this location in casa grande AZ,is so disorganized. today is the second time im literally the only customer there and i wait 15+ minutes for my order only to get someone else's order.
I haven't gotten quick or consistent service here in at least 2 years but its becoming worse. its slower and no one seems to know what they are doing or who is doing what.
I'm the only customer and the people that took my order make me repeat it again at the window like they ignored it the first time.
the workers are really nice but they are only as good as their management expects them to be.
this location is the only time I've ever been frustrated at a jimmy johns.
all other locations are fast and accurate.
Desired outcome: please retrain and make this location conform to the standards that other locations have

I recently applied to jimmy johns I had an interview on 09/03/2022 and I was under the impression that I was getting the job Alex one of the managers told me that he needed to just call his GM and see if it was ok so I waited for 3 days for a call I finally called them back and Alex told me to call back in an hour he was going to call Zach the GM BECAUSE I guess he never did that day on the 3rd so I call back and he tells me that his GM said they are not excepting new hires right now so.I had a friend apply and she got the job I feel like I was not hired do to favoritism or whatever and I feel that it’s not right I was desperate for the job and they told me no but a female they told yes

I was charged $5.00 for each meat.

I was insulted by your staff for asking to heat the meat and toast the bread. $40 for a sandwich? Ask a question and get insulted. Plus lied to and over charged

Kaitlyn May is the rudest manager that works there. In late April. Can’t remember the exact date. But she got mad at what seems to be her ex boyfriend (who is the general manager there) and yelled very loud and unprofessional. “I QUIT!” For just being a customer eating in there at the time I found that really uncalled for and rude. You have immature ppl working for you. She threw her apron om the ground and stomped off like a 2 year old. Went to her car and then came back. And said pretend that didn’t happen. Which I was stunned she proceeded treating the newer girl like trash and yelling. And other times I been in there she has been very VERY rude to costumers. I don’t think she should be working there.

Speaker...it will be a few minutes...10 minutes later he came to get my order. I pull to window...wait 10 minutes. Girl comes to window. Did you have 2 turkey sandwiches...no. I had Vito. 2 minutes later she brings the Vito. She says have u paid.
I say no. She gives me an old fashioned credit card paper slip. Havent seen one in 20 years. She starts to close window. I yell I have chips and drink. She gives me drink with soda running down side. No bag, no receipt, no napkins. WHAT...

be aware that if someone gives you a gift card for say $40 jimmy johns will not split this up into 4 $10 cards for you to share with friends/family. i would tell anyone to avoid not only jimmy johns as a business but especially larger gift card amounts

Time and Wrong Order
The Jimmy Johns located on High Street in Morgantown WV is the worst place to order food if you have a life or work. This business markets that they are "freakishly fast" to bring in business from those who have little time or constantly on the run. I can tell you right now they are no fast on any level. I have ordered from here multiple times, thinking sometimes things happen and the details of my order will be correct next time and my order will arrival in an appropriate amount of time. I am ALWAYS wrong. This is the fourth time I have ordered from this location and it has been over an hour. I called and they have not even processed my order yet but will "get to it as soon as they can". Please note, I called the location prior to placing my order to ask if they were busy. The lady that answered the phone replied they had no business at all and would start my order right then. I will never order from here again and honestly maybe not even at other locations as these multiple encounters have left a bad taste in my mouth. With this wait, I could have ate at a sit down restaurant and had a decent meal.

I ordered two sub sandwiches and asked for no onions on both of them. When I got my sandwiches, one of them had onions on them. I was highly unsatisfied with my order, as I have a fear for onions. Unfortunately, I live 50 minutes from the nearest Jimmy John’s location and was unable to have this issue resolved. Thankfully I was able to DoorDash Subway.

I did not receive my full order. When I called, I was explaining the situation when the girl says, "I didn't hear you. I had to put you on hold." Funny thing she never asked me to hold. I repeated myself. She said she didn't hear me. I spoke up loud and she huffed and said, "I heard that part but not the sandwich." With a serious attitude. I NEVER received an apology from her. She just said they would send it over. Now, this was a sandwich for my 6 year old and I was not trying to be rude, but her attitude almost bought me a trip to JJ's to see if her Mama ever taught her any manners. We did get the sandwich delivered promptly, but I won't be ordering from the Waller Lexington, Ky location any longer.

My daughter ordered a sub on 07/27/21 and when it arrived it was wrong. I called the store that was about to close and the man there took my name and said that he would credit my account and give us a free sub on the next visit. So, I called the store yesterday 07/29/21 after my daughter was told they could do nothing. I spoke to 2 people who said that the GM would have to fix this for me and that they would call me back. No phone call and no resolution.
I paid for a $15.00 giant sub that could not be eaten due to a mistake at the store and now I cant get a fix to this mess.
I would love to have my credit to my account and if possible a free sub for my kid.

It's been over an hour and a half since my order said it was out for delivery. I still haven't received it. This is a common thing. I'm done with you guys. I've called 3 times and all I get is it's on its way. I order multiple times a week sometimes and no one gives a [censored] about paying customers. I am fed up. This is not customer service. Unethical behavior at restaurant # 1014, keypad entry locks on restroom facilities to discriminant against the area poor & homeless
Jimmy John's restaurant #1014, 4356 N Oracle Rd, Tucson AZ has installed keypad coded entry locks on the restrooms, I'm the weekend security guard for the restaurant and gave the code to a customer who wanted to use the facilities before leaving. The restaurant manager went into a rage reaction and chewed me out for giving the restaurant customer the code 1014, she called him a homeless man, then called my employer and cried about it again. All the commotion over turning restroom facilities into controlled access only is nonsense. He's a homeless man who came to Jimmy John's for day old bread and a soda, he did not make a mess or commotion, he was very sweet and cooperative with security. This is feedback on the store management & her facilities policy, it is discriminatory.

Extremely rude employee, shouted at me at the top of his lungs while making my food. He would not leave me alone to eat and kept talking crazy in an extremely loud voice. Later I saw a man there eating without them bothering him. This was in downtown Chicago. It was discrimination. He did not want me to sit there and eat. At one point he said get your funky [censored] out of here. It was the most aweful experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. I went back and told him I did not appreciate the way he treated me but he denied what he said and did. I called the phone number on the receipt to ask for a manager, but I am not sure the person I reached was really a manager. I told the rude person since he did not own the restaurant, he had no right telling me to get out of there and I don't need to go there and get treated like that and spend money to get treated like that.
unethical treatment of drivers and consumers
Meat being repackaged even though it expires on the same day, dates literally get changed around so meat will last longer and managers won't have to slice. Drivers aren't required to slice but managers will make drivers slice, in shoppers aren't paid fairly managers will not give raises when they pass company policy. Drivers are also treated extremely poorly by managers in the NC franchise.
Desired outcome: inshoppers paid more, Drivers do exactly what there hired for, meat to be sliced by managers only
