If my experience is anything to go by, DON'T BUY ANYTHING from JollyChic, based in Dubai. At best they are utterly incompetent and at worst, plain dishonest.
I ordered a top and a dress from them on the 29th of November 2019. Both items proved to be too big and I began the process of obtaining a refund. I managed to get a returns number and paid to send the garments back via the Royal Mail tracked service. Nothing happened. I emailed JollyChic. They said they had not received the goods. It transpired that the post office in Dubai was unable to deliver my package as there was no one there to receive it. (What kind of company has no staff manning its office?) A note had been left for JollyChic to pick up the package from the local depot. They couldn't manage to do that either, so the parcel was turned around and sent all the way back to me. It is now February 2020. To send the goods back again I would be required to pay again - meaning I'd be picking up another bill for JollyChic's negligence. So, I am still awaiting my refund let alone the most basic customer service.
Hopeless. I will donate the garments to charity. Meanwhile, take my advice, buy locally if you can, but if you must shop for clothes abroad, DON'T TRUST JOLLYCHIC whatever you do: they are useless and effectively, have stolen my money. I trust they will think that the £45 they have extracted from me will be worth the damage to their reputation - assuming they have a reputation they'd want to keep.
