I order some things from jills steals and deal off from the todays show. and the order has already been taken off of my account and i still haven't received the order yet. And can't get the web site to contact jills steals and deals. So they must not be customer contact to them. I feel like i have been ripped off.

I placed an order in December, it took 4 weeks to arrive, huge delivery fee, NO RETURN policy, and not really a steal at all. Buyer Beware!

I ordered jacket and pants on June 14th. My credit card was promptly charged and paid. I sent e-mail Aug 3 stating I'd ask credit card for refund if I don't receive items within 7 days. I received e-mail from UPS stating this company has requested shipment on Aug 10th (my 7 day limit) but all tracking status shows Rebecca Beeson has still not given items to UPS. At this point, I just want my money back.

Completely ripped off. I ordered on May 1. I emailed them ONE MONTH later and never got anything. The stop payment charge is more than what I paid for the items. Home & Family needs to take them off the air. They are a scam. NOTE: I emailed them THREE times and was told several excuses. Nobody takes a month to ship something. NOBODY.

I am experiencing the same problem. I ordered something, was charged immediately but nothing has come, no tracking info, no receipt and no way to contact the company. I normally don't order online from unknown sources but figured it had to have been checked out by the show. Very disappointing. It makes me question how well they investigate their news stories if they can't even check out a vendor they are pushing on air.

I recently ordered a VereVerto bag from Jill's Steals and Deals. It was advertised as a $400 bag selling for around $79. I ordered one as a gift. What a disappointment. It does not even look like it is worth the discounted price. I shipped a nail trying to latch the front strap> It would be a battle every time someone wanted to close the bag.

I know that I can't return it and get a refund, but I would like to express my disappointment directly to the Steals and Deals department. Anyone know how I can do this? I can't seem to find an email address to write to.

This bag will not be given as a gift, It will go into a closet. I have ordered merchandise from S&D many times and this it the first time I have felt cheated.

I ordered jewelry twice. Both times the product didn't look like it was worth the discount price. They came in just a plain plastic bag. No box, no bag, no tag, not even company labels. No where was the company name. I bought them to give as gifts, but can't give away because they look so cheap even though I paid about $50, and there is not label identifying the origin/company. In fact on one of my buys, the company name was marked off on the return address that was on the mailing package.

I ordered a mommy and me robe set on April 9, 2018 and still haven't gotten it, it is a Mother's Day gift for my daughter-in-law never got an email about it but I was promptly charged for it.

I ordered the same set and have not received it yet. I emailed the company last week and they said they would be shipping that same week, but still no info regarding shipment. Mine is to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I'm sure it won't get here in time (5/09), but I am still hopeful that it will be here soon.

I ordered a bag and towels from Jill's steal's and deal's on June 11th 2018 it is now Aug 24th 2018 and still haven't received my order yet, just found out it is coming from China, this is so unacceptable, never will I ordered from Jill's Steal's and Deal's again, posting this so anyone thinking about ordering from the Today's Show please beware you will be getting ripped off

Does it matter that the Today Show keeps running this segment with Jill's Steals and Deals. It is such a rip off. Add my experience to the many mentioned. I placed my order October 10, 2018 was immediately charged to my credit card and the items to this date Nov 14th has not shipped although I have a tracking number that says items waiting to be shipped? I have contacted the company several times and a response back saying I would be contacted in 24 hours regarding the shipment. Still waiting for a response. I think the Today show should stop running these phony ads and selling items that are paid for and never shipped. I have been a Today show watcher for over 25 years and am very disappointed in this whole mess they have created. Guess I need to start watching CBS.

What a rip off. Marvel iron man flying character ufo helicopter said worth $60. Bought for $15.
They sell for approx $10 on internet. Looks like a piece of crap. Shame on the Today show.

I, like many other here on this complaint board ordered something from TODAY show's Steals and Deals! Money immediately taken out of my account, but as yet, nothing has been received advising me of my purchase and no way to contact! WHAT A RIPOFF!

Shame to the TODAY show...no wonder people get fed up with ordering online!

I ordered xtreme time wireless chargers supposed to be sold for over $50 - just received fantasy wireless chargers you can buy online for as little as $6 - what a rippoff - guess I will be done with Jills steals and deals - they are definitely steals

I ordered a M.I.L.A bag in November. My card was also charged right away. I still have not received my order or any shipping information. I tried to contact the company directly (as they tell you to do). I got no response from them regarding my inquiry and now they just fill my email with advertisements. I also could not find any contact information for the show. Does anyone know if there is a way to contact the Today show directly to try and get a customer service phone number for this company?

I'm in the same boat as you. I ordered the same bag and my card was charged but cannot get anyone to respond to my email requests for info. I'm so mad at myself for not researching this better before buying. If you read the terms and conditions, it does state they charge your card before shipment and they're not liable if the vendor fails to deliver. Read the fine print and protect yourselves from these types of scams! I'm out over $100 and no one cares.

Try emailing support@ppwebpros.com; it was the only website I could find on the deals and steals site that stated it was for a general contact. I found it at the very bottom of the terms and conditions page. Good luck !

Regarding items you order. Lucky you if you get the quality that is indicated in the description. I ordered a LAGGO handbag that was supposed to be leather and retail for around $400. It is fake leather inside and out and it is not constructed anything like a real Laggo bag. It also has a very unpleasant odor. This was a gift but I wouldnt give it to my worst ‘not friend’. So disappointed. You get what you pay for and this time it wasnt even worth the $95 I paid.

I ordered the same LAGGO bag for $88 and on the show because Jill said it retails at $525. I looked it up on the LAGGO website first because I hadn’t heard of the company, and it looked like it was nice quality. It’s fake leather that has a shiny cheap, plastic look and cheap smell, and the clasp looks even cheaper. Probably made in China and not L.A. Threads from the stitching stick out and are easily pulled out. I ordered the dark brown and they sent me the wrong color, which wouldn’t bother me so much if it was an actual $525 bag and not a fake bag with a shiny Florida orange color. It arrived flat inside a piece of plastic in a mailing envelope, and it arrived at the same time as some Amazon envelopes so I tossed them all aside to open another time. If it the packaging had looked like it could’ve been the $525 new bag I ordered, I would’ve excitedly opened it right away. There was no fabric purse cover, no stuffing inside to retain the shape, no tags, no printed material - nothing. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for this at a TJ Maxx. It’s so ridiculous. There has to be some way to alert other people about this, because no one is going to find this complaint board before they place an order on the Today show website. And it’s inconceivable that the Today Show doesn’t have someone to act as a consumer advocate to protect us from companies who don’t deliver as promised. That they don’t work out some clause with the companies in advance to prevent fraud. The Today show HAS to know about this by now, and they could do justice by addressing this head-on in a segment on the show to ensure these companies make things right with all of the customers who bought their products. This is 100% FRAUD.

I just want to let you know I was totally ripped off through the "Steals and Deals" segment.

I should have known better when one of your so called "vetted" suppliers only had a gmail account.

Well, I payed the price. These jokers didn't just over promise and under perform. They didn't deliver at all !

And good luck reaching them.

What a joke. Would be if I were not out the money and the kids their gifts.

You SCROOGED me.

Still waiting on three Laggo bags that were confirmed orders through Jills Steals and Deals on November 26! Got a tracking message today that they are arriving AFTER Christmas on December 27. Emails to Laggo last week assured me that the items would be delivered before Christmas. Of course, these are Christmas presents for three different people (their only presents of course!) I am awaiting a response from the company this morning. And, as has been said above, there seems to be no easy way to contact NBC regarding Jills Steals & Deals segment. I am really outraged right now. I used the email that someone posted from the terms and conditions page.

Xtreme Time sent a broken charger. I contacted the company and was told all sales final. I emailed back and just said just to replace the broken one, they answered back all sales are final and would not replace my charger.

I ordered the Hi-pad mini English Computer for my 3 year old grandson. Piece of crap. Can not find out the company info since it doesn't show any origin. Never usually even watch the Today show. Another reason not to watch after seeing all of these complaints. SO disappointed. Stuck with a piece of crap toy and out of the money. Last time I will ever order anything from this segment.

The same way to here. I ordered a smart watch as a gift. Spent over 50$. It took a month to ship and receive. I was excited to finally get it and give the gift. She put it on. Went through the download, set it up and the only thing it tells us is the time. We get no BP. We get no HR. We get no BMI. The step hour's are rarely correct. It's always wrong! I know that she steps more than 156 steps a day. The sleep option is never in real time. It only records, if she's lucky, 3-4 hours of sleep at a time every night. I will never, ever order from them again! I don't understand why they don't back up their products. Clearly, after reading their reviews, I question if their doing this to rip the people off. I used to love this show. The show and coffee were the first things I had to have every morning. I'm not sure anymore if their being real about anything they represent or say.

I ordered the smart tech watch and fitness tracker. It worked for one day. It was advertised on the show as a $99 value for $18. I wanted to try one for the price. It is not even worth $18. This is my lesson to never buy into Steals and Deals again. I have ordered twice from Steals and Deals and one pair of pants was just ok. Also not really worth the price and same with a shawl/sweater. No more.

Me too! Sent them an email late January. They said they had a back shipping and on the way. Received on Feb. 1. Nothing by junk. Turns on and off throughout day (hello/goodbye) and the tracker is not accurate. I cross checked the tracker on a walk with my phone and old fit bit and off by 1000 steps. I have emailed company and also Jill's steals. I am pissed. And will not buy from Jill's steals again.

I ordered the smart watch on January 3... its now January 23rd still no sign of the watch. Sent them several messages of inquiry and waiting a reply. Judging from reading all the complaints I doubt if I will ever get my watch. I will never order anything from Jills Steals and deals ever again.

I ordered from the Today’s show “Steals & Deals” on 7/25 it has been 3 weeks without delivery. Based on the number of complaints I am guessing I will be disappointed and not receive the product. I went on the Deals website and emailed the company that was offering the product and am currently awaiting an answer. I downloaded the suggested Arrive app to see a delivery date only to realize by contacting USPS the supposed carrier to find out they do not have the package either. They informed me they did receive it on 8/5 and then it goes to another carrier which they could not tell me who it is. All around totally disenchanted with the whole process and would caution others to be wary as the shipping is not reliable. Next step checking to see if my account was charged and if so dispute the charges!

I ordered from Jill's Deals and Steals while recovering from double knee surgery, unable to shop locally. I ordered from Annie Cloth December 3, expecting that was plenty of time for gifts to arrive for Christmas. None of my orders arrived before Christmas! A week after Christmas, items began arriving, randomly, one at a time, even though I ordered four of many of the items. The last items arrived two weeks after Christmas...all came from China! Adding insult to injury, the quality of the items was so poor, I was sending all back. I had to go online to inquire how to return, and was told it would be very costly to mail packages back (to China) and that they could offer me 15% of what I paid and I could keep the products (I think thats what they offered! So disappointed! I am a Today Show Fan, but will never order from deals and steals again. I would have expected more from NBC! Please tell Hoda and Sevanah and Jenna! Boycott Annie Cloth!

I ordered a coat from Steals and Deals and when it arrived it was not the correct size. I contacted that company as was told it was a final sale - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
I have sent multiple emails to the Today show complaint email and have not received a response.
STEALS AND DEALS IS BS! The Today Show does not make it clear that sales are final. Now I am out $90 with a coat that I cannot use. I do plan to donate it so someone can make use of it.

Like everyone else. Ordered item insta - charged items shows up weeks later with no update or shipping information. Then the item we just received a hair dryer 7X Smart Dryer from Today’s Show Jill’s Steals & Deals ( February 17, 2020) show and it keeps shutting off while in use. Move the power cord going into the handle and it works again! That is not good. You confirmed what I thought the items being sold are not necessary new and highly discounted because they are refurbished or returns. What a SCAM. You can't return it, there is no way to contact anyone at this show you have to go through the vendor only, and nothing is said if the items are New? What recourse is there for the customer here when no one at "STEALS" is responsible?

The name is appropriate because they're STEALING the consumer s money and not providing the product. I'm still waiting for a Laggo purse ordered weeks ago. I emailed the company, no reply... Horrible!

I am experiencing the same thing...company is purely a scam orders weeks ago nothing I have emailed them several times with no response. I called countess times each time on hold for almost 20 minutes no one ever picks up. I am not sure how they get away with this.

Same "song and dance" from Jill's Steals and Deals suppliers. I ordered and received 4 of the 5 items I ordered and have reached out to several different people and places for help and all i got back is "chirp, chirp, chirp". I am surprised at how NBC will keep this type of scam on air. Shame on Steals and Deals for ripping the public off and NBC for letting them.

I have made the same mistake the rest of you have. When will I learn? I have purchased 3 times from Steals and Deals and they look like very good deals. Don't be fooled. These are not good deals. The first was a kitchen item that I paid over $100 for but when I didn't get it in about 2-3 week like expected, I did some price comparison and found the same thing for less without the coupon at Bed Bath and Beyond. I finally got the appliance and it was the exact same item and I over paid by at least $50. My next purchase was the Lalicious Sugar Scrub. This was actually a pretty good deal, but I could have purchased it on Amazon and gotten it the next day for nearly the same price. Ok, I am thinking why would I buy this from Jill's Seals and Deals. I won't again. The last one is the topper. I have been looking for a nice dress watch. She had a offer for Stuhrling watches and showed them to be retail of $600-$700 and more. The watch I picked was $95 with tax and shipping. I am such a sucker! I bought one and it looks beautiful on the site. Guess what these never sell for anything near that price and they are only offered on-line not in stores. They retail for maybe $120 so no great deal. You can buy all these Stuhrling watches on Amazon. That is their primary retailer. These watches have never sold for the prices they list on Jill's Seals and Deals. Unfortunately, I did my research after I click buy. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the payment. At that time they had not shipped. I was hopeful that I could stop the shipment. They shipped it. I think they just ignored the dispute but I am not going to give up on this one. I could buy a really nice Seiko or Citizen on sale for amybe another $50 and get a warranty and be able to get service at a real jewlery store. Again, I am a sucker, but never again. Shame on you NBC and Jill. By the way, there is no way to reach NBC Jill's seals and Deals. I am just hoping that my credit card company will really do something about this.

I Ordered the suitcases that sanitize I did receive it after waiting a long time about 8 weeks there was no receipt saying what I bought how much I paid no return label Just the item in the box I was just getting Ready to order that Heating pad That is not going ton happen I dont like Jill Steals practices they take your money like most of your complaints they dont send the product you paid for ...Amazon has that Heating pad and they have a return policy Im not going to let this company scam me Today show needs to quit promoting this scam company

I think that I have learned my lesson now! A year ago I bought two shower speakers one worked fine and the other would not hold a charge. I was only out under $30 so I just let it go. Now I have ordered two used speakers and paid almost $58 for this item. They are Bluetooth but they would not pair up and you could get one speaker or the other to work but you could not get them to work together. when the order came there was no invoices inside and the only instruction you were given was an email address for the company of the speakers. I have heard nothing back from them. I even took them to a tech to see if they could get them to pair up and work. I have had no luck and I am out almost $58 on top of the 30 that I was out for the wireless shower speaker. I now have learned my lesson and will never order anything from Jill‘s steals and deals again. I feel the steel was made by Jill and the deal was given to jail she made all of the money and the customers lose everything. I’m done!

How is the Today Show allowing this on the air? It is essentially the way they do advertisements now. Insert the product right on the air and NBC gets a kick back as they say after the demonstration. I have only ordered 2 items both took over 8 weeks to receive. There is no reason for such a delay. 90% of the items I see on the air...an overabundance of knives and scarves and blankets...are way overpriced and the "deal" is actually what it is probably worth. Just stop already! You are runining your reputation!

I will never shop steals and deals again. I ordered a curling iron (the beach waver) that is difficult for me to use with a recent dominant wrist fracture. Plus it just didn’t work for me with all the time I spent trying to get it to make curls instead it straightened my hair. I can’t return it for a refund because they say it’s a final sale. So, next time I see advertising on the Today Show for steals and deals I’ll turn off my TV!

I’m not happy with my steals and deals purchase either! It took forever to get here! I got their fitness tracker, Da Fit thinking it was gonna be better than my I watch because it has a longer battery life well the batteries the only thing that’s worth it doesn’t track your sleep properly it only tracks if I wake up and go to the bathroom and then go back to sleep the fitness it doesn’t give you any options but the I watch does. It doesn’t track your steps accurately or even close to accurate and of course it’s non-returnable I wonder if it’s even made in the USA! I guess you just can’t trust NBC 10 like you used to be able to.
