Hello my name is rebecca and I entered journeys in south lake mall in morrow ga. One of the employees on sunday morning har[censored]ed me calling me names in my face and followed me out orf the store. I want something done as that was completely uncalled for. She har[censored]ed me saying I have a "nasty [censored] attitude" because my bf and I wouldn't buy white shoe protectant from the clerk that was ringing us up. We spent 80 dollars in that store all for the girl to mock me and then proceed to har[censored] me saying she was going to "beat my [censored]" I go into journeys frequently and have never been treated in this manner. She also kept letting me know she got off at 6 o'clock so I could meet her to "beat my [censored]"

I went in to purchase a pair of sneakers as I entered the store there were 3 kids sitting down playing on there phones nobody asked if I needed any help so I went to the cashier desk and asked if I could try these shoes on... One employee goes gets them as the others jus sit there continuing to play on their phone... I tried 2 pair of them on to make sure I had the right size... As i'm trying them on they were all 3 whispering under the breath like for me to hurry up or like wat the hell im doing trying both on... They probably were assuming that I didn't have any money that i'm wasting there time... I say that because I told them let me run downstairs to make sure that this other shoe store didn't have the shoe I originally wanted... So I told them hold these at the register i'll be right back to get them... Well when I came back to purchase them the 3 had a look on there face like dam he did come back... I even asked them y'all didn't think I was coming back did y'all they all stood there and said no actually we didn't... As I go to the register to pay cash the employee asked the manager on duty that was a woman wat to do cuz he didn't have change to give me back in the register... She was a total [censored] was rude and was saying smart comments under her breath like it was my fault they couldn't break a bill and give me my change back... Said all she had was coins like who the hell wants to walk around with $15 in coins and didn't know for sure if she had that... Now this is the good part... As I look in the shoe box to see if they were in their I pick one shoe up and see that their the wrong size I asked for... They got one 9 1/2 and one 10 in the same box... Basically when I got home if I purchased them I would've had 2 different size shoes meaning I would have to make another trip back to the mall cuz y'alls employe are not doing there job... If I spend $100 on a pair of shoes I would like to have someone who knows wat there doing and address me for help when I walk in... Basically long story short y'all had 3 employees working that didn't have a clue about customer service... I didn't walk out with my pair of shoes so u lost money and regular customer that shops their weekly... And didn't have any money to give a customer change if they were to purchase anything in the store meaning that whomever was managing the store won't doing their job correctly... I'm not one to complain actually this is my first time ever over the 10 yrs i've been shopping there so u know i'm upset and disappointed... This issue needs to be addressed to the manager on duty monday 5/21/18 at the regency mall location richmond, va approximately around 8pm... Hopefully this issue will be corrected and no other customer will have this problem in the future. If u have any other questions here's my contact information

As someone that used to work for this company, I am appalled. In my nearly 2 years of working there, I was sexually harassed by over 4 of my managers. When I was a sales associate, I was scared of filing a report because I thought I would lose my job based on what other people in the company had told me had happened to people in the past that had done so. I told my female store manager and she used the excuse that it was one managers "heritage" that made him act that way. I was taken back by the blatant ignorance of this excuse. I complained again along with every single female coworker on the staff at the time and the manager was still allowed to work there. The store manager even said something to him and this man had to absolute audacity to come up to every single female subordinate and aggressively question them on whether or not they had said something. There was another manager in this store that made racist, sexist, and homophobic comments daily. He used to ask me if I would "do" female costumers with them standing directly in front of him and then clarify that it would be "so hot". He made comments to underage girls at the store as well as commenting on their religions and races in a negative connotation. As I moved up in the company, I started to be touched and had comments made to me about my body by the manager directly above me, so I called and complained to Human Resources. Some of my younger employees began to come forward with other stories of how this man had treated them, so of course I reported this too. Nothing was done and one of the younger male employees told the manager that we had called to complain about him and he threatened to get rid of us all and then played it off as a joke. Slowly, each person who had complained in both stores that I had worked in began to either be forced out or be fired for nonsensical reasons. This company does not care about it's employees, especially the woman in the work place, and it is DISGUSTING. I'm glad I no longer work here. Fix this and stop letting male superiors pray on female inferiors.

April 24th I went into journeys in Kelowna BC looking for converse shoes in the colour burgundy, he said he would look in the back for women's size 7 I wanted for my friend as a present, he said he only had size 6 and said I can buy them and get them switched out later or order them online, I simply asked if i would receive some kind of a discount for the in convince he's said why would I do that, trying to be a smart [censored], i said okay ill look somewhere else, he said we are the only ones that carry them, he walked behind the counter threw the shoes somewhere as i heard it hit the floor and i heard him say something to hi co worker but was unable to hear what he had said, he was rude through the whole conversation and i simply only asked if i would receive a discount where he could have said no and not have maken that comment, i will never shop there again and non of my friends will never be shopping there again, first time trying the store and will be the last, worst customer service i have ever had.

Store manager Jacklyn in the Woodbridge mall refused to do my return because I bought my shoes at the Menlo mall which is six minutes away all because she "didn't want to take a $100 hit for shoes she didn't sell" there's no where in the policy that says I have to go back to the original store especially when I live in Woodbridge. The other employee whose name tag said Shelly offered to do an exchange even brought shoes that were similar which was helpful but Javklyn refused my return all because she didn't want to do a return she was rude and highly disrespectful. I will NOT be bringing my kids here ever again!
adidas sneakers/employees giving out false information /customer service cannot help over a month later
Employee told me to buy another size since shoe size not available and was a Christmas gift for child. Was told requested size would be in stock in store following week. Went to store twice in following 2 weeks... Still not in stock. Called store 3rd week and employee checked inventory and computer and told me yes... Come. Went right to store. Opps sorry... We don't have them. I had to speak to 2 employees to get them to agree to ship to my home. Told they were in stock in the warehouse. Ordered completed and available in warehouse. When they didn't arrive when promised I was told by customer service that in fact they were not available in warehouse and were being shipped from another store. Arrived today and and one insole was missing. Customer service said return to warehouse for credit. They will be returned to store for refund and I will be sharing my horrible experience wherever I can. This company should be ashamed of themselves based on all of the negative reviews I am now finding!
boots
I told the salesperson that I was buying boots for my wife and the salesperson sold me a men's boot. She sent my receipt to the wrong email and of course I threw away the box because I was on a business trip when I bought them. The boots have never been worn and I called the nearest store and the had me drive 25 miles just to tell me to contact customer service. Customer service told me told me there's nothing they can do without a box! I spent well over $100 and this company is only concerned about a box. If this is there attitude, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Horrible!
refund
Over one month and six phone calls later, I still have not received my refund for boots returned with your label. I keep getting the same responses from customer service, special orders department and accounting. I am beyond angry and will NEVER purchase anything from you again. This is a horrible way to run a business. I have posted my frustration on Facebook and hope others will be warned about your company.

I've been going to journeys for years . I Order a pair of shoes on December 19 and paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. Today is January 8th and still haven't received anything. Every time i call customer service i sit on hold for a hour and no one ever answers the call. Journeys has provided noth Ng except poor customer services .Highly upset with journeys and will never be shopping there again
horrible customer service
i bought shoes for my partner for christmas on dec 15, 2017. they were too big and we exchanged them once for a smaller size. the smaller size was still too big so i went in again to exchange on jan 6, 2018 and they refused to exchange because they "had been worn" but they hadn't! they were brought in in the same condition they left the store. and when i told the cashier and manager (the manager was on the phone), the cashier rolled her eyes. all i want is the right size shoes, and i left the store out $50 and angry. i feel like i have been scammed. this is not how you do business.

Do not order from them, make sure you have the product in your hands before you leave. They say they send it to you ship it somewhere else. They expect you to wait 18 days for a refund. In the mean time, you are out money, out Christmas gift, just all over screwed. Like it is your fault! Overall journeys sucks! And customer service does not care!

Okay, I don't know what to start. I went to Metrotown Journey in Vancouver yesterday to ask about my coupon i got last year. I bought the Timberland shoes for my bother a year ago. At that time, they didn't have the size, so I ordered one with your 1-2 day shipping system. My brother had to left Vancouver in 3 days to go back to home, so I had to get it in 3 days. However, I didn't get it in 2 days, so I went to the store. They apologized about it and reserved one from langley location. On that day, Kiera who was the store manager gave me 40% off Coupon with apology. That's how I got the coupon(actually it is written on Receipt). Anyways, I had to go to Langley which took one and half hour by bus. And of course one and half more hour for going back to Vancouver. What a long trip! Okay it was fine even thought it took so long time. I was not in Vancouver for a long time, so I couldn't use it, so I called in and i talk to Kiera about it, but she didn't remember it, but she didn't rememeber it. I understand because it's been a year, so she told me to bring the receipt so I said yes. After that, I called few times to know that Kiera was working on that day. But she was not working everyday when I called. So I decide to go yesterday because I thought that she will work on weekend such as busy day. I went to the Metro town Journey and asked them that Kiera is working today. They said she will work from 2PM and asked me what about it. So I told them about the coupon. Suddenly, one person who put piercing on her face and wore the check pattern cloth said you can't get the coupon, and keep saying "No" with sarcastic attitude. She said Kiera doesn't know who you are, and she can't give you 40% off coupon. She never listen what I wanna try to say and keep saying "NO"or "YOU CAN'T" with sarcastic gesture and narrowed her eyes! I didn't know what to say with that terrible attitude, so I was standing and looking at her. At the moment she asked me "Do you understand?" wow...What a terrible racist... She thought that I didn't understand. She has such a bad, terrible, horrible customer service attitude. She said she can't do anything, so I said okay thank you, and I left. After that I took an escalator. When I went up I saw them, because it was right in front of the Journey. She was copying my gesture in front of her colleagues, they were laughing with that. I was so shocked so I came down and I asked her name. She was the Store Manger Christine or Kristine whatever. I don't know you have 2 store manager or one person was lying. Anyways, How store manager act like that. I am very disappointed with your customer service. They should learn about the customer service and your company should change the customer service policy. When I visit the store, they were so rude, they never listen, and never try to know what I wanna say every time. I am really disappointed with this huge brand's customer service. Until your service is changed, I will never buy Journey's products and I will tell to all of my friends about your service and how I was treated in the store. It was terrible experience. TERRIBLE.

The manager was plowing smoke in customers face as they check out and never greeted us at all just sat down and never helped us until we went to the register I've never seen a company not respect their customers this is by far the worst experience I've had dealing with customer service period. Then the person that checked me out was on the phone and never looked up at me once I felt like they could care less it I spent my money any was a valuable customer. I love journeys products but the service is all around horrible
unethical behavior - online order never delivered and company will not track
Order number [protected] - I ordered online on 12/3/2017 and received a shipping notice. Still have not received product and its been 17 days. I have called 4 times to see if someone can give me the tracking number. They promise to call back and never do. Customer service is crap - the worse I have ever seen in a company. They are snotty and refuse to follow up and provide information. Tell me that there is nothing that they can do because the order has been fulfilled - even though it hasn't been delivered. I have phone records and have also called the corporate offices in Nashville. Someone did follow up the first day and then I haven't heard anything since. They have my money but refuse to find out why the product was delivered. All they care about is having my money. I want the product so I can return it and get a refund for my troubles. I have already purchased the product from a reputable company that delivered in three days. Ripoff company - never purchase from them under any circumstances. Tonight I tried online chat customer service. I was on hold for 18 minutes and this is the message that I received when I got out of the queue. This is BS. The company is stealing money from consumers.

I honestly had no idea that they don't ship their orders and that I would have to wait for so long. It's almost the middle of December and my shoes are not here and weren't even shipped out.
The company apologized and said that my item was out of stock, but they will notify me as soon as it will be available. So you mean that you didn't even try to get the exact shoes for one of your customers who paid the money?
Shame on you then.
UPD. Tried to cancel my order, but was refused. Oh gosh, why was I involved in this scam?
management treatment
So journeys is not a family oriented company, they honestly could not care less about you or your family. All they care about is money! I'm a store manager & they expect us to work 70 hrs a wk. We work 6 days a week 10+ hrs a day on salary. When you get hired they tell you it's 50hrs (which is fine) but they don't tell you 6days a wk or what they really expect. My district manager never gives positive feedback it's always "missed opportunity" no matter how hard you work. Just don't understand

Placed my order on November 5th and was told It would ship in 1-2 business days . It was absolutely needed in my hands by the 17th . Since the item was not shipping i called customer service and the lady told me she couldn't help . Nothing changes and I called again a few days later and was left on hold for hours . Again absolutely nothing changed . My product just now began to even ship and it's is the 20th . That's 11 business days later and It just BEGAN shipping . Customer service was absolutely awful and the whole experience was terrible . Never will i ever order from here again . I still have yet to get my order and it's already way later than i absolutely needed to have It.

I made an online purchase at a store because the shoes my daughter wanted weren't available. The shoes were purchased with a store representative and paid for. Received the item, but were the incorrect size. Returned the item and requested the correct size along with a refund for the return. Received the item; incorrect size again. Returned the item and requested a full refund. I hadn't received the refund so I called. They told me the funds would be available in my card within 3-5 business days. Contacted them again and they told me a refund couldn't be issued electronically due to company's policies, but a check for a full refund was mailed on Oct 27 and would receive it within 7-10 business day, but NLT Nov 10. I haven't received my refund yet.

Me and my black mother walked into journeys, and at the same time a white couple walked in. The workers at this Journeys who were coincidentally all white completely ignored me and my mother. We were trying to purchase some UGGs for Christmas but we couldn't get to the section because they had made some sort of blockade. We said excuse me multiple times and they didn't move so we were forced to walk around them and try to get to the UGGs. Not once did any of the 3 workers try to ask us if we needed assistance, they didn't greet us when we came into the store, but our main concern is one worker in the store. Once he saw us come into the store, he moved from his position in the store and started following us! I mean right on our tails! I even almost bumped into him because he was so close and I needed to turn around to look at other shoes. We decided to just leave the store because it was making me upset that they treated us the way they did. When we left the store my mom said "Have a nice day!" being nice, and the man that was clearly racist loudly said mhm you too. I just found that a little rude. It really offended me.

I co-sign every thing in the comment about Journey's at Coastal Grand Mall, from @workifyourclocked in, after being employed for less than a week. My job was threatened my very first day because I was not early enough, even though I was not late. I do not even feel people like typing everything out, but Fairy has no business managing that store. She is always belittling employees and threatening their jobs for little to nothing. And they wonder why people leave so quick, the job is only 7.25, NO ONE is gonna stay and take that [censor] from her, especially a grown man. The longest tenured person there has only been there for like 4 months. We never even get proper training as Fairy just wants us to click through training videos that have the sound turned off on them, probably just so she can say we did it even though we REALLY did not do a damn thing. The last straw, though was when Fairy texts me on Sunday(yesterday) saying I need to come in because I "mess up vans really bad" (she texted me). After her threatening me saying I will be fired if I don't come in by 2, I reluctantly show up. Upon arrival, she isn't there but she arrived 15-20min later. After asking her what I did wrong she proceeds to tell me I skipped a whole bunch of shoes. I tell her that it could not have been me because I did not even get to the numbers (shoes go in numerical order) she is saying I skipped. She says that it does not matter who did it because the back room is my area and I had to fix it. However, it does matter if she is texting and calling MY phone saying I HAVE to come in and fix something that I messed up or I'll be fired. Keep in mind this is only my 4th with no real training yet. She tells me not to talk back to her and that that is "insubordination" and I could be fired for it, but she could not even clarify exactly what it was I did wrong. I just say "whatever" and she acts as if I cursed her out, saying this is my first, second, and third warning and that I don't talk back to her; making it seem like if she says I did something wrong, then I just have to fix what she says without questioning it, regardless of if I ACTUALLY did anything wrong. I still try to tell her that it could not have been me who "mess up", according to what she showed me, because I know for certain I had not gotten to those numbers. She asks me if I want this job and I tell her that I'll leave and she says she is gonna have me banned from her store and the mall. I say "I don't give a [censor]" and she starts yelling "security" and goes looking for them as if she really needs them. On my way out the mall, walking through food court I see her frantically looking for security with another employee and I tell the employee something is wrong with that lady and I stick my middle finger at her and it felt great.
YOU WILL CRY OR CLOSE TO IT WORKING UNDER FAIRY AND YOU WILL CONTEMPLATE QUITTING BEFORE YOUR FIRST MONTH IS OVER AND IF NOT POWER TO YOU BECAUSE THE TIME WILL COME WHEN YOU CANT TAKE THE BULLYING AND ABUSE AND LEAVE
I do not see how she is a manager let alone a training manager she does not train only yells when you try even though you have no clue what to do oh god dont ask a question even though it is valid it will get you yelled at or made fun of. I think that is commendable i would rather have an employee try than one who is lazy or just doesnt care to try.she is forever hiring because she gets in her head that she doesnt like someone and she is so mean to them they quit which let me tell you if fairy does not like you give up now because the staff will turn on you because they know helping or being friends with you makes them her target to. Or she just acts like she cant be bothered to work which pisses the good workers off that all the slack falls on them but she takes all the credit
