Johnny Janosik ordered two chairs back n November

ordered two chairs back n November. One in stock other had to come from warehouse. Waited not hearing from anyone. /called to tell them to cancel when they said they were getting ready to call for delivery. Told them my husband in hospital - please cancel and the girl said fine. I have been waiting to hear from the salesman and he never returns my call. I need that money to pay bills now

Johnny Janosik I just moved into a new house and was very excited about furnishing my new home

I just moved into a new house and was very excited about furnishing my new home. My sister recommended Johnny Janosik as it was close to her home. I ordered a whole house of furniture. They order the wrong chairs for my dining w/room. On the 3rd attempt they finally got it correct. My box spring has holes in it. They said I had it for a month and there was nothing they could do. My upholstered bed has stains on it. The repair man came. It did not come out. This was a floor model as the holes for screws are stripped. They will not replace. I ordered 2 leather recliners, which the decorator said would fit in my living area. They are entirely too big and one has a whole in it! Johnny agreed to take them back and that I could pick out new chairs. I went in yesterday and picked out new chairs. However again they were not what I wanted. I felt pressured to get in to pick out new chairs. I called within 24 hrs to cancel order. The manager called me and told me that since they were 'special order' I could not cancel. I bought a lamp and 2 pictures again upon the suggestion of the decorator. Again they were too big for my room. They took them back but only agreed to give me store credit. I have a huge outstanding bill and don't understand why they could not credit my account. The store credit needs to be used within 30 days or you lose it! This is absord! I have a huge outstanding balance and have never heard of such a ridiculous policy. I would NOT recommend this store for furniture! They push you to the most expensive items and are not willing to work with you when things don't work out. Very poor customer service!

Johnny Janosik Furniture ordered early July with numerous problems

Furniture ordered early July with numerous problems. Broken ottoman with cracked wood and hunks out of wood on delivery-would not replace but said it was possible to fix. I have called, stopped at store, took and sent pictures many times. I have a heart and a lung disease and I am under great stress with this. Today is the fourth day I have taken off work and the nice man that came brought me a serving tray and had no idea he was doing a repair. Last week a guy came and took pictures which I already sent many times. When I told him someone else scheduled to come out he said "maybe your piece is on his truck!" No it was not. The original guy said the bottom piece of the ottoman was ordered and someone would come ouot and install it. This company has sent me two broken barstools which they had to come fix- they were falling apart, all the nails scratched off the sectional which the guy painted when he came for the ottoman, the broken cracked ottoman, a sofa that didn't fit the space after their designer measured which I am waiting for the replacement piece, a lamp that was so bent that i heated it so I could bend the bulb holder and straighten it to use, a dining room table that I want picked up as it is not the color I chose (I went in the store to show the manager- the floor sample is what I picked and they said it is a variation of wood- it is white and I did not order white), the same table arrived with two hunks out of the wood which are not repaired even after a guy came today and i took off work. I have had the stress of this way too long and they have had my money since July on furniture that is broken or the wrong thing. I will never purchase from them again and I wish I could just return it all. It doesn't feel like new furniture when it's all touched up, filled in, rigged in some way.

Johnny Janosik I purchased an outside sectional set from Johnny Janosik on 11/16 at 7pm

I purchased an outside sectional set from Johnny Janosik on 11/16 at 7pm. I reluctantly went with a floor model for delivery because the item that I initially selected was back ordered for 16 weeks (due to COVID). *** told me that all the merchandise was going to take at least 16 weeks for delivery, however she only informed me of that after I spend 90 minutes walking around the store trying to find something. I wanted this piece before Thanksgiving. *** recommended the sectional floor model. I was unsure that the model would fit my space and when I got home I realized that the sectional would not work. I spoke to *** the next morning (around 10:30 am) and told her not to bother delivering the furniture and asked for a refund. *** said that she did not think that would be a problem since the furniture did not leave the store. *** called me back about 20 minutes later and said that all the other sales people said I would only be entitled to a store credit. I asked if I could speak to a manger and was told the manager was off for 3 days. I saw that a charge of $4,587.95 was being pulled from my credit card so I called my credit card company to start a dispute. I did this since the manager was off. I called Johnny Janosik today and spoke to ***, the manager. He said the matter was out of his hands because I involved my credit card and that I need to understand that *** spent time on the sale with me. *** kept speaking when I was speaking so we did not really have a great conversation and he eventually hung up on me. I was trying to tell *** why I had to involve my credit card company and that my credit card company had informed me that they would be calling him for final resolution. Since he appeared upset with me for calling my credit card company he seemed uninterested in helping me. This entire ordeal has been very stressful, and I am upset because the sales lady left me feeling like she only cared about making a sale and did not provide me with correct information. I will never shop there again. I am a good customer and I am appalled by the way they have handled this. I am hoping that they will do the right thing and issue me a refund.
