already or on hold till the beginning of the hour. Even when it's on hold, at the top of the hour, the midwest still isn't allowed to make a purchase! Who in world is it on hold for?! It was just on my TV channel, and we're NOT the next in line?! My local station is in the Twin Cities so I know it's not because of being in a big enough market. It's [censored] that these some of these deals sell out before 9:00 central time. I'm sure the east and the west coast get the majority of the deals. For this instance, I just saw the mushroom growing kit on my NBC affiliate, pulled it up on the web page, put it in my cart and went to checkout and it was mysterious Sold Out! Thanks for nothing! Just like in politics, the Midwest Doesn't matter.

Desired outcome: Put this segment at the top of the hour instead of at the end and Save some products for the middle-"fly-over" parts of the country.

Jill's Steals and Deals Cashmere pink wrap item # k209060

While watching Jill Martin's Steals and Deals I was so impressed by the cost of the cashmere wraps. I ordered one on 4-8-2021. When I received it I was shocked at the quality of the wrap. It was originally priced at 400.00 plus. I paid 89.00 plus shipping. I called the company and they did not answer the phone. I left them a message as to how disappointed I was and told them I wanted to return it and get a refund. I never heard back from them.
I look forward to resolution of this situation. I am surprised that Jill thought this was a beautiful shawl and so worth the money. It is so thin it is ridiculous. It looks like a shawl that you can purchase at Walmart. The company that shipped the wrap to me is Beryll Corporation, 30765 PCH #242, Malibu, California [protected].

Desired outcome: I want a refund for my money. I also want the company to send me a return label to me for free shipping back.

I ordered the cashmere pink poncho from the 4/8/2021 show and had the exact same experience. It is utter crap and I will never wear it! Needless to say, I am now watching CBS.

I too purchased a shawl from this company. No it's not worth the less than $100 price tag for "cashmere" . It was also made for someone that is 5'3" or less.

Jill's Steals and Deals Hydaway 25oz travel pack with lid & 3 rubberized wireless earbuds - violet - garden & Pink plain

I ordered both on 03-24-21. I received confirmation email plus deductions from my paypal account. The information said shipment in 2 weeks at most.
It will be 3 weeks tomorrow & have had no contact from either vendor. The #'s on both orders are: 1849098 & 1851430. Please refund all back to my
Paypal account because obviously the shipments are not coming & I think 3 weeks is too long for an order. Also no communication from either vendor.
Please let me know ASAP!
