Josef Silny & Associates / Jsilny.com review: Wrong evaluation

Dear all, I would like to file a claim against Josef and Silny part of the NACES as they didn't provide me with adequate services and caused harm to my educational and future plans I have deadlines to follow I ordered the evaluation for my International transcripts on the 25 September 2023 for rush service, I asked them to review my transcripts, they mentioned that my five years of studies are equivalent to an associate degree and my institution is not accredited, which is not true, Besides, my friend ( I provided his name to J&S) had Josef and Silny to do his evaluation with the same transcripts as mine and the same institution; they gave him a bachelor degree. Their response was that it was from 2008 and they could not review the files, which is not my problem. They mentioned that nothing was wrong and they could not do anything, and I am 100% sure they provided me with the wrong evaluation. Kindly I need them to do a total refund besides considerations and correcting the mistake they have made and provide me with the correct evaluation.
