Disappointing Experience with J-Ing's Pink Puffy Dress: A Review
So, I recently bought a dress from J-Ing, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. I decided to go with their most popular dress, the pink puffy one, and I thought that a size S would be perfect for my hourglass figure. I was wrong. The dress looked nothing like the one in their photos. The material was different, and the color was way more saturated than what I saw online. It was a complete disappointment.
I was really hoping that the dress would look good on me, but it just didn't. It felt cheap and poorly made. I couldn't believe that I had spent over $100 on it, and then had to pay an additional $15 for return shipping. The whole process was a mess, and it left me feeling underwhelmed.

My order was made on Jun 22. I have tried to reach the customer service a couple of times but their email keeps blocking my messages.

I made a $154.58 purchase ( auto paid through PayPal) for 7 clothing items from J.ING on February 23 2023.
Today it's August 16th and I still have not recieved my items. I sent an email inquiry about the clothes in April 2023 and they asked me if I'd like to exchange all the clothes in my order for something else, and I said no, I ordered these items as they are what I want.
The order still says "active" and "awaiting shipment" on the website.
I attempted to send another email today, in mid-August and it appears the customer service people BLOCKED my email!
I gave these people my money already and they blocked me?!
So I growled silently for some time and then thought maybe I'm not blocked. I should test it by sending the same customer service email my issue again using my preteen son's email. And voila, that went through. Now let's see if I get ANY response or if they block my son's email. If that happens I still have my daughter's email, my husband's email ... etc.

On another note I had ordered from them in the past and the clothes came fast, but on the last order before this one, they had sent the wrong sizes. When I complained to them at that time they said they don't do full refunds and they don't have the sizes I ordered but asked if I'd accept a "green refund" which meant I kept the too large clothes and they refunded me 40% back.
This company is ridiculous. And they have my money for no goods or services delivered to me.

I placed an order almost a year ago (end of October 2022) for a coat. I was told that shipping was delayed so I anticipated a longer time for the item to ship. However, I never received the coat nor did I receive any shipping update.
Now, I’ve emailed Jing 3 times for a refund, and each time I’m offered to have the item exchanged for something else. Items never received and can't get ahold of customer service
On June 24th I placed an order with this company. Well over a month later and I have not received any updates on my order nor can I contact anyone at customer service.
My emails bounce back to me with failure notice. Their customer service phone number has a busy tone. All of my direct messages to their social media accounts have gone unread. It's like talking to a brick wall at this point.
Desired outcome: I would either like to finally receive all the items I purchased or I would like a FULL refund from this company.

I placed an order a week ago, that costed a couple hundred dollars. Normally in the past when I ordered with J.ing my order would ship within a couple days. However, J.ing took my money but the order status had remained the same “awaiting shipment” and when I send emails to customer service about my order inquiries, my email doesn’t go through because it was blocked. Since then, I have not received any shipping information, despite being billed over $100 at the time of my order including hidden international transaction fees that J.ING does not make you aware about. I would get back vague emails stating that “we will provide shipping information as soon as the items ship”. About a month ago I emailed customer service asking for a full refund to which I got no reply. Without another way to reach them I have no idea what to do, especially because I will be moving apartments so there is no way I will ever get my order if they even ship it at all.

I reached out about the long waiting time and was emailed back saying it was on the way.I finally got my items several weeks later on 11/11. The quality was poor. I set up a return request on 11/21. Now they may be very recent to complain about shipping but there have been plenty of negative reviews from this place as well. I received an email notification on 9/12/22 that my return request was approved (RMA #***). I received email notice on 9/16/22 that my returned items were received. I elected to have the refund to my original payment method, so the 9/16 email stated that the return would be processed within 18 business days and that an email would be sent once the refund process is completed. I have purchased two items from them - they used to be a reputable company, but now I think they have too many orders that they have so much backlog they're unable to complete them all, yet they continue launching new items daily. They've owed my items for a couple weeks now & an item I ordered last year has still not shipped even though they said it was "preorder" & never responds to emails. And they have not responded. I have not received any tracking information regarding my items bought. I paid $142.78 total. When I purchased the items, they all said they were returnable items. Now when I look on my order, it says "final sale: no returns or exchanges". That is a SCAM and false advertisement of the products. I would just like a full refund at this point. I have had no help from the business and am ready to call my bank to report fraud. I have looked at reviews about this business online recently and all of the customers are saying the exact same thing is happening to them currently. (see email) I received the other items a month later, but even according to site measurements they were too small. I have tried contacting the company via email 5 times via email ***, with no response. According to other customer reviews the company is *unresponsive to returnsor offers 40% money back for a "green return" instead of the full refund. That is not what's in their return policy online. My items are in unused condition, tags attached, and it is in the return window. I would appreciate a response and to get a shipping label and return confirmation because according to reviews on *** - people never get their money back. Returns are supposed to be free, but the site has no option except to email about a return or to send your items back to the company on your own dime and I can't guarantee that they will receive the items and return my money once they are in possession.

On the same, I received an email back from the company saying that my order was confirmed. They added "we are getting your order ready to be dispatched. They also said that once the package ships, I will receive a shipping confirmation email with my tracking number.. I waited for a while, nothing came. I placed an order J.ing Clothing *** on 10/15. The order didn't ship until 10/30. I reached out about the long waiting time and was emailed back saying it was on the way.I finally got my items several weeks later on 11/11. The quality was poor. I set up a return request on 11/21. They asked if I was willing to keep the items a received partial store credit. I told them I wasn't interested and would rather return the items for a full refund. When I was emailed back they informed me I would have to cover all shipping costs in that case and provide tracking information when the package was sent.I did exactly this and paid for the items to be shipped to a *** in CA as told and added the tracking information to the link they provided.I didn't hear anything for several weeks, I checked the tracking information and it showed that all the items were successfully delivered on 12/7. I emailed on 12/15 checking in about my return. The reply I received that that I had already got all my items on 11/11 and hoped I enjoyed everything. I have sent 5 emails since explaining that I RETURNED all the items and am waiting on my refund. I haven't gotten a single reply.There is no phone number listed on the website for me to call. The only point of contact they have is email.

According to their return policy on their official website, "Return shipping fee will be waived if you choose store credit refund". My payment method is thru gift card, so I will definitely take store credit refund. But the customer care team kept insisting they do not provide any return label and I will be paying for shipping fee no matter what. They kept offering something called "green return" which I get back 40%-90% of the full price back, but I repeated myself several times that I do NOT want any kind of "green return" because I am not paying a cent for defective items. I also tried to reach out to them thru phone call, ***, and ***, but I never get any reply or call back. I have attached the full email conversation. They are not even reading previous conversation when replying to my email. Please help me with this return. And I need an apology from the customer service team on their terrible customer service and neglect of my words.
